DDamion FerrellThe hotel is roughly a 10-minute walk from the US Consulate, and going there for a visa interview was the purpose of our trip. So, I recommend this hotel if that is your reason for visiting Shenyang. Otherwise, the fitness room is organized and clean, the breakfast buffet is decent, and the room has plenty of space. The only thing I would say is ”okay” is the service as receiving food service took a long time. It would be better to order food in the area. Otherwise, the hotel is nice.

From its geographical location to its service details, it demonstrates the excellent quality of a high-end hotel. The hotel is located on Xinggong North Street, Tiexi District, adjacent to Yunfeng North Street Metro Station and Shenyang Station, which is very convenient for both business and leisure travel. The air-purified king-size room is spacious and bright. The 38-square-meter space is equipped with panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows. The high-rise buildings on the 24th and 25th floors have a wide view, allowing you to quietly enjoy the bustling city. The room is fully equipped with non-smoking facilities, ensuring a healthy stay.
The hotel has abundant supporting facilities, especially the recreation center, which is a highlight! The indoor swimming pool has clear water and the fitness room is fully equipped. I would like to give special praise to the waiters Xiaoliang and Xiaohuang in the recreation center. Their professionalism and enthusiasm are very heartwarming. Xiaoliang Xiaoliang had a friendly smile throughout the whole process and provided meticulous service in every detail; the two waiters not only demonstrated their superb professional qualities, but also used their sincere attitude to make the recreational experience full of warmth, adding a strong touch to the hotel service!
Overall, Shenyang Haiyun Jinjiang International Hotel has become an ideal choice for business travel and vacation with its superior location, complete facilities and humanized services. In particular, the outstanding performance of Xiaoliang and Xiaohuang from the recreation center truly interpreted the concept of ”feeling at home” and is worthy of strong recommendation!

GGuest UserThe service at the Renaissance Shenyang was excellent. The gentleman who greeted us on the first floor was incredibly welcoming and had a great memory. He even remembered my visit last year. Du Miao, the front desk clerk at the check-in counter, was particularly attentive. He proactively asked for my preferences and helped me adjust my lake view and upgrade my floor. Among Marriott's hotels, Sheraton feels more business-like, while Marriott offers traditional luxury. The Renaissance offers both luxury and personal touches, paired with excellent service that makes you feel right at home.
Some highlights:
1. There's a Starbucks coffee shop in the first-floor lobby, with discounts for in-house guests.
2. The bed was very comfortable and larger. Hotels like InterContinental are typically 1.1-1.2 meters wide, while the Renaissance's is 1.35-1.4 meters wide.
3. This hotel is a bit far from the city center and close to factories, so rates are higher Monday through Friday. Weekend discounts are available. If you're driving or have a car, this is a great value option.

AAnonymous UserSecond stay, just as good as before, the front desk and room service are good, free drinks and free supper during the May Day holiday, eight kinds of drinks are free in the room every day, very convenient. The room is also soundproofed, I didn't hear any noise from the next room for three nights, and I slept very well. The big bed I booked this time is not as big as the last time, it seems that the same room type, the last time was 2.5 meters, and there was no souvenir when I checked out this time, but overall it is still very good.

NNuonuoxiaIt takes less than an hour to get to the hotel from the airport, which is not too close, but there is no traffic jam on the road. The hotel heating temperature is suitable. I booked a boutique standard twin room in the villa area and received 2 hot spring tickets for free on the day of check-in. The hotel is 70 square meters, has an indoor hot spring, and a relatively large living room area, making the stay more comfortable. The day we checked in was New Year's Eve, and the hotel even sent us dumplings, which were delicious. For hotel takeout, you can order from Lawson which has good reviews. There are also ice sculptures in the hotel, and the hotpot pork in the bathing center restaurant is also quite delicious and not expensive. The bathing center is very large so it's not crowded at all. Many people set off fireworks on New Year's Eve, which is full of New Year flavor and a great experience.

The restaurant meal set is also suitable, and there is a shopping mall opposite. When checking in, the front desk lady Stella was very enthusiastic, and the hotel also gave us delicious soup. A glass of milk and snacks are delivered every day, as well as chocolate. The breakfast is very rich and the room is very warm. I also saw the big fat rabbits in the children's playground, which were very cute.

GGuest UserWonderful hotel in Shenyang which is located next to the highway near the BMW plant, perfect for those who prefer driving or traveling by car. This hotel is also next to an interesting ant-themed amusement park, a China-Germany street, a BMX bike & skate park, as well as a huge ecological park with a winding river & islands which makes for a breathtakingly beautiful view from the room. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated with excellent facilities including a large indoor pool, gym & a delicious breakfast buffet in the mornings. We also saw a lovely wedding event & photoshoot being held here! Special thanks to Marie & Cici for making our stay so memorable, we were very pleased with everything & would definitely recommend this hotel.
