A lovely server with a low bun meticulously asked about our needs and helped arrange three adjacent rooms for my family. She truly anticipated our needs. Thumbs up for the service! 👍 The rooms were spacious, clean, and came with a balcony. Complimentary bottled water was provided, which was convenient for boiling water in the room. "Staying at the Housereli Hotel during my trip to Shenyang was a fantastic experience, everything was just perfect.
The hotel's location is a huge plus, right next to Yingpan Street subway station. It made getting to attractions like the Shenyang Imperial Palace and Olympic Sports Center incredibly easy with minimal transfers. The area around the hotel is also packed with shops, supermarkets, and restaurants, making it super convenient for getting around and finding food.
Housekeeping in the room was excellent. The entire space was sparkling clean and bright, with no stains or dust in the bathroom or around the bedside. The bedding was fluffy and comfortable, and there were plenty of toiletries provided, making for a refreshing and reassuring stay.
The breakfast buffet was a standout feature, with a great variety of hot dishes, noodles, pastries, and fresh fruit. Everything tasted good, and children under 1.2 meters eat for free, which is a great deal for families.
The hotel staff provided thoughtful and attentive service. Check-in at the front desk was quick, and any requests were promptly addressed. Plus, there's free parking available, which is a big bonus for guests traveling by car. This hotel is ideal for both leisure and business trips. It's my top choice for accommodation in Shenyang, and I'll definitely be staying here again on future visits."

"I was on a trip from tai'an to jiamusi. As there was no direct train service I stopped over at shenyang north hotel for a night. It is my first homestay and I didn't know what to expect. I would rate it good ++ for no frills comfortable accommodation for stopover.Most of all it's really affordable (S$14) Initially the guest relations said I needed to pay cny100 in deposit but later agreed to waive it. I would choose similar hotel in future if given a choice."

Guest UserThe rooms were great and spacious, just like the photos online. I stayed for three nights, and each room was beautiful and well-designed. The amenities were complete, not cheap at all, and the facilities were all there, including a smart toilet, air conditioning, a projector, and a membership card. The mattresses and pillows were also very comfortable, showing that the owner put a lot of thought into it. During my stay, the cleaning service was always available if there were any problems, and the customer service even gave me a bath sponge. For this price, it's incredibly comfortable near Shenyang North Railway Station.

I recently stayed at Yoho Hotel Apartment from January 16 to January 18, 2026, and had a very pleasant experience. The location was absolutely perfect; just a five-minute walk from the train station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. It’s also surrounded by a great selection of restaurants and bars, which added to the enjoyment of my stay.
The room was fairly clean and maintained at a comfortable temperature throughout my visit, which made for a relaxing and restful stay. While it wasn’t luxurious, it offered everything I needed for a short trip.
Overall, I was satisfied with my stay and would happily choose Yoho Hotel Apartment again for future visits!

My 2 main complaints are 1 the room had a nice projector set up but to watch any movies involves a complex series of steps which I gave up on 2 the buffet breakfast looked impressive at first glance but turned out to be disappointing. Many of the dishes had little food left on them and the best parts had been picked out. In the 45 minutes I was there I saw a chef come out just once to replenish and that was just sliced oranges. There were 20+ guests and just one member of staff looking after everything. She tried her best to get the food I asked for but in the end it was all a challenge to get fed. Can't think why the other guests didn't seem botheres

The hotel is tucked away in a rather inconspicuous residential area, but it's very close to the city center. The actual environment looks exactly like the photos online; it's very beautiful and cozy overall. I just wanted to mention that the air conditioning and fan are mainly in the living room area, so the airflow in the bedroom is a bit weaker. However, the overall check-in experience was still great. The young man at the front desk was very gentle and thoughtful. We checked in quite late at night, and he even kindly recommended some specialty Northeast Chinese restaurants to us, which was fantastic!

Guest UserStumbled upon this place by chance, came with expectations, and left pleasantly surprised! ❤️ The room was clean and spacious, and I slept comfortably. I've already saved it and will definitely be back, hehe. It's really close to the Forbidden City and Zhangshi Shuai Mansion, practically within walking distance. No need to rush in the morning or stay up late. The guy at the front desk was super enthusiastic and answered all our questions, excellent, haha! (The view from the window is great, and the mirror makes you look super slim in photos, haha!)

The hotel is super good. The location is very good. It is only 200 meters away from the Shenyang Forbidden City. The room facilities are very good. It is very clean and tidy. The mattress is very soft and comfortable. The hot water in the room comes quickly. The things are relatively complete. The service attitude is good. Check-in is fast. I am very satisfied with the check-in experience. The front desk service is very enthusiastic. The places to eat nearby are also convenient. The service is friendly and makes you feel at home. I am looking forward to staying here next time.

The host was absolutely wonderful and incredibly accommodating. The hotel's location is superb, being very close to attractions like the Forbidden City and the Marshal's Mansion. Transportation was very convenient; it was just over a five-minute drive from the train station. Our room was clean, and even the drinks offered at the hotel were very reasonably priced. Overall, it was a truly satisfying travel experience that exceeded our expectations. To top it off, our room even overlooked the garden.

The location of the hotel is very close to the Liu Laogen Stage and Middle Street, and it takes a few minutes to walk downstairs. The room was clean and tidy, and the front desk Yueyue service was also very good. Would recommend to friends around me to live. Because we are going to the three provinces of Northeast Guangzhou to travel, almost half a month, the clothes have to be cleaned in time, and we have to play outside for a day. It depends on the little beauty Yueyue. The manager Yangyang and some beautiful handsome guys who don’t remember their names are very considerate and meticulous. I stayed for two days and washed the clothes. Dry well. Saved me a lot of things. The parents and children are bold, and the room can still shine on the sun, which is very comfortable. After all, the room that shines on the sun is full of sun, and the southerners live safely (you know). There is one thing to say, it is the most cost-effective, the most comfortable, the cleanest, and the handsome guys and beautiful women! Real comment! live

Service: First of all, let’s talk about the service attitude. It is very good. You can ask for anything and the landlord will help if he can help.
Environment: The family environment is relatively good. There are windows on the third floor, allowing sunlight to shine in. The indoor environment is clean and bright.
Hygiene: The indoor hygiene is relatively clean, and the facilities are arranged in an orderly manner and are not messy.
Facilities: The facilities are relatively new and new. Two large beds can accommodate 4 people. The TV, washing machine, toilet and shower room are separated from dry and wet. There are toilets, refrigerators, kettles, and slippers, all of which can be used for free. There are also disposable toothbrushes and toilet covers. Garbage bags etc.
I was three adults and a 3-year-old child. I went to Shengjing Hospital to check my child's illness. I stayed for 3 nights in total. The landlady was very enthusiastic and the service was very good.
The overall feeling is very good in all aspects, and the price is really not expensive. Compared with those hotel prices, this configuration is considered cheap.
