Zermatt Hotels with Pools

It's a very convenient hotel, just a 10-minute walk from the station and a 3-minute walk from a supermarket. The rooms are also very spacious and you can cook your own meals. The balcony has a beautiful view.

The hotel is absolutely fantastic!!!! We arrived on July 13th and they picked us up with all our luggage at the station, after which they gave us a free upgrade to the room with a view of the Matterhorn!!!!! Something breathtaking!!!! Truly gorgeous! I will absolutely return also for the friendliness of the staff!! Thank you with all my heart!

For a truly memorable stay in Zermatt, look no further than the Traditional Julen Hotel. We travelled throughout Switzerland, and the view from our Matterhorn room was hands down the best we experienced. Waking up to that iconic peak every morning was simply breathtaking. The service at the Julen is impeccable. The staff is incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to meet every need we had, making us feel truly welcome. Speaking of needs, be sure to grab a bite at their downstairs restaurant. The food is excellent, though the space is a little on the cozy (some might say claustrophobic) side. Don't let that deter you, though - the culinary experience is well worth it. Overall, the Traditional Julen Hotel is a fantastic choice. Splurge on the Matterhorn room for an unforgettable view, and rest assured knowing you'll be taken care of by a truly exceptional team. Highly recommended!

The hotel boasts an excellent location and a unique, tasteful decor with wooden elements throughout, which I really loved. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, changing daily. You can even see the Matterhorn from the balcony, though my view from the second floor was unfortunately somewhat limited. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, although the single rooms are a bit on the smaller side. It's very convenient for the train station and exploring the town, with a Coop supermarket, shops, and restaurants all conveniently located nearby. After a 2-night stay, it was overall a very pleasant experience!

I came to Zermatt during an in-depth tour of Switzerland, which is the best hotel in this line! The location is very easy to find. As soon as you get out of the train station, you can see a public bus with a battery. After getting off the bus, you can walk tens of meters through the supermarket. I love the layout of the garden lawn at first sight! The grandmother at the front desk is very nice and tells you clearly about the hotel. The rooms are large and furnished very comfortably, with a wide view from the window. The room also has a kitchen, most of the cooking tools are complete. Rich breakfast and comfortable environment! Stayed here for two nights, and friends of all sizes are unanimously praised! In particular, the host family of the hotel is very nice and friendly! I will definitely stay here again next time I have the opportunity!

This was the first hotel I stayed at in Switzerland, for two nights. I'd say it's a four-star hotel? But I had a very good experience. First, the location is absolutely fantastic, incredibly close to the train station. There's a sign across the street pointing to a small alley next to a restaurant; the hotel is just a minute's walk away. It's so convenient for getting luggage and catching the train. Although you can't see the Matterhorn, the view from the small terrace is quite nice. The two ladies at the front desk were very welcoming and greeted me when I arrived. Breakfast was fairly standard, just a typical European breakfast; you can order complimentary fried eggs or omelets. The downside is that the rooms are quite small, and the bathroom is tiny; you have to stand in the bathtub to shower (so there's no bathing option). Oh, and they were very kind to give me tea when I checked out.

The hotel is retro and the bar is very nice! It's very close to the train station, just a five-minute walk. The front desk service is OK, not bad. The facilities are a bit old, but well maintained and clean. I slept very comfortably! The view outside the window is OK.

Booked a family room for 3 adults and 1 child. Service at front counter is excellent! Courteous, friendly and informative. Also we got upgraded! Room is clean and spacious and has a balcony. On going renovation next door during our stay in Oct 2024. Resort has 2 restaurant at the hotel but one apparently requires reservation and has seating time. We were famished when arrived at the restaurant at 8pm, but were told to come back at 830pm for second seating. Such a disappointment when the front counter service was excellent. Had dinner at the pub instead, food wasn’t too bad. Spa facilities was great. Would stay at the same Ola e again. Value for money

We love the hotel and wished we could have stayed longer. The view from the balcony of our room gave us a clear view of the Matterhorn. The hotel is easily accessible from the Zermatt train station and the Town centre . We loved the room allocated and found it extremely comfortable. We also enjoyed the sumptuous breakfast buffet which was pretty extensive. Staff was really pleasant and helpful at all time. Our receptionist even escorted us to the room by stairs because their lift was not functional when we checked in. The only regret was that we were unable to utilise the sauna and swimming pool facilities due to time constraints. Will highly recommend the hotel to those who are looking for value for money stays whilst in Zermatt.

I had an amazing stay at this place! The location was perfect—close to the city center, public transportation, local shops, and restaurants. The apartment was clean, well-decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary coffee, luxury toiletries, and a guidebook with local tips. The host was an excellent host, providing clear communication and quick responses to any questions we had. They even left a welcome basket and gave us great restaurant recommendations. Overall, this Airbnb exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. We hope to return soon!
