CChengkexinExtended my stay, and it's another great review! My experience at the Wanda Realm Shenyang this time was absolutely perfect, and I have to highlight some points. The hotel's location is excellent, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The lobby is clean and elegant, and the room was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with thoughtful amenities, completely exceeding my expectations.
What truly stood out was the bespectacled male front desk staff member; his service was both professional and heartwarming. He was incredibly efficient during check-in, maintained a constant smile, and spoke in a gentle tone, completing all formalities quickly. From check-in to check-out, every detail reflected his dedication and professionalism. This kind of 'home away from home' experience is rare and truly appreciated. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Shenyang, and a special thank you to that bespectacled front desk staff member for adding so much warmth to my trip. Highly recommend it to all travelers.

XXiaozhupennyI really want to commend our butler, Dino. Their service was professional and incredibly warm. They were humble and friendly, and very meticulous in their work. Any requests we had were quickly addressed, and they handled everything with great care and competence, making sure all arrangements were perfectly planned. Dino truly prioritized our stay experience, focusing on every detail, and proactively helped coordinate various matters. The service level was outstanding, making our entire stay relaxed and enjoyable. We had a fantastic experience.

Cleanliness: Same as above.
Ambiance: The room layout is noticeably more rational. Funnily enough, the first time I stayed at a Hyatt, I couldn't even find the restroom! Renaissance hotels, it seems, don't go for those hidden bathroom designs anywhere in the country.
Service: Manager Yang at the front desk arranged my room in advance, which was very thoughtful. They even prepared a welcome gift for my friends who traveled a long way, and we got to try the Shenyang specialty, Bulaolin candy. Really great, thumbs up!
As someone who lives abroad, whenever I return to Shenyang in the Northeast, it's always the Renaissance. I've stayed there for so many years that I'm genuinely too lazy to try anywhere else. The next time I come to Shenyang, or with friends, I'll definitely choose the Renaissance again!

I would like to talk about the service in detail:
First of all, the service at the hotel front desk is very good. The front desk manager also sent us to the room. Thank you very much!
The room service is not satisfactory! We stayed for two consecutive days, and the cleaning lady threw away the food I bought the day before as garbage! The cleaning lady threw away the guests' food and was embarrassed to ask the aunt to compensate. It was quite disgusting!
Secondly, the slippers for the second night were not put for us. I called the room service to ask for slippers. The lady in the room service didn't believe it and asked me to look for it in the room. The cleaning lady didn't put the slippers. I called after looking for it! I asked the room service to bring two bottles of water when she sent the slippers. The lady also told me that there were only two bottles of water in one room, and then she said as a charity that she would make an exception and give me two more bottles...
Isn't this a five-star hotel? Hotels above four stars can add water for free! Even if you stay in a three-star hotel like Home Inn, you can ask for more water if it's not enough. Do you think that guests in high-end hotels have to drive out to the supermarket to buy water if they don't have enough water?
There was a young girl serving the room very well, but the older one had a sullen face and an unpleasant attitude!

Environment: Similar to other Westin hotels I've stayed at, so I'm satisfied. Facilities: The bathtub was broken, but it was repaired quickly. The room isn't huge, but the 2-meter bed is a big plus. I had quite a few issues during this stay; on the second day, my room door inexplicably wouldn't open. Service: It was okay; feedback was addressed relatively quickly. I hope they can inspect and improve the facilities. The pool is especially suitable for children.

AAnweidiqiuI came for the hot springs, but I ended up falling in love with the room!
✅ Room Highlights: The wabi-sabi style with natural wood really impressed me. The entire room had wood-grain flooring and light wood furniture, creating a consistent and soothing aesthetic. The suite layout was well-designed with clear divisions. The large sofa in the living room made me want to just lounge all day. The small minibar even had bottled water and a tea set, which were thoughtful touches.
✅ Hot Spring Experience: The outdoor hot spring environment was excellent. After a soak, I felt completely relaxed and refreshed. In winter, returning to the warm room after a bath truly filled me with happiness.
✅ Bonus Points: The hygiene was impeccable. The marble bathroom area was clean and fresh, the bedding was soft, and the soundproofing was good, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep.
The overall experience was superb. It's the kind of resort where you never want to leave. I've already recommended it to my friends!

MM46283****I booked the Dragon Dream Hotel for my New Year's Day trip to Shenyang. The room was spacious and the lobby was grand, really showing the hotel's commitment to guest experience. The front desk attendant who checked me in was very enthusiastic, and I even added the hotel's duty manager on WeChat. They really go the extra mile to understand and address guest concerns. If you have a reasonable request, it will be met, and you can contact them with any issues during your stay. It's a very thoughtful and guest-centric hotel.

GGuest UserI found this hotel online and was attracted by the luxurious lobby. Although the room is a bit old, it is very big, with an outdoor balcony and a large bathtub in the bathroom. It is well received. The TV is a bit small and the effect is not very good, but the service is very good. If you need anything, you can call the room service and it will be delivered. There is also a small naughty castle in the lobby for children to play. I was reluctant to leave before leaving. In short, it was a pleasant stay.

GGuest UserWonderful hotel in Shenyang which is located next to the highway near the BMW plant, perfect for those who prefer driving or traveling by car. This hotel is also next to an interesting ant-themed amusement park, a China-Germany street, a BMX bike & skate park, as well as a huge ecological park with a winding river & islands which makes for a breathtakingly beautiful view from the room. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated with excellent facilities including a large indoor pool, gym & a delicious breakfast buffet in the mornings. We also saw a lovely wedding event & photoshoot being held here! Special thanks to Marie & Cici for making our stay so memorable, we were very pleased with everything & would definitely recommend this hotel.

HHC1314A family of four, two children, the bed couldn't fit. The hotel took the initiative to help find a solution, with a positive and responsible attitude, warm and thoughtful, and sent snacks and handwritten small cards. Although they took the initiative to give good reviews, even if they didn't mention it, people would want to give good reviews. The hotel is very large, at the foot of Qipan Mountain, with fresh air. The only regret is that if we waited until the grass is long and the willows are green, it would be more perfect. The green area is super large, there is a children's entertainment area and a small animal interaction area, suitable for parent-child accommodation. Take the children to Qipan Mountain and don't want to go home after climbing the mountain, just stay here for one night, and you can go to the zoo the next day!
