"I had an amazing stay at Hostel Castello Maggione in Rome truly a 5-star experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome. They were friendly, helpful, and always ready with great tips about the city. The location is perfect close to major attractions and well connected by public transport, making it super easy to explore Rome. The atmosphere in the hostel is relaxed and social, ideal for meeting other travelers while still being able to enjoy some quiet time when needed. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the common areas were cozy and inviting. Everything felt safe and well organized, which made my stay stress-free. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Great value for money, excellent service, and a fantastic vibe. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome!"

"У нас была плесень в номере, на что администрация отвечала - это просто дом старый. Кондиционер работал круглосуточно на температуре 16 градусов, ниже чем 25-26 не опускалось в комнате. Когда сказали что у нас пятна на постельном белье, нам сказали оно не грязное это просто застарелые пятна, ага) Локация не поспоришь очень удобная и хорошая, девушка на ресепшен милая, но в целом сервисом и хорошем качеством вы здесь точно не насладитесь. А еще в 2 часа ночи нас разбудило как на верхнем этаже кто-то занимался сексом, это я не к тому что нельзя, а к тому что слышимость как в коробке"

"The room was clean and spacious, and was equipped with a cooler, refrigerator, Wi-Fi, etc., making it a comfortable stay. It's about a 10-minute walk from Cornelia Station, but I don't mind. The only inconvenience was that the coin laundry was a little far away. I'll definitely stay here again when I visit Rome."

"Location is superb. Just minutes away from train station. Bus stop right in front of hotel. Reception was friendly and helpful. Gym was a tad run down and located in basement . Theres two supermarket nearby, one within the next enroute to train station and the other bigger one minutes away (google for UPM clothes store and the sipermkt is next to it)."

"This hotel is very far from city center (line C work only to 21:00 evening, we have to go on the bus MC - 1,5h from center) the room looked like as photo, but all was really old and need to rennovation :( this hotel have nice balcony’s , pool, breakfast, and nice price 😜"

"Friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast, clean rooms, but not very functional and not suitable for elderly people, the bathrooms in the rooms have tubs and showers with very high steps that make it difficult to access, use and especially exit."

"I chose to stay here for three nights in Rome. The guesthouse's transportation is quite convenient; bus 71 is right across the street, and it seems to be a main route in Rome, reaching many major places. Bus 492 is also nearby, so with these two bus lines, you should be able to travel around Rome easily. The hotel environment was good; it was quite impressive upon check-in. However, after staying continuously, I noticed some shortcomings, making it feel more suitable for a one-night stay. On the second day, housekeeping only tidied the bed sheets; the bath towels I'd left on the floor after showering the previous day were just rehung and not replaced. I didn't realize this the first time and even picked it up to dry myself again, only to find it was dirty on the third night. Whenever I returned from sightseeing and opened the door to my room, there was always a toilet odor. The soundproofing isn't great. Many guests start packing their luggage before dawn to catch early trains, so the noise was a bit loud and affected my sleep. The guesthouse has a communal kitchen with a coffee machine and even fruit (though not very fresh). There was a bottle of drinking water on the first day, but none on the second. There's a large supermarket right next door to the guesthouse, which is super convenient for shopping. There's also a slightly smaller supermarket across the street. So convenient! The guesthouse offers luggage storage after check-out."

"The location is excellent, close to the railway station. It's very convenient to take the train, subway or bus. It has a very high cost performance. There aren't many scenic spots and restaurants around, but they can still meet the needs. It takes only 20 minutes by subway to reach the city center scenic area."
