Hotel Villa San Lorenzo Maria
"Everything is cool."
Ruby Giulia Hotel Rome
"The hotel has self check-in, and the process is quite simple. However, if you book multiple rooms, the system assigns them randomly, so they might not be on the same floor, which is a bit inconvenient. Otherwise, everything else is good."
Domus Castrense
"nice!"
Hotel Impero Rome
"They have everything you need. Small room but it's ok and clean"
Hotel Taormina
"The hotel does not have a lift. We had to carry our suitcases up and there are 24 steps. There should be a note stating no lift so that people are aware and stay away if they have heavy luggage. There is no service at all and the cleaner wanted to come and clean around 4 pm. I would not come back to stay."

Hotel dei Quiriti
"Dirty room uncomfortable bed but great location Also asked to pay city tax in cash"
The Cross Hotel
"About an 8-minute walk to the nearest metro. The surrounding area isn’t very pleasant—quite dirty, with views of homeless individuals from the window. The lobby and room were overly strongly scented, and the noise insulation was poor; I could clearly hear neighbours closing their doors—the sound was so loud and close that it felt like someone was opening my own door—along with traffic noise from outside."

Hotel Stromboli
"Great location, lots of great restaurants nearby and the room was exactly as expected. Bed was a bit uncomfortable (very hard) but it's no 5 star hotel, nor does it purport to be. The only real negative was the shower. One night, it didn't heat up at all. The other nights, it took a few minutes to get luke warm. As I stayed during the heatwave, I didn't mind cold or luke warm showers but would hope it's not like this year-round."

"Nice service, very clean"
Hotel Villa Delle Rose
"There was a problem in the electricity in the room that they assigned me. It has taken more than an hour to fix the problem during my check-in which was very inconvenient. But during the night, such problem occurred and the electricity in the room that frequently turn on and off during. It was like a Christmas lights in my room during my stay which is very frustrating and dangerous, good thjng nothing happened bad and the hotel didn’t get burn on the night my stay. I informed the hotel receptionist about this beforre my check out, they mentioned that they will check it but did not do anything about it."
Hotel Caravita
"Very central hotel with windows in via Del Course. A little noisy due to the road but the structure is beautiful and well looked after. Fantastic terrace! It has a SPA"
Nobu Hotel Roma
"Birthday Celebration Completely Ruined I stayed at Nobu Hotel Roma from 29 May to 1 June to celebrate my birthday, and sadly what should have been a special occasion turned into one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The first issue was that our room was not cleaned for the entire three days of our stay. For a luxury hotel charging premium prices, this was completely unacceptable. My boyfriend had arranged a birthday cake for me, and we specifically asked for it to be cut and served. Instead, the cake was taken away and thrown in the bin. I was genuinely shocked and upset. It completely ruined what was meant to be a special birthday moment. Breakfast service was also extremely poor, with items arriving separately and the whole experience feeling disorganised and below the standard you would expect from a hotel of this reputation. At checkout, nobody acknowledged the problems we’d experienced, offered an apology, or even assisted us with our luggage. The most upsetting part happened after we left. We received multiple phone calls regarding a deposit that had already been paid in cash at check-in and for which we had a receipt. The way we were spoken to was completely unprofessional and extremely distressing. I felt spoken down to and treated as though we had done something wrong despite having proof that our account had been settled in full. My partner and I have supported the Nobu brand for years, staying at other Nobu properties and dining at many Nobu restaurants across Europe. Because of that, this experience was even more disappointing. For a hotel that promotes itself as a luxury destination, the service, guest care and handling of our concerns fell far below expectations. My birthday was meant to be a happy celebration, but instead it became stressful and upsetting. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience."
Grand Hotel Palace Rome
"Family trip. Pleasant stay and the staff were helpful and attentive to customer needs. The hotel is strategically located, just a few minutes from the main monuments."
Sofitel Roma Villa Borghese
"I like it very much. The restaurant is the most impressive."
Le Boutique Hotel
"The hotel staff is super friendly and helpful. The location is great. Would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone who is visiting Vatican"

Hotel Genova
"good location. clean room. poor air conditioning. but price is good"
Donna Laura Palace by Omnia Hotels

Hotel Artemide
"I booked a room with restricted view (basically I could only see a bit of sky and mostly wall). However I appreciate the service and location. Even the breakfast was fabulous. I stayed there a few months ago. I am a young widow who just lost my partner at that time. I was desperate one night and felt the world was disappointing. Then I found this card which possibly left by the cleaning staff. This kindness brought me a bit hope. I loved the passion of their staff. They always boosted me to have a positive attitude towards life. I would recommend this hotel for their service and location, and of course for the breakfast"
Adoro Hotel
"The hotel is wonderful, value for money! The room was perfectly clean and cozy. I express my deep gratitude to all the hotel staff. I want to come back to you again and again."
Hotel Relais Dei Papi
"Average service. Breakfast needs a complete overhaul. Hot drinks were tasteless. Cold drinks were bland. No variety of bread. Overall, the selection was far inferior to the four other hotels you booked."
