"The hotel boasts an excellent location, directly opposite Shenyang North Railway Station and just a stone's throw from the subway. The surrounding area is bustling with dining options, offering a wide variety of choices. Several establishments, including Siji Chenmian, are open 24 hours, which is incredibly convenient. If you get hungry late at night, you can enjoy a hot bowl of noodles within minutes.
The front desk staff and other service personnel were all very pleasant – warm, witty, and polite.
Now for the downsides.
Firstly, the location is a double-edged sword. While it's incredibly convenient, it also means the area can be relatively noisy.
Secondly, the hotel's interior decor is relatively dated. There are limited power outlets near the bed. The TV, with its analog signal and only a few channels, is largely ornamental. The central air conditioning also produces noise when switched on. While none of these are major concerns, they did, to some extent, impact the overall guest experience.
Overall, considering the price, it offers good value for money. Hopefully, by my next visit to Shenyang, the hotel will have undergone some refreshing improvements!"

"The location is excellent, right at an exit of Metro Line 2. It's just a 4-minute walk to Financial City Exits B and C, and Line 2 provides convenient access to the Liaoning Provincial Museum and the airport. Behind the hotel, there's a snack street, with a night market a bit further in, making it an incredibly convenient spot. The hotel itself was quite clean. Breakfast was simple but sufficient, offering both Chinese staples (like steamed buns, various small dishes, black rice porridge, millet porridge, and tea eggs) and Western options (such as toast and coffee)."

"The hotel where I stayed during this trip directly caught my attention! From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I could feel its uniqueness.
The staff at the front desk was enthusiastic and efficient, and they quickly helped me check in. They also took the time to introduce the hotel's services, and their sincere attitude made me feel warm inside.
Walking into the room, the layout is well-organized and warm, every decoration is just right, and I really love it! The bedding is soft and comfortable, and I don't want to get up when I lie down. I slept well at night. The toiletries in the bathroom are of high quality, with fresh and light fragrance, which adds a lot to the overall stay experience.
There are also many fun places around, which can be reached on foot, making travel very convenient.
The stay experience was excellent this time, the service and facilities were impeccable, I will definitely choose this hotel next time I come here!"

"There is a laundry room with a clothes dryer and a washing machine. Although it is entered by swiping a card, it is ridiculous that clothes are taken out not long after they are dried. The room is quite dusty, please use a vacuum cleaner to vacuum it up. In addition, the toilet is really small. When you close the door and go to the toilet, your face will be pressed against the door."

First, the **service**: All hotel staff, including the front desk, restaurant, housekeeping, and cleaning crew, were incredibly friendly, patient, and customer-focused.
Second, the **location**: Newly opened in 2024, the hotel boasts an extremely convenient location, very close to the Exhibition Center, Shenyang South Station, and Sujiatun Station. Our room featured two beds – one king-size (2 meters) and one large twin/double (1.2 meters) – comfortably accommodating four people, along with a spacious sofa.
Third, **nearby amenities**: There are numerous dining options available, with many right on the ground floor. Ordering takeout is also incredibly convenient.

"Picked the hotel as we were travelling by train. Just 3 mins from the train station and subway station, making it a very convenient location for commuting. Basic facilities expected of a Ibiz business hotel. Room kind of small but working condition. Breakfast is a bit of a let down on the setting and variety, but the price justified it. You need to climb a few flights of stairs to reach the breakfast area - extra challenging during winter!"

DDashanshanxiaojie[Location] Right at the traffic light intersection of Xita Fengqing Street, there are all kinds of delicious food downstairs. You will never go hungry and you will have everything you want to eat. It is particularly convenient. The alley next to the hotel is a street selling various condiments and pickles.
[Service] The lobby is on the 6th floor. Take the elevator to check in on the 6th floor. There is an elevator control card to go to the floor you are on. If you have anything to call the front desk, you can get through immediately. They even offered to get us water when we walked in. It’s great to have late check-out if you have something to do! The service is very friendly and the voice is sweet. Feel at home!
[Facilities] There are no dead corners, the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, the room has a corner sofa and tea sets, tea leaves, a small refrigerator, and mineral water is provided! Open and bright ~ the room is particularly smart, with electric curtains! The toilet is automatically flushed and heated. There is a night light next to the bed, so you won't be in the dark when you wake up at night. The room has a floor heater and you can wear short-sleeves in the room without getting cold at all.
It’s my first time to experience the whole season, and I’m extremely satisfied. I will choose it many times in the future. The Jixi Tower store is a great experience.

