Hotels in Nomentano, Rome

The room was clean and there were no traces of bedbugs. The bathroom and bathrooms were also clean and I had no complaints. Luggage storage after check-out also seemed to be a standard service, which was reassuring. Although it is far from the city center, it is right in front of the station and you can get to terminal stations such as Termini Station in a single train, so I was very satisfied.

Hotel in total was good with friendly staff, clean room and cozy small yard to spend time in the evening. The main concern is the awful sound proofing in the room. We hardly have slept 2 nights because you can hear everything your neighbors are talking and doing in their rooms.

Excellent location, good cleaning and friendly host!  We'll be back.

This hotel is divided into two parts. The main building and the annex building are about three minutes away from each other. They are not together. There is a small garden in the main building that can sit and eat. There is no manager in the annex building, but there are many access control. Not a case, why can't I see any guests here, it seems that we only live. But on the first day, the main building was full of houses and lived in the annex building, which was a little scared. The next day we stayed in the room we liked, and the front desk staff can tell you a lot of information if you go to the consultation. However, when I came to Italy, I felt that the face was not particularly good, but I would do whatever it was for you. It was a big difference from France. Legendary enthusiasm, like to talk, humorous Italian I have never seen. . . .

Actually, everything else during my stay was wonderful — the housekeeping team and the front desk staff were incredibly kind and thoughtful, which made me feel very welcome. However, I must express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding the restaurant’s operations, which significantly tainted an otherwise pleasant experience. At the restaurant, the reception staff told us that we could sit wherever we liked. Following their instruction, we chose a table, only to be loudly scolded by a waitress in front of all the other guests. She insisted we had taken a table that was already set for the lunch service. This public confrontation was not only humiliating, but also completely unnecessary — and deeply upsetting. It clearly reflects a severe lack of internal communication and training within the team. As a guest, I felt disrespected and embarrassed. The inconsistency in the restaurant’s service approach and the staff’s unprofessional behavior significantly affected my overall impression of the hotel. I sincerely hope the management will take this issue seriously and provide better coordination and staff training, so future guests do not have to experience such discomfort.

Actually everything is good, the furniture is just a bit older, so it's not particularly modern. On top of that, we only had one power socket in the whole room, not even in the bathroom. The bar in the room was empty. Breakfast was cold, there wasn't much choice in terms of hearty food, just boiled eggs, omelettes and potatoes with sausage, the bread was hard, there was only sausage and cheese toppings, no cucumbers, tomatoes, etc.. but a slightly larger selection of desserts. (Too sweet in my opinion). But the hotel itself is nice and clean and the staff is friendly. I can generally recommend it.

I did not stay here due to a death in my family so cannot comment on the hotel and was unable to cancel the booking. All I can say was the communication from the hotel owner was very good beforehand.

Located 100 meters near Tibutina Railway Station, it is very convenient to go back to FCO Airport or to the main attractions, trains and subways. Apartment hotel, arrival phone confirmation, the hotel will gradually open the door, enter the room to get the key to get in and out freely. It is convenient to eat and drink nearby. The room has a balcony. In the evening, the balcony smokes and drinks some beer. It is pleasant to see the scenery!

It feels good, the transportation is convenient, you can travel with friends or couples, the facilities are clean and tidy, the room decoration is great, the only troublesome thing is that you need to contact the merchant to open the door yourself.

The hotel is very comfortable and the staff is excellent from the reception to the restaurant to the waiters, all kind and helpful. The services offered by the structure are of quality, breakfast in first place varied and abundant. The only flaw that I found in this trip was the fact that the room had problems in the evening when I arrived there was a structural problem that could happen to anyone that it was not possible to resolve it at the time because we had arrived at too late an hour and the fact that it was not possible to resolve it immediately made our stay of the first night not too comfortable. The next morning after evaluating that the problem could not be resolved promptly they changed our room to one equal to the one we had booked and the stay as always went very well. The only thing I would have expected was a refund even if only partial for the major inconvenience suffered but this was not done, it is true that on our part it was not requested, but it seemed right to me that it was done without asking. Therefore 10+ to the staff indeed if it were possible I would give 11 a little less to the management.
