"What a Lovely Stay! This is actually the first hotel I’ve ever reviewed on Trip.com, and I really wanted to share my experience because this place truly impressed me. The hotel is spacious, clean, well-organized, and very comfortable. Everything feels thoughtfully managed, and the staff are all incredibly polite, friendly, and welcoming. They were always happy to help and provided complete and useful information whenever I had questions. The room itself had everything I needed, so I honestly didn’t feel the need to go outside at all. You could easily spend the whole day at the hotel and still have plenty to do. There are working spaces, baking facilities, a swimming pool, ping-pong tables, mountain and island activities, and many other things to enjoy within the property. I especially loved the green spaces around the hotel. The atmosphere is peaceful, refreshing, and really relaxing. There are also bicycles available for free, which made exploring the area even more enjoyable and convenient. The location is another big plus. It’s close to 7-Eleven and various local shops, so getting snacks, drinks, or anything you might need is very easy. Overall, I had a wonderful experience here. The combination of a beautiful and spacious property, friendly staff, great facilities, peaceful surroundings, and a convenient location made my stay really comfortable. "I have to say, the service at this hotel was exceptional. The front desk staff were very welcoming, and the breakfast was outstanding – truly excellent and thoughtfully prepared, especially since it was made fresh, even better than some five-star hotels. The hotel is located down a steep slope, which makes renting a car and accessing the 7-Eleven very convenient. All of these aspects left me very satisfied. Additionally, we booked a double room, but the balcony had a large sofa bed that could easily sleep two people, which is fantastic if you have a larger group. While the facilities aren't top-notch and there can be some noise from the road next door, these minor issues don't detract from the overall excellent experience."

"Kalima Resort & Spa – A Hotel We'd Love to Return To We first discovered Kalima because of the Japanese restaurant on the hotel grounds. We were immediately impressed by the panoramic views and the famous infinity pool – so much so that we booked a few nights there almost immediately after dinner. And honestly, the hotel exceeded our expectations. The service here is truly top-notch, the infrastructure is excellent, and the staff are incredibly attentive. We appreciated the attention to detail: you can easily contact the reception, order services, and book activities through a convenient app, saving a lot of time on organizational matters. I particularly want to highlight the staff – all employees are very friendly, attentive, and respond quickly to any requests. Housekeeping was done daily and to a high standard, without any complaints. The breakfasts deserve special mention. The selection is truly impressive: Japanese and Italian cuisine, BBQ, a wide variety of fresh fruits, desserts, a chocolate fountain, and a DIY bar with mojitos and other cocktails. There's also a separate coffee bar where you can order coffee drinks or a matcha latte. We couldn't even try everything in just a few days. Another pleasant bonus is the recently opened sauna next to the main pool. It's very well-equipped, and thanks to regular cleaning, it's always clean and fresh inside, without any damp smell. The hotel is located a bit away from the main city infrastructure. However, this is perfectly compensated by the free shuttle service to and from Jungceylon, which runs throughout the day. Ultimately, we had such a wonderful time that we decided to extend our stay for an additional night. For us, this is probably the best indicator of how much we loved the hotel. A big thank you to the entire team at Kalima Resort & Spa for a wonderful vacation. I'm sure this was far from our last stay here – we will definitely be back again."

"If you're staying in the annex building, be careful of the long, steep slope. We saw a guest's luggage slide down from there and hit someone. Please make sure to store your personal belongings safely in your room. Other than that, everything else was good, and the pool was great. The room was spacious enough too. Just remember to run the bath water first to make sure there's no yellow discoloration."

"My girlfriend and I really like everything about this place. It's not our first time staying here; we keep extending our reservation. It's clean, cozy, and has a nice pool with pleasant people. The location is excellent. The photo shows the view from the rooftop pool."

"Good hotel with a great location for affordable price for young people. Don’t get connecting rooms otherwise you’ll hear everything whats happening wurh the neighbors behind the door during the day and at night. Soundproofing is not teally good even not in the connecting rooms."
