JJiaowoYanI absolutely have to give a five-star review to Hilton Shenyang Shimao! Special thanks to Alisa, the Guest Relations Manager. We had booked an executive room, and it happened to be our anniversary. Alisa was incredibly thoughtful; she proactively recommended and arranged for us to have a King Business Room instead. The room was on an excellent floor with a wide, open view outside, and the city skyline was absolutely stunning. The view was even better than what we would have had in the executive room. Alisa's service was meticulous and heartwarming, and she was genuinely considerate and attentive, making our anniversary stay feel extra special and ceremonial. The experience was perfect, completely satisfying, and I'm really looking forward to staying here again!

GGuest UserThe service was great! Even though the hotel isn't brand new, it retains the elegant charm of an established five-star property. I was especially pleased with the complimentary upgrade to a king-size bed room, which made my 3-day stay very comfortable. The only minor downsides were the lack of an opening window for ventilation and no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Also, the bathroom door was a bit too transparent. Overall, it was still a very good experience.

GGuest UserI stayed for 11 consecutive days for a business trip and it felt like home; I was even a little reluctant to leave. The front desk staff, Xiao Gu, arranged a south-facing room for me, which was warm and sunny every day. She also provided prompt assistance, which was fantastic! The gentleman in the tuxedo at the entrance would greet me every day, saying 'going to work' and 'coming home from work,' which made me feel very welcome. I'll definitely choose Sunjoy Hotel again next time! The hotel even sent a cake for my colleague's birthday—absolutely amazing! Breakfast was also excellent!

GGuest UserStaying at the Haiyun Jinjiang Hotel was a pleasant experience. The breakfast, though simple, was delicious and satisfying. We had an early train to Shenyang Station at 7:30 AM, so we headed to the restaurant at 6:20 AM. A special shout-out to Liu Dan, the restaurant manager. Seeing our large luggage, she kindly suggested we leave it at the bar for convenience. Upon learning about our train, she informed us that breakfast officially starts at 6:30 AM but offered us some items that were already prepared. She even helped us with the food and then took my room card to the front desk to check us out, allowing us to enjoy our meal without rushing. As we were leaving, Zhao Mengrui even gave us some small desserts for our train journey – so thoughtful! Housekeeping, led by Manager Huo and Aunt Guan, did an excellent job; our room was spotless, and they even provided two extra bottles of water. I truly felt the warmth and hospitality of the Northeastern people. ❤️

FFreeyaThe hotel is next to Beiling Park and is located in a garden with good greenery. The rooms are not big and the layout is compact. I would like to talk about the service in detail: First of all, the service at the hotel front desk is very good. The front desk manager also sent us to the room. Thank you very much! The room service is not satisfactory! We stayed for two consecutive days, and the cleaning lady threw away the food I bought the day before as garbage! The cleaning lady threw away the guests' food and was embarrassed to ask the aunt to compensate. It was quite disgusting! Secondly, the slippers for the second night were not put for us. I called the room service to ask for slippers. The lady in the room service didn't believe it and asked me to look for it in the room. The cleaning lady didn't put the slippers. I called after looking for it! I asked the room service to bring two bottles of water when she sent the slippers. The lady also told me that there were only two bottles of water in one room, and then she said as a charity that she would make an exception and give me two more bottles... Isn't this a five-star hotel? Hotels above four stars can add water for free! Even if you stay in a three-star hotel like Home Inn, you can ask for more water if it's not enough. Do you think that guests in high-end hotels have to drive out to the supermarket to buy water if they don't have enough water? There was a young girl serving the room very well, but the older one had a sullen face and an unpleasant attitude!

Even though the hotel was fully booked for the holiday, check-in was smooth! The breakfast was quite unique, featuring tofu pudding and Shenyang chicken racks 😋. When I checked out, I accidentally left some clothes in the closet. The staff promptly contacted me after cleaning the room and even helped me mail them. Overall, I'm very satisfied!

GGuest UserI brought my parents and kids from Beijing to Qinghe Peninsula in Shenyang for a weekend getaway. Since I wanted everyone to relax comfortably, I opted to stay at the Qinghe Peninsula Resort Hotel instead of the hot spring's rest area. This turned out to be an excellent decision; the entire stay was absolutely perfect!~~ After checking in at 12 PM, the hotel provides hot spring tickets valid until 12 AM that night. The next day, after checking out before 10 AM, we received another set of tickets, valid until 6 PM. Simply present your ID at the hot springs to collect your tickets. You can't go back and forth between the hotel and hot springs once you've entered. I chose a hot spring king room, which is in the same building as the hot spring area. I didn't even have to leave the building; just take a different elevator up and down. It was incredibly convenient!~~ The hotel service was excellent. Check-in was in a separate building, and the front desk staff explained the process in great detail and inquired about our needs. After check-in, they even escorted us to our room and explained the room features, including the private hot tub. We could also communicate via WeChat if we had any questions during our stay, and their responses were very prompt! 🥰 The breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of options. The dining restaurant is located past the villa area, and it was lovely to take a stroll around there in the morning. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied. Everything from the environment, the convenience of activities, the service, to the breakfast was superb! 👍🏻

GGuest UserThe room facilities are complete. My child was participating in a chess competition here. I stayed here for one night to rest. It felt good. The breakfast bread was good. The only thing I felt uncomfortable about was that my son was charged 88 yuan for breakfast. I said that a child over 1.3 meters tall should pay the full price, but later they charged half the price. The service staff at the restaurant entrance needs training. They can't tell how old the child is! 1.5 points for service!
