"The front desk staff were very responsive to all my questions. The back garden is a great spot for exercise. The service was excellent, especially Lily who was very helpful. The hotel is conveniently located and the front desk staff were friendly and accommodating. They even offered a free welcome drink! My room had great lighting, was very clean, and perfect for both relaxing and getting work done. I'd definitely stay here again if I have the chance! Five-star rating! Excellent, absolutely fantastic!!"

"This is the most satisfying hotel I've ever stayed in! The room was spotless, so clean I felt comfortable walking barefoot. The bathroom was also very clean with no water stains in the shower corner, and the toilet was disinfected with no odor. Even the curtains were electric, which was a nice touch. The hotel's laundry room was also excellent, fully equipped with new and smart facilities. The staff provided attentive service throughout, helping with luggage very quickly. The room offered a fantastic view of the lake, allowing me to fully appreciate nature. The lighting and ventilation were superb, the room decor was cozy, and the bedding was very comfortable. It felt even more comfortable than being at home! Absolutely great value for money."

"I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel! Originally, I booked it as a transitional stay between 1903 and Aoluguya. But the room gave me the impression that the owner only wants to make money in winter – is this really what you get for 300 RMB? The hardware is top-notch, and the bedding is super comfortable. You can tell there are thoughtful touches throughout the hotel, like the bathtub door that opens and closes to suit different guests, and you can even watch TV while soaking. The small courtyard is also lovely with a little pond, which I imagine would be fun for a dip in the summer. The slippers were comfy too. I actually missed breakfast because the bed was so comfortable I just slept right through it 😂. There's one minor complaint: the sink faucet doesn't have an aerator, but the bathtub faucet does. It doesn't really affect anything though. The toilet isn't electric, but personally, I'm not bothered by those things, and a non-electric toilet actually fits the hotel's overall style quite well. Overall, even though it was an upgraded room type, the biggest difference between room types is just the size, but the price difference isn't huge. I'm definitely willing to pay a bit more for a better stay. Even though it's next to the street, it's very quiet. I'd definitely choose this hotel again in the future; it's genuinely good."

"My stay here was incredibly comfortable, far exceeding my expectations! The moment I walked into the room, it felt very clean and free of any strange odors. The bed was just the right firmness, making for a truly restful sleep. The bathroom was meticulously tidied, and there was plenty of hot water, with a full set of toiletries provided. The front desk staff was exceptionally friendly and efficient with the check-in process, patiently answering all my questions. The hotel's location is also very convenient, close to dining and shopping, yet still quiet at night with no noise whatsoever. "The environment here is absolutely top-notch! It's a garden hotel with extensive grounds, beautiful lawns, and lovely flowers and plants. The buildings themselves are also very aesthetically pleasing. The service is excellent too; they proactively contact you to arrange check-in. The location is superb. Directly across the street is the Ocean Polar World and a subway station. The entrance to Sun Island Park is just a few hundred meters away. I originally considered staying on Central Street, but I'm so glad I chose this place instead. It's incredibly quiet, yet getting to Central Street is very convenient – you can take the subway from the Polar World or walk to the riverfront for a ferry ride. The room was a fairly traditional standard room, and the amenities were all good. The breakfast was very extensive, offering a variety of Chinese and Western pastries, congee, and side dishes. I'd definitely want to stay here again on my next visit!"

"This hotel's backyard is great for working out! Out of all the hotels I've stayed at, this one really makes me want to extend my trip. The room is spacious and doesn't feel cramped at all, and the large windows let in plenty of natural light. When the afternoon sun streams in, all I want to do is curl up on the sofa and not move. The front desk staff are also very nice; at check-out, they even asked if I wanted a bottle of water for the road. My friend recommended this place, and it definitely didn't disappoint! It's excellent value for money, and they even have a free shuttle. Very satisfied!"

"I arrived late at night and the receptionist very helpful. Even though i cannot speak chinese and receptionist do not speak english, he always ask Siri on his phone to make sure everything go smoothly. The receptionist even help me buy bread and drinks at the vending machine that requires Chinese phone number. Room is spacious, clean. All items working well, just lack of internet connection maybe my room located at the end of the alley. The best part, breakfast included too in the room rate. So you don’t have to go outside find breakfast during this cold weather 😃"

I have already exceeded the check-out time after running the marathon.
