DDashanshanxiaojie[Location] Right at the traffic light intersection of Xita Fengqing Street, there are all kinds of delicious food downstairs. You will never go hungry and you will have everything you want to eat. It is particularly convenient. The alley next to the hotel is a street selling various condiments and pickles. [Service] The lobby is on the 6th floor. Take the elevator to check in on the 6th floor. There is an elevator control card to go to the floor you are on. If you have anything to call the front desk, you can get through immediately. They even offered to get us water when we walked in. It’s great to have late check-out if you have something to do! The service is very friendly and the voice is sweet. Feel at home! [Facilities] There are no dead corners, the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, the room has a corner sofa and tea sets, tea leaves, a small refrigerator, and mineral water is provided! Open and bright ~ the room is particularly smart, with electric curtains! The toilet is automatically flushed and heated. There is a night light next to the bed, so you won't be in the dark when you wake up at night. The room has a floor heater and you can wear short-sleeves in the room without getting cold at all. It’s my first time to experience the whole season, and I’m extremely satisfied. I will choose it many times in the future. The Jixi Tower store is a great experience.

AAnonymous UserClean and sanitary, the facilities are also new, but the shower water pressure is not enough, and it is hot and cold. The water needs to be turned to the hottest position to get hot water, but if you feel it is too hot, turn it less and it will immediately turn to cold water. Fortunately, the water will fluctuate between hot and cold, so it will not be too hot, but it would be best if it could be fixed. Then the toilet has a smart toilet seat. Once you sit on it, it will automatically flush the walls and the water will bounce up. It's so disgusting🤮Later I just unplugged the toilet seat. . The service is very good. If there is a problem with the room, the master will come to help solve it immediately 👍🏾 The location is a bit far, the subway station is 10 minutes away, and the attractions are more than 20 minutes away.

GGuest UserMust give this hotel 100 points! Stayed here to watch the football game. It's very close to the stadium. As we arrived in Shenyang quite early, we went shopping at the nearby outlet mall first, had lunch and then just walked to the stadium. The hotel waiters are all very enthusiastic. After the game ended in the evening, the girl at the front desk enthusiastically recommended a nearby barbecue restaurant to us. When we checked in, the manager was very enthusiastic and said that we were lucky customers. He gave us a fruit plate and gifts, which was really thoughtful. When I checked out in the morning, the beautiful lady at the front desk asked me if I wanted to take two bottles of warm water.

MM297411****I was completely won over by Atour Hotel's heartwarming service during this stay! I had low blood sugar and felt dizzy during check-in; my voice was even a bit weak. The front desk staff member immediately noticed something was wrong, quickly helped me to a sofa to rest, and swiftly brought me candy to boost my sugar levels. He then promptly contacted the manager to explain the situation. Once I felt a bit better, the manager personally arranged for staff to escort me back to my room, even bringing milk and extra candy, repeatedly urging me to contact them if I felt unwell at any time. There wasn't a hint of perfunctoriness throughout; every step, from their keen observation of the problem to their thoughtful follow-up care, radiated sincerity. The room was spotlessly clean and tidy, the bedding soft and comfortable, and the breakfast absolutely delicious. During my stay, the staff also proactively asked about my well-being. This care, going above and beyond their duties, made me, a solo traveler, feel incredibly secure. It's a shame the front desk guy didn't reveal his name; I only saw his nametag, which read 'Lan Pengyou' (likely a playful name sounding like 'boyfriend'). This isn't just a hotel; it's more like a warm harbor during a journey. I will definitely choose this place again next time!

DDaliandiariesThe hotel staff were so warm and welcoming and they did a fabulous job of a quick check-in. 😄 Our room was on the 5th floor and once we entered, we were completely satisfied as it was just as the pictures shown online. Bathroom were clean, amenities were good and bed was very comfortable. 👍🏻👍🏻 I loved their cute little tea making area where you could also hang your clothes beside. They even had a humidifier which we ended up using as the weather got chillier after we arrived. 😊💕 Housekeeping was done the next day after we left to explore and they even restocked water bottles. 🤩 Overall, the hotel experience was really a good one. Only thing that took me off was the window view. They mentioned it was a city view, but the 5th floor room views were covered by the hotels name boards 😥 but I did not mind as we weren’t here for a hotel staycation.

The hotel is also impeccably maintained and feels very new. I particularly enjoyed the recommendations for local cuisine. Overall, I was very pleased with this hotel choice for my trip. CChan JKI boarded a taxi from the railway station, the driver not really know where's this hotel. Upon reaching the hotel is rather late and when I stepped into the hotel around 11pm plus, there's no one at the counter. My stay was at the 4 floor whereby now is under renovation, surprisingly there's no notice from the hotel to inform that. Overall I happy satisfied with my one night stay. The room wall both lights was not secured By the way, I am happy with the breakfast and the service staff at the breakfast area. Still have room to improve, if you ask me would I recommend to friends, my answer is ”YES”
