GGuest UserThe room is not very spacious. It is considered below average among the Lavande hotels I have stayed in. It has its own parking lot, which is convenient and has many parking spaces. There is no tea or fruit at the lobby front desk. The breakfast of 38 yuan per person is not very cost-effective. There are many restaurants in the area, which is very convenient.

GGuest UserTo be honest, there was still a little bit of a comment before booking, and I found that I was completely worried after I checked in. Whether it is the efficiency of check-in or the meticulousness of room service, it makes people feel at home. It is my luck to be able to live in such a hotel at this price. I wish the boss a prosperous business and look forward to seeing you next time.

GGuest UserMust give this hotel 100 points! Stayed here to watch the football game. It's very close to the stadium. As we arrived in Shenyang quite early, we went shopping at the nearby outlet mall first, had lunch and then just walked to the stadium. The hotel waiters are all very enthusiastic. After the game ended in the evening, the girl at the front desk enthusiastically recommended a nearby barbecue restaurant to us. When we checked in, the manager was very enthusiastic and said that we were lucky customers. He gave us a fruit plate and gifts, which was really thoughtful. When I checked out in the morning, the beautiful lady at the front desk asked me if I wanted to take two bottles of warm water.

MM297411****I was completely won over by Atour Hotel's heartwarming service during this stay! I had low blood sugar and felt dizzy during check-in; my voice was even a bit weak. The front desk staff member immediately noticed something was wrong, quickly helped me to a sofa to rest, and swiftly brought me candy to boost my sugar levels. He then promptly contacted the manager to explain the situation. Once I felt a bit better, the manager personally arranged for staff to escort me back to my room, even bringing milk and extra candy, repeatedly urging me to contact them if I felt unwell at any time. There wasn't a hint of perfunctoriness throughout; every step, from their keen observation of the problem to their thoughtful follow-up care, radiated sincerity. The room was spotlessly clean and tidy, the bedding soft and comfortable, and the breakfast absolutely delicious. During my stay, the staff also proactively asked about my well-being. This care, going above and beyond their duties, made me, a solo traveler, feel incredibly secure. It's a shame the front desk guy didn't reveal his name; I only saw his nametag, which read 'Lan Pengyou' (likely a playful name sounding like 'boyfriend'). This isn't just a hotel; it's more like a warm harbor during a journey. I will definitely choose this place again next time!

DDaliandiariesThe hotel staff were so warm and welcoming and they did a fabulous job of a quick check-in. 😄 Our room was on the 5th floor and once we entered, we were completely satisfied as it was just as the pictures shown online. Bathroom were clean, amenities were good and bed was very comfortable. 👍🏻👍🏻 I loved their cute little tea making area where you could also hang your clothes beside. They even had a humidifier which we ended up using as the weather got chillier after we arrived. 😊💕 Housekeeping was done the next day after we left to explore and they even restocked water bottles. 🤩 Overall, the hotel experience was really a good one. Only thing that took me off was the window view. They mentioned it was a city view, but the 5th floor room views were covered by the hotels name boards 😥 but I did not mind as we weren’t here for a hotel staycation.

The hotel is also impeccably maintained and feels very new. I particularly enjoyed the recommendations for local cuisine. Overall, I was very pleased with this hotel choice for my trip. GGuest UserChoosing this hotel was definitely the right decision! For under 300 yuan, the cleanliness surpassed many high-end hotels. The sheets and blankets were spotless, the bathroom mirror was watertight, and even the slippers were individually wrapped. Located in the old town, it's surrounded by local eateries, allowing you to enjoy authentic soy milk and fried dough sticks right outside your door in the morning. It's also just two bus stops from tourist attractions, making transportation very convenient. While it lacks the luxurious amenities of high-end hotels, it has everything you need: fast heating, strong Wi-Fi signal, and no problems at all during my two-night stay. Excellent value for money!

GGuest UserIn all honesty, this is by far my least favorite hotel that I have stayed in Shenyang. We had to move rooms twice as the first room did not have water at all in the bathtub then after being moved to the second room, then there was no hot water, lastly we were moved to a third room which luckily had water. Overall, it was not a horrible stay. The hotel was nice enough but honestly, it is overpriced. I don’t think it’s worse the money that I paid and unfortunately I will not go back. To give credit to the front desk there was one employee that spoke very well English and he did apologize and make up for it by offering a free breakfast, so that regards I can’t complain, but the inconvenience and the frustration of having to move up and down the rooms differently was not for me.

CChan JKI boarded a taxi from the railway station, the driver not really know where's this hotel. Upon reaching the hotel is rather late and when I stepped into the hotel around 11pm plus, there's no one at the counter. My stay was at the 4 floor whereby now is under renovation, surprisingly there's no notice from the hotel to inform that. Overall I happy satisfied with my one night stay. The room wall both lights was not secured By the way, I am happy with the breakfast and the service staff at the breakfast area. Still have room to improve, if you ask me would I recommend to friends, my answer is ”YES”
