"The hotel's location was an unexpected delight! It's right across from the cable car station, making trips to Sun Island incredibly convenient. There's also a subway station just across the street, and Central Street is only a ten-minute walk away. The restaurant was another highlight, impressively staying open until midnight. It's fantastic, with a great atmosphere and excellent facilities. The food goes beyond typical breakfast offerings – they have Guobaorou (sweet and sour pork), boiled shrimp daily, and even freshly pulled and cooked Lanzhou hand-pulled noodles. The restaurant staff even prepared yogurt with cute designs for the children. The room was a two-bedroom, two-bathroom suite, perfectly accommodating our entire family. Highly recommended!"

"The front desk and room staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room was clean, odor-free, and the bedding and towels were spotless. The air conditioning worked well, and the bathroom had a great wet/dry separation. Having 24-hour hot water was a plus, and there's an elevator for convenience. They offer a free private parking lot. The location is excellent – you can easily walk to St. Sophia Cathedral and Central Street (even via an underground mall passage). Dining options are plentiful, with fast food downstairs, and there's a large supermarket directly across the street offering incredibly affordable fruits and pastries."

"This new hotel is quite clean, and the staff are very enthusiastic. Both the front desk and housekeeping always greet you politely and proactively. The complimentary hotel afternoon tea was excellent, and the breakfast selection was abundant. Staff would go to each table to ask if you'd like 'Guobaorou' (fried pork in sweet and sour sauce), and the daily fruit and cookies were also very nicely presented. The room size was a bit small, but aside from that, the location is superb. After booking, staff contacted us to inquire about our arrival time and prepared children's slippers in advance. Our two rooms were also arranged together, which was very convenient for a large family traveling together. The hotel's location is also great, just a 1-2 minute walk to Central Avenue. It's also very close to the airport bus stop. Overall, a very good experience, highly recommended!"

The environment is lovely, and the staff are incredibly warm and helpful, offering excellent and attentive service. The afternoon tea and breakfast are also very good, and they even provide late-night snacks and bedtime milk! The Haxi Golden Street downstairs is lined with various food stalls, offering a wide selection of snacks and full meals. You can easily shop, dine, and get everything done in one stop, making both life and travel very convenient. What's most thoughtful is the hotel's complimentary shuttle service to and from Harbin West Station. The vehicle is punctual, and the service is attentive, saving you the hassle of dragging luggage and hailing a taxi. This is particularly friendly for guests catching high-speed trains or transferring to flights. The hotel is a business-oriented hotel, located on two floors (17th and 18th) of a building. The overall decor is a bit old-fashioned and slightly dated, but thankfully, the basic facilities are complete. Room hygiene is well-maintained; the room is clean with no strange odors, and the bedding is fresh and comfortable, making for a pleasant stay. The only minor drawback is that rooms on the second floor (of the hotel's section) do not have elevator access, requiring you to carry your luggage up and down the stairs yourself. This can be a bit inconvenient if you have large luggage. Overall, the hotel offers great value for money, convenient transportation, attentive service, and well-developed commercial amenities. If you're transiting through Harbin West or on a business trip to Harbin, this hotel is one of the best high-value options."

"The location is super convenient, right on Central Street. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. The bed had just the right firmness. Breakfast was varied and delicious; I ate there for two days and didn't have the same thing twice. For supper, they offered congee (century egg and lean pork congee on the first night, plain congee on the second) along with millet congee and some small side dishes. When you're out exploring during the day, you can grab bottled drinking water from a small fridge at the reception. The in-room teapot, cups, and tray were a nice touch for enjoying tea. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit."

Walking in, I was immediately greeted by a warm atmosphere. The front desk staff were gentle and polite, and check-in was incredibly fast, with no unnecessary waiting at all. Knowing we were out-of-town tourists, the staff thoughtfully offered us a tourist map, meticulously explained the routes to Central Street, St. Sophia Cathedral, and the Flood Control Monument, recommended restaurants popular with locals, and even kindly reminded us about the significant temperature difference between day and night in Harbin and little tips for staying warm outdoors. This saved us a lot of trouble with planning. After checking in, the detailed service was exceptionally heartwarming. The cleaning auntie cleaned the room so meticulously; tabletops and bathroom corners were all wiped spotless. She proactively replenished mineral water and toiletries daily. Seeing that we had brought a lot of snacks, she even brought an extra storage tray. Whether it was day or night, whenever we called the front desk with a question, the response was always quick, and the attitude consistently patient and gentle, without any perfunctory responses. The hotel's amenities are also very comprehensive. Free hot water and tea are always available, and the laundry and drying facilities are free to use, with staff proactively showing us how to operate them. Luggage storage and arranging taxis were also readily available. Returning from an evening stroll, there were always staff members on duty in the lobby, which made me feel very secure. On the day of check-out, the staff actively helped us with our large luggage and even gave us a special Harbin souvenir, which was incredibly thoughtful. The location is right next to Central Street, making shopping and getting around very convenient, but what truly impressed me most was the consistently meticulous service from start to finish. From the moment I stepped in until I left, every detail reflected the staff's genuine sincerity. There were no stiff routines, just truly practical and thoughtful care.
