AAnonymous UserAs a boutique hotel in Zermatt, it is still worthy of praise. The room and quilt were very clean, the shower water was sufficient, and the room area was relatively spacious. There are many surprises: gym, swimming pool, pool, rock climbing, SPA, game consoles and kitchens in the room. Breakfast is delivered to the room. But it is a pity that individual waiters are a little cold on the eastern face. What a pity!

XXiaolinyaoshunliLet's talk about the advantages first: a great view of the Matterhorn, you can see it from the terrace, and you can also see it when you have breakfast in the restaurant, the view is very good. The room is about 10 minutes' walk from the train station, and it's still a bit hard to drag the suitcase, but there is a free taxi when you check out and go to the station~
The other feeling is that the room is so small... There are few types of breakfast, especially after staying at sunstar, the difference in breakfast is a bit obvious. In addition, the main door is a bit difficult to find, you have to go up a few stairs and walk through a corridor to get there. I was so tired when I arrived in Zermatt that day, and it was painful to carry the luggage up the stairs.
In short, the recommendation index is three and a half stars.

The room is not big, but it is enough for use, and the mattress is very comfortable to sleep on.
Breakfast options are rich with many choices
The taste is also very good
The best thing is that there is an outdoor bathing pool
You can take a bath while looking at the Matterhorn
The view from the room balcony is great
There is no need to go outside to see the great view from the room
If we visit again, it will still be our first choice of accommodation

NNYTravelsWe love the hotel and wished we could have stayed longer. The view from the balcony of our room gave us a clear view of the Matterhorn. The hotel is easily accessible from the Zermatt train station and the Town centre .
We loved the room allocated and found it extremely comfortable. We also enjoyed the sumptuous breakfast buffet which was pretty extensive.
Staff was really pleasant and helpful at all time. Our receptionist even escorted us to the room by stairs because their lift was not functional when we checked in.
The only regret was that we were unable to utilise the sauna and swimming pool facilities due to time constraints.
Will highly recommend the hotel to those who are looking for value for money stays whilst in Zermatt.

AAndreClose to the train station. Although I got an upgrade to a double room, it was small (the table in front of the bed takes a lot of space). The bathroom was big and clean but outdated. The balcony was nice but not really needed in winter.
Everyone can enter the ski room and the individual locker cannot be locked. Perfect for thieves.

BBraden TseGood location which is 5 mins away from the Zermatt station, budget rooms are huge with big bathroom which is more than enough for family. Shuttle service between the hotel resort to the station which is a bonus. Excellent experience overall.
