Be cautious if you're driving. When I visited, the hotel parking lot was under renovation, so I had to park in a ridiculously expensive private lot nearby. The hotel restaurant was terrible; the pasta was so salty my tongue went numb, and it was overpriced. The best part was the complimentary bread. The next day, I woke up with an upset stomach and diarrhea. I'd recommend eating out. However, the room itself gets high marks, and the bed was very comfortable.

The breakfast is very rich and it is the only homestay in my Italian trip that provides free water! Who knows this gold content, free iced water, and a large bottle! The aunt who received us was also very enthusiastic and communicated with us very warmly, but forgiven that I didn't understand Italian, so I barely communicated with the translation software directly. The aunt introduced us to the facilities in the public area, coffee machine, door locks, etc., afraid that I can't remember and let me record it with my mobile phone. The breakfast is also very rich, and there are many drinks in the refrigerator, all free. And very close to the subway station, very close to the commercial street.

My stay at Hotel Vespasiano was truly amazing. The staff were incredibly accommodating, helpful, and genuinely friendly — they made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The breakfast, although not a buffet, felt just like one with how generous, fresh, and satisfying the servings were. The location is absolutely perfect as well — close to everything you need, making every day of my stay convenient and enjoyable.
Overall, it’s the kind of hotel that makes your trip feel a little more special. Highly recommended.

The balcony view room is very good. We upgraded to the highest floor, where you can see the Vatican and Castel Sant'Angelo.
The hotel is in a good location, not far from the attractions.
The breakfast is good with a wide variety.
The hotel service is also very good.
The overall feeling is very good.

The hotel is in a good location, and it is very convenient to walk to the Vatican and the ancient city of Rome. The room is not big and the twin beds are very close to each other. It is awkward to go out with friends. The initiative to delay check-out until 4 o'clock is really good. There are also a lot of towels, and the shower room is super mini. Bad review! The water pressure is also very low. The breakfast is very simple and average. Overall, this price is OK

We are so satisfied with this b&b. Super clean and nice. Very good location, walking distance from most major attractions and metro. The Vantage Elevator is so small yet so cool. Thanks god we dont have to carry our luggage up ourselves. Gabriel, manager, is super friendly and helpful. He recommended all the thing you need to know in Rome. He recommended a nearby restaurant , San Marco, which is one of the best restaurants in Rome even though the price is so reasonable. Try some of their specialties pizza and Parma Ham.

Firstly, the experience was amazing. Before I even arrived at the hotel, they asked me on what time I will be arriving. Secondly, the room was spacious for 1/2 person with a lot of amenities (shower cap, still and sparkling water, soap and shampoo). Thirdly, I demanded a lot of things from the reception and they did a great job in fulfilling all my wishes (e.g., luggage storage, postponed city-tax payment, room extension). So overall experience were great. However, there were 2 things that should be noted: (1) the hotel lobby and the lift were really small and (2) the lobby bathroom was really small too. Therefore, that was the only downside for me.

It is very small in the residential building, self-check in, can check in on time, send emails basically no one back. The pillowcase is yellow and the hair dryer is bad. Most of the time, no one in the hotel encountered problems and couldn't deal with it. The sound insulation was poor and the other people's room could hear clearly at night. Coffee water drinks are free to drink, the whole decoration is very new, the building and elevator are very old for at least a hundred years, some people can not use the next person correctly, resulting in me moving the box to climb the stairs when I checked in. I also met other residents to break the mouth, all in all, the strange experience is +1

It is a very good apartment, in an old building, but it is well decorated and within 10 minutes walk to the Fort Saint Angel. The owner is also very good. A little flaw is the water in the toilet, very slow, if the two people go to the toilet in a row, it may be a bit too late. In addition, there is a garbage station not far away, and there will be a little noise in the morning.

DanilaKirOur stay was excellent! The room was cleaned daily, and there was a tea station (kettle, tea, and sugar) in the room, as well as coffee capsules for the coffee machine in the hotel lobby.
The location is excellent, less than 2 minutes from the metro. The area is nice and quiet, with places to eat nearby.
And the staff was helpful and friendly! Thank you!

我知道我不知道lEspecially clean! The design of the room is particularly user-friendly, and it feels very convenient to use. Just like at home, the shower in the toilet is not running at all. There are only a few rooms in the hotel, and the door is not obvious. Breakfast was good too. The location is very good, a few hundred meters from St. Peter's Basilica, a few hundred meters from Saint Angel Castle, and only a few hundred meters from the subway station.

Very good, we arrived early, it was too powerful to check in in advance. Early is simple but there is coffee drink fruit, a croissant per person, the room is cleaned every day, and the small refrigerator is replenished. The room is equipped with a coffee machine, a kettle, a hair dryer, and air conditioning.
The sign at the door is not obvious, but fortunately, the two just checked out and asked to confirm.
Not far from the subway, you can also walk to the Vatican Museum and the Cathedral.

There was nothing wrong with the room, it met the three-star standard, but I booked two rooms for four adults for two nights on Ctrip, but when I checked in, I was told that I had booked two rooms for two people, and I needed to pay 40 euros per night for a single person. So it would cost 1000+ per night for a room, which is definitely not cost-effective, it's too expensive
