"The room was incredibly spacious with breathtaking views from the window. The bathroom had a bathtub, and the shower pressure was surprisingly strong for a high-altitude location, which was very comfortable. The breakfast and dinner, included with the stay, were different every day and delicious. Catching the sunrise in the morning is an exclusive experience for guests, and on the last day, I even got to see the 'Morgenrot' (alpenglow), which was absolutely amazing. On Thursday evenings, there's a free stargazing event with commentary from University of Bern researchers, where you can admire the beautiful night sky through the hotel's top-floor telescope."

"The hotel is the white house shown in the first picture. The room was quite small, but the breakfast was decent and pretty abundant. It's located in the middle of town, close to the church. Overall, the value for money is alright. Zermatt has tons of hotels, so there are many choices, but very few are available for booking on Ctrip."

"Overall a pretty okay stay if you are not fussy. 10 minutes walk from Zermatt station, easy to access. Fret not if you are staying in the higher floors, there’s an elevator. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Path is well lit at night. Bed and toilet are clean, the floor is abit dusty but not a big issue for me :) PS, this hotel is nit allowed to use our own hair dryer due to voltage, hair dryer is provided by the hotel. No using of heating / cooking too."

"The staff were not particularly responsive, and we had an awkward interaction at 8:00 AM when housekeeping knocked rather loudly and seemed annoyed that we were not ready to vacate the room yet. Additionally, when we went down for breakfast at 9:00 AM, most of it had already been cleared away, despite the official notice stating it runs until 10:00 AM. On a positive note, the hotel does offer a convenient perk: just be sure to book their free transit shuttle to/from the train station ahead of time."

"The location is super convenient, 10 minutes walk to the downtown business district, it is also very convenient to go to the train station, too friendly to passengers traveling across countries ～ The room is clean and tidy, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the sound insulation effect is excellent, and it is too important to sleep well after a long flight. The staff is warm and professional, the English communication is smooth, and the local travel tips are also intimate. The breakfast is rich in variety, taking into account Chinese and Western tastes, and even the light meals that the baby can eat. The price is super high, I will choose next time, recommend it to friends who have travel or bring baby needs!"

"It is the best hotel in Switzerland in 8 days. The worst hotel I used to stay in before was 4 stars of 2800 yuan, basically all 5 stars. The facilities are new and the new hotel is more in my style. The service is in place, reflecting the high level of Swiss hotel service industry. The rooms are not large or small, just right, the toilets are a bit small, and the toiletries are a well-known British brand. Because the owner of the hotel loves whiskeys, there is a cabinet for whiskeys in the lobby. Whiskey in the room can be drunk for free, which is a waste for me who does not drink. The breakfast is not many, but it is very exquisite and you can eat it well. Self-driving is not allowed here, there are shuttle buses to the train station, you need to call in advance to book. Several attractions are close. The hotel swimming pool is also good, although not large, you can swim and watch the mountain view. I will definitely choose here next time. Price is also good."

"This was the first hotel I stayed at in Switzerland, for two nights. I'd say it's a four-star hotel? But I had a very good experience. First, the location is absolutely fantastic, incredibly close to the train station. There's a sign across the street pointing to a small alley next to a restaurant; the hotel is just a minute's walk away. It's so convenient for getting luggage and catching the train. Although you can't see the Matterhorn, the view from the small terrace is quite nice. The two ladies at the front desk were very welcoming and greeted me when I arrived. Breakfast was fairly standard, just a typical European breakfast; you can order complimentary fried eggs or omelets. The downside is that the rooms are quite small, and the bathroom is tiny; you have to stand in the bathtub to shower (so there's no bathing option). Oh, and they were very kind to give me tea when I checked out."
