"It was a fantastic stay at this gem. Right in the heart of West Street , easy to get to anywhere. We arrived early and our room was not ready. Girls at the reception were super helpful and upgraded us to a beautiful two level room on the 7th floor. Modern , clean , roomy , VERY comfortable bed a nice bath with a nice view. Oh and nice thick towels 👍 Customer Service was 10/10 , I contacted them on Wechat after I booked with many questions and that was never a problem to them. They were also so very helpful to book tickets for us on our arrival for Hot air balloon and Ruyi Peak with a discount price. We wanted to travel around on a scooter, the lovely girl from the reception offered advices and options to hire a longer or shorter distance scooter. Not only that she personally took us to get one. We had a great deal for one to use for the whole day , return before mid night for 50Y . Overall it was a superb stay . If there is one thing they can improve on , maybe an easy instruction on how to use their projector . A very enjoyable stay and I highly recommend it to all . Thank you for having us and hope to visit you guys again . Love from New Zealand 🥝"

PPipajiKicking off our spring break, we headed south through Guilin, Yangshuo, Nanning, and Beihai. Yangshuo Wangjianglou Inn was by far the most comfortable and convenient place we stayed. The inn's design and layout exceeded my expectations; the quality was truly impressive. Given the limitations of the building itself, they ingeniously installed a luggage elevator, which was incredibly thoughtful for both guests and staff – big thumbs up! Yangshuo county is quite small, so there's really no need to stay directly in the scenic area (it's inconvenient, overpriced, and you'd need taxis for meals and transportation, adding to costs). Staying in the West Street commercial district was a very smart decision. We stayed and ate at Wangjianglou (for those who know, their restaurant is a super popular, must-try spot in Yangshuo with long queues!). As a guest, you don't have to wait; the front desk concierge helps with reservations directly, and you even get a 10% discount on meals, which is a fantastic deal. I'm already planning to bring my family back after May Day and will definitely be staying at Wangjianglou again!

LLuzMI absolutely loved Valley House for its location, cleanliness, exquisite taste, and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The rooms are spacious, elegantly decorated, and spotlessly clean. The views are unbeatable: the Li River is just a few meters away, and the famous mountains depicted on the 20 yuan banknote are right in front of the hotel. You just have to cross the street to rent a scooter. If you walk about 15 meters further down towards the Li River, you can book a bamboo boat ride, join a fisherman to observe the ancient practice of cormorant fishing, or simply stroll and relax along the bank. Every day, they offer a complimentary assortment of fresh fruit, and at the dining area counter, a variety of homemade beverages, such as homemade lemonade, freshly ground coffee, or date and ginger tea, are available 24/7. They also prepare delicious dishes upon request. The menu is quite extensive and includes vegetarian options, but meals need to be reserved before 9:30 PM the day before. The staff is exceptionally attentive, kind, and highly empathetic, something I had genuinely started to miss during this nearly month-long trip. Suffice it to say that every day, after feasting on their delicious dinners, they would offer me a small bowl of red bean paste soup, just in case I was still hungry. And this is just one example among many of the warm human touch provided by the staff at this hotel. Besides five stars, they deserve a five-heart rating. A real gem and, without a doubt, the best accommodation of this entire trip. I will never forget you. 🥰

GGuest UserCultural Costume Photo Shoot Experience: I have to give a big thumbs up to Hongming Travel Photography! Although this was a complimentary experience from the hotel, everyone on the team was incredibly kind, attentive, and patient. The weather was scorching on the day of the shoot, but the photographer remained very dedicated and professional. The whole experience was fantastic, highly recommended! We booked two rooms, and the service was thoughtful and thorough. There's a large lawn, pet feeding, and other activities, so you can easily entertain the kids all day without leaving the hotel. The experience was truly amazing.

