When we checked in, Alisa was incredibly patient and thoughtful, efficiently helping us switch to a different room type to accommodate our family's needs. Her service was meticulous, and her demeanor was gentle and friendly. Sally in the Executive Lounge was warm, professional, and very courteous. She ensured that snacks and drinks were replenished promptly and explained all the lounge benefits in great detail. Both ladies provided attentive service throughout our stay, demonstrating professionalism and genuine warmth, making us feel incredibly comfortable. The hotel's ambiance is elegant, and the service is truly heartwarming. We will definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit to Shenyang. Highly recommended!

CChengkexinExtended my stay, and it's another great review! My experience at the Wanda Realm Shenyang this time was absolutely perfect, and I have to highlight some points. The hotel's location is excellent, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The lobby is clean and elegant, and the room was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with thoughtful amenities, completely exceeding my expectations. What truly stood out was the bespectacled male front desk staff member; his service was both professional and heartwarming. He was incredibly efficient during check-in, maintained a constant smile, and spoke in a gentle tone, completing all formalities quickly. From check-in to check-out, every detail reflected his dedication and professionalism. This kind of 'home away from home' experience is rare and truly appreciated. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Shenyang, and a special thank you to that bespectacled front desk staff member for adding so much warmth to my trip. Highly recommend it to all travelers.

GGuest UserFacilities: Marriott's facilities are always top-notch, no complaints there. Cleanliness: Same as above. Ambiance: The room layout is noticeably more rational. Funnily enough, the first time I stayed at a Hyatt, I couldn't even find the restroom! Renaissance hotels, it seems, don't go for those hidden bathroom designs anywhere in the country. Service: Manager Yang at the front desk arranged my room in advance, which was very thoughtful. They even prepared a welcome gift for my friends who traveled a long way, and we got to try the Shenyang specialty, Bulaolin candy. Really great, thumbs up! As someone who lives abroad, whenever I return to Shenyang in the Northeast, it's always the Renaissance. I've stayed there for so many years that I'm genuinely too lazy to try anywhere else. The next time I come to Shenyang, or with friends, I'll definitely choose the Renaissance again!

As soon as I stepped out of the elevator, I could hear the night staff's loud and clear greeting from a distance, which instantly put me in a good mood. I noticed two people on duty were a bit busy, so I had to wait a short while, but the check-in process was very fast, and they effectively helped me with my questions. Thumbs up to the staff! The room was great, and the service was excellent. Highly recommended! The only minor drawback is that sometimes you might have to wait in line for a bit. Otherwise, everything else was great.

GGuest UserWe arrived on the fourth day of the ***** New Year. We left Beijing after lunch, and the drive was smooth with no traffic, as the Jingha Expressway renovations were finally complete. We stopped for some BBQ in Jinzhou in the evening and reached Shenyang by night. The hotel's location is super convenient; it's just a 10-minute walk from Shenyang Railway Station, and there's a subway station downstairs. Taiyuan Street Pedestrian Street is right next door. We could have walked to the large Yonglihui bathhouse in about 10 minutes (but we skipped it, fearing it would be too crowded, and went to a smaller one nearby instead). A taxi to Xita took just over 10 minutes. So, getting around was a breeze! The hotel has an underground parking lot, though the spaces were a bit narrow. Parking was free during our stay. While the room decor felt a bit dated, all the facilities were in good working order. No issues with damage, strange smells, or leaks. The hot water was plentiful and the showerhead worked perfectly, making everything comfortable to use. The front desk staff were also very friendly and welcoming. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. Oh, and there's a convenience store right across the street with reasonably priced items. I'd definitely consider staying here again next time.

FFreeyaThe hotel is next to Beiling Park and is located in a garden with good greenery. The rooms are not big and the layout is compact. I would like to talk about the service in detail: First of all, the service at the hotel front desk is very good. The front desk manager also sent us to the room. Thank you very much! The room service is not satisfactory! We stayed for two consecutive days, and the cleaning lady threw away the food I bought the day before as garbage! The cleaning lady threw away the guests' food and was embarrassed to ask the aunt to compensate. It was quite disgusting! Secondly, the slippers for the second night were not put for us. I called the room service to ask for slippers. The lady in the room service didn't believe it and asked me to look for it in the room. The cleaning lady didn't put the slippers. I called after looking for it! I asked the room service to bring two bottles of water when she sent the slippers. The lady also told me that there were only two bottles of water in one room, and then she said as a charity that she would make an exception and give me two more bottles... Isn't this a five-star hotel? Hotels above four stars can add water for free! Even if you stay in a three-star hotel like Home Inn, you can ask for more water if it's not enough. Do you think that guests in high-end hotels have to drive out to the supermarket to buy water if they don't have enough water? There was a young girl serving the room very well, but the older one had a sullen face and an unpleasant attitude!

Environment: Similar to other Westin hotels I've stayed at, so I'm satisfied. Facilities: The bathtub was broken, but it was repaired quickly. The room isn't huge, but the 2-meter bed is a big plus. I had quite a few issues during this stay; on the second day, my room door inexplicably wouldn't open. Service: It was okay; feedback was addressed relatively quickly. I hope they can inspect and improve the facilities. The pool is especially suitable for children.

AAnweidiqiuI came for the hot springs, but I ended up falling in love with the room! ✅ Room Highlights: The wabi-sabi style with natural wood really impressed me. The entire room had wood-grain flooring and light wood furniture, creating a consistent and soothing aesthetic. The suite layout was well-designed with clear divisions. The large sofa in the living room made me want to just lounge all day. The small minibar even had bottled water and a tea set, which were thoughtful touches. ✅ Hot Spring Experience: The outdoor hot spring environment was excellent. After a soak, I felt completely relaxed and refreshed. In winter, returning to the warm room after a bath truly filled me with happiness. ✅ Bonus Points: The hygiene was impeccable. The marble bathroom area was clean and fresh, the bedding was soft, and the soundproofing was good, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The overall experience was superb. It's the kind of resort where you never want to leave. I've already recommended it to my friends!

GGuest UserI found this hotel online and was attracted by the luxurious lobby. Although the room is a bit old, it is very big, with an outdoor balcony and a large bathtub in the bathroom. It is well received. The TV is a bit small and the effect is not very good, but the service is very good. If you need anything, you can call the room service and it will be delivered. There is also a small naughty castle in the lobby for children to play. I was reluctant to leave before leaving. In short, it was a pleasant stay.

GGuest UserWonderful hotel in Shenyang which is located next to the highway near the BMW plant, perfect for those who prefer driving or traveling by car. This hotel is also next to an interesting ant-themed amusement park, a China-Germany street, a BMX bike & skate park, as well as a huge ecological park with a winding river & islands which makes for a breathtakingly beautiful view from the room. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated with excellent facilities including a large indoor pool, gym & a delicious breakfast buffet in the mornings. We also saw a lovely wedding event & photoshoot being held here! Special thanks to Marie & Cici for making our stay so memorable, we were very pleased with everything & would definitely recommend this hotel.