AAnonymous UserDecent. Room is spacious and have sufficient heating and looks good inside. Plenty of drinking water provided. Near a small food market, the small Palace and alot of shopping malls around if you're into shopping.
However most of the nightlife situated elsewhere, (15-30minutes by cab)
If you goal is just to see the historical attractions and eat some street food, and walk around shopping malls and have a nice place to sleep, it is a good place to stay.
Cons, no smoking area/ room, no spa, gym is pathetic. Big hotel but nothing much. Been to smaller hotels with more amenities.
The new counter staffs are more service orientated than the senior ones. My room card was disabled 4 hours before I checkout. Inconvenience for that last 4 hours, went to the receptionist and she couldn't even extend it but I had to tell the receptionist everytime I wish to open the room door for a room which I had paid for. Just a small simple act of extending my room card and it could not be done automatically.
Newer receptionists service are good. Senior ones are arrogant.
Overall ok, but not value for money.

During check in, to our surprised, hotel prepared some gift pack for Fans attending Zhou Shen's concert.
Its was definitely a very good gesture. Gift pack includes items of Local Shenyang produce. (Ji Jia-chicken skeleton).
As i am a foreigner without RMB in WeChat wallet, the hotel front desk manager assist me without any hesitation.

GGuest UserThe room is not very spacious. It is considered below average among the Lavande hotels I have stayed in. It has its own parking lot, which is convenient and has many parking spaces. There is no tea or fruit at the lobby front desk. The breakfast of 38 yuan per person is not very cost-effective. There are many restaurants in the area, which is very convenient.

- Clean and comfortably-spaced room, comfortable bed, everything that we needed was provided (hairdryer, hangers, toiletries etc)
- The front desk staff were always helpful and friendly
- There was a laundry room which was convenient if you needed to do laundry
- Good price for a very good stay
- Our only concern/the only con was the glass bathroom door, which was not so comfortable for friends traveling together

Two lifts (one which need room card and the other don’t need room card) can go up to hotel floors during day time. Security a bit weak.

Ddaisylee21The room felt cozy, and the smart controls were very convenient. The only slight drawback was that the showerhead is fixed to the wall and tends to leak a little if you try to detach it. Being located near Middle Street, the surrounding area is currently under renovation, so there's no private parking available. The lobby, located on the second floor, is very stylishly designed and offers complimentary lemonade and traditional popsicles (self-service). The most interesting feature was definitely the delivery robot 🤖️ – we even happened to see a human delivery driver working alongside it!
Late checkout until 2 PM is available free of charge upon request. Just keep in mind that room cards automatically deactivate at 12 PM. So, if you have a late checkout, remember to reactivate your card at the front desk when you return from going out. The thoughtful little farewell gift was a very nice touch 🫶🏼.

GGuest UserThe room was clean and tidy, and our stay was incredibly comfortable. All the amenities were well-equipped and thoughtfully designed. The surroundings were very quiet. The front desk staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful, giving us a warm welcome. The location was very convenient for transportation. Just before we checked out, they even stamped our postcards for free at the front desk. The night view of the watchtower nearby is also stunning.

HHenry0513The hotel is super close the airport yet we were not bothered by the noise. I got to be honest this is not a super luxury hotel, but suite we booked is a perfect stay before our flight. The room is clean and that is very important to us as we travel with a kid. The staffs are very responsive and friendly. Restaurant is great, we order mostly home town food but they are surprisingly delicious.