GGuest UserOur stay at Fadai was simply wonderful and one of the most memorable experiences of our trip to China. The hotel is located in one of the most beautiful settings for photography, surrounded by stunning mountains and a peaceful atmosphere. The rooms are extremely spacious and feature a huge bathtub facing the views, allowing you to relax while enjoying the magnificent scenery. It was truly unforgettable. What made our stay even more special was the incredible staff. Everyone was exceptionally kind and always willing to help. They even went out of their way at 10:00 p.m. to find vegetarian food for us, making sure we had dinner despite the late hour. The staff also helped us organize our visit to the local show and made sure we arrived on time. In my opinion, it was the best show I have ever seen in my life. One of the most unique experiences offered by the hotel is the traditional Chinese photo session. The hotel provides three complimentary photos and has several beautiful settings within the property where guests can dress as women from ancient China. The staff help with the traditional costumes, makeup, and poses to ensure the photos turn out beautifully. The results are absolutely stunning. The mountain scenery creates an unforgettable backdrop and leaves you with incredible memories. Our experience at Fadai was truly exceptional, and we recommend this hotel 100%. The location is breathtaking, the atmosphere is peaceful, and the staff are genuinely warm and caring. GGuest UserThe hotel sent a car to pick us up as soon as we disembarked, even though pier pick-up wasn't included. They were worried we wouldn't find our way, so they arranged for a local driver to meet us at the dock and take us to the pick-up point (they covered the cost, we weren't charged). The room looked exactly like the promotional photos, no exaggeration. The view from the entire room felt like living in a fairyland. The in-room amenities were excellent and comprehensive, even including a garment steamer for ironing. The hairdryer was a Dyson, the pillows were Atour, and the mattress was incredibly comfortable. The air conditioning was smart and zoned, a very thoughtful and practical design. Even for someone with high standards like me, it was impressive and a pleasant surprise! The hotel butler service was genuinely 24/7 online, with an excellent attitude. They even remembered our preferences. The hotel's security and privacy measures were top-notch. My husband and I initially planned to stay for only two days, but we extended it by another day because we enjoyed our time in Yangshuo so much. If we hadn't been comfortable at the hotel, we might not have fully enjoyed our daytime activities or been in the right mood to appreciate the breathtaking beauty of the mountains and rivers. The hotel's coffee and dining were also excellent. There's even a beautiful lotus pond right across from the hotel. Next time my husband and I visit, we'll definitely stay here again; it's truly wonderful! The cleanliness was impeccable, everywhere was spotless, including the ground floor gardens, which were meticulously maintained. There were mosquito coils placed at the room entrance, and the rooms had screens, so there were genuinely no bugs. It was the first time I've experienced a hotel with such genuine care. I even bought a Zhuang brocade bag at the hotel, which wasn't expensive. The whole experience was truly fantastic!

GGuest UserMe and my wife stayed for 4 nights in this beautiful accomodation. The room was very tidy and has everything you need. We didn't use the bathtub but it is a nice feature. The beds are comfortable and the nights were quiet. It was not high season so I am not sure how it would be if all rooms were booked. Sometimes in the morning we heard some noise from the hallway but it did not bother us. The Inn is located out of the city at the edge of a small town. I really liked it as you can go everywhere very easily with the e-scooters that you can rent with the Inn. Driving around Yangshuo was very convenient, with beautiful scenery everywhere. We also enjoyed the breakfast a lot! They serve a nice light soup with Guilin rice noodles. Also there is more vegetables, dumplings and some cake you can choose from. We also had lunch and dinner multiple times which was all very delicious! Don't skip it! Also they have a nice frontyard where you can enjoy your meals or drinks from the bar. Above all, the staff is incredibly kind and even though there is a language barrier, they put lots of effort in helping us. They helped us booking our activities and providing us with all the information to make sure we would enjoy our stay to the fullest. Xueying helped me practice some Chinese while I helped our with her English. She is extremely kind, so don't hesitate to come and book this accomodation as I am sure you'll have a great stay! 花花貓咪I had the pleasure of staying at 花梦间 as it was the best decision I’ve made in hotels for our Guilin China. There are two branches, one near Yulong River and the other at Eternal Romance Park. Both properties are beautiful and comparable to a 5 star hotel. The design of the space in fact won an award, so it was an absolutely comfortable stay. We accidentally landed at the wrong branch and could not get a cab due to the peak travel seasons and the boss himself came to pick us up in the middle of his meal. That was absolutely kind of him. The most memorable aspect of the stay was the dedication of the boss towards making guests comfortable. On several occasions we saw him running errands for the hotel himself. The rooms also had thoughtful details such as metal clothes hangers and two types of pillows for guests. Beds were comfortable to sleep in and sound proofing was good. Upon check in, they will put you into a WeChat group with the “hotel butler” to assist with requests and they respond quickly to questions. Afternoon tea cakes were also delicious! If you like to be lively the Yulong branch near the river has more footprint as there are bamboo rafting ports at the doorstep and lots of beautiful cafe nearby. If you want a newer property and to go to the Eternal Romance Park the other branch has beautiful big rooms and a little courtyard where they plant some small vegetables, quite cute to look at! I’d love to come here and stay again. Thank you once again for the lovely lovely stay.
