"Our stay was great! The room was big and spacious, exactly as pictured. The guesthouse even provided disposable toilet seat covers and bathtub liners, and the facilities were new and smart, making them very convenient to use. The front desk staff were all incredibly warm and attentive. When it rained, they'd ask where we were and if we'd gotten wet, and they also recommended great restaurants nearby. It definitely felt more personal than a hotel. When we left, they even helped us call a car to the high-speed rail station.
The location is near the Yulong River, within walking distance to Jima Pier, and there are many restaurants. It's a quiet spot amidst the lively area. It was very pleasant to experience a few days of rural life here."

PPipajiKicking off our spring break, we headed south through Guilin, Yangshuo, Nanning, and Beihai. Yangshuo Wangjianglou Inn was by far the most comfortable and convenient place we stayed. The inn's design and layout exceeded my expectations; the quality was truly impressive. Given the limitations of the building itself, they ingeniously installed a luggage elevator, which was incredibly thoughtful for both guests and staff ā big thumbs up! Yangshuo county is quite small, so there's really no need to stay directly in the scenic area (it's inconvenient, overpriced, and you'd need taxis for meals and transportation, adding to costs). Staying in the West Street commercial district was a very smart decision. We stayed and ate at Wangjianglou (for those who know, their restaurant is a super popular, must-try spot in Yangshuo with long queues!). As a guest, you don't have to wait; the front desk concierge helps with reservations directly, and you even get a 10% discount on meals, which is a fantastic deal. I'm already planning to bring my family back after May Day and will definitely be staying at Wangjianglou again!

**Facilities:** The place opened in 2019, and everything is incredibly well-maintained, clean, and new. They have toys, picture books (I'd suggest getting more!), a small tent, and lots of dolls for kids to play with šļø, truly freeing up parents' hands. Mosquito coils are lit on every floor at night, and there's mosquito repellent in the rooms. The lobby on the first floor has essential medications. They even have toothbrushes, toilet seats, small stools, baby bathtubs, and slippers for little ones.
**Hygiene:** All restrooms are equipped with alcohol wipes, a godsend for anyone who's a clean freak!
**Food:** The food was super delicious š¤¤ The dumplings were excellent; I even got a takeaway portion when I left. The complimentary red bean soup served at night was incredibly smooth and not too sweetāI polished off two bowls!!! (All of this was free).
Kitty, the owner, must also be a stickler for details. She meticulously explains how each dish from the private kitchen is made. For the bamboo tube chicken soup, she even helps skim off the oil. There are free oranges in the lobby, and you can toss the peels into a designated bin. The main thing is that all the dishes are delicious! As someone from Guangdong, I have high standards for chicken, and the bamboo tube chicken had crispy skin and tender meat ā a truly fine chicken. The stuffed snails were bursting with rich, fatty flavor, perfectly balanced by the sour bamboo shoots and mint, making it not at all greasy. The beer fish was incredibly appetizing and not overly salty at all! I feel like this dish really tests a chef's skill.
We were pressed for time and had to catch a high-speed train, so we couldn't book lunch for the next day š„£ Next time I visit, I'll definitely try the braised duck with bamboo shoots and the Longji eggplant~

GGuest UserI brought my parents on a trip, and after doing some research on Xiaohongshu, we decided on Yuanyuan Jingshe. Primarily, I was drawn to its direct location by the Yulong River and the great lawn for photos. Our actual stay exceeded expectations. First, they have family rooms, all with large beds. The rooms are spacious, and the mattresses are excellent ā not the kind that are too soft and sink in. My dad has back issues, but he could sleep comfortably on this bed. Furthermore, the service was fantastic; every staff member we encountered greeted us warmly and was quick to respond to any requests. From the hotel's riverside, you can directly see camels crossing the river, which is perfect for photos. The hotel's Hongming photo shoot service is also a huge plus. Upon check-in, we received two free traditional outfits, and the hotel itself has several scenic spots and props. They even provided four retouched photos, which is perfect for moms who love taking pictures.

The room view was superb. Waking up in the morning and opening the curtains felt like stepping into a beautiful landscape painting (much more stunning than in the photos). On a stormy night, we turned off the lights and spent ages watching the lightning flash from the floor-to-ceiling windows š
The facilities were also excellent, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The shower pressure was just right, making for a fantastic shower, and I loved the bath too!
The location is perfect, just a few minutes' walk to Gongnong Bridge and a street full of restaurants. It's also convenient for taxis and electric scooter rentals.
Hotel breakfast was incredibly generous, almost like two meals, haha. The coffee at the cafe was delicious, and the barista was very friendly.
The ladies and aunties at the hotel were all so kind and gentle, and incredibly dedicated to their work ā that's a huge plus!āŗļø Our butler was also very patient, sharing lots of tips and recommendations. Before we even checked in, they not only suggested great restaurants but also arranged a car to pick us up from West Street and bring us to the hotel.
Overall, I highly, highly recommend it! You can book this with your eyes closed!

GGuest UserVery nice stay, would recommend for those looking for a rustic B&B experience. The room was comfortable and very clean, with a pleasant minimalist aesthetic, and the breakfast tasted home-cooked (the rice noodles were delicious!). To note: the trees outside the window mean the view of the mountains might be limited, especially depending on the floor. It's farther from the downtown area but it is convenient for the Big Banyan Tree and the Shili Gallery. We were there during low season so it was quiet but there are quite a few restaurants nearby so it may be loud during busier times. A standout was the excellent service - the staff was incredibly helpful, thoughtful, and kind, and provided us with many suggestions and guidance on getting around town. Being able to rent electric scooters directly from the hotel made it a great base for exploring what Yangshuo has to offer.

č±č±č²åŖI had the pleasure of staying at č±ę¢¦é“ as it was the best decision Iāve made in hotels for our Guilin China. There are two branches, one near Yulong River and the other at Eternal Romance Park. Both properties are beautiful and comparable to a 5 star hotel. The design of the space in fact won an award, so it was an absolutely comfortable stay. We accidentally landed at the wrong branch and could not get a cab due to the peak travel seasons and the boss himself came to pick us up in the middle of his meal. That was absolutely kind of him. The most memorable aspect of the stay was the dedication of the boss towards making guests comfortable. On several occasions we saw him running errands for the hotel himself. The rooms also had thoughtful details such as metal clothes hangers and two types of pillows for guests. Beds were comfortable to sleep in and sound proofing was good. Upon check in, they will put you into a WeChat group with the āhotel butlerā to assist with requests and they respond quickly to questions. Afternoon tea cakes were also delicious! If you like to be lively the Yulong branch near the river has more footprint as there are bamboo rafting ports at the doorstep and lots of beautiful cafe nearby. If you want a newer property and to go to the Eternal Romance Park the other branch has beautiful big rooms and a little courtyard where they plant some small vegetables, quite cute to look at! Iād love to come here and stay again. Thank you once again for the lovely lovely stay.

The owners were so kind and upgraded me to a room with a floor-to-ceiling window. As soon as I opened the door, the breathtaking scenery of Yangshuo's mountains and rivers came into view. It was truly refreshing and I fell in love with it instantly.
The entire hotel has a charming, ancient feel, and the environment is incredibly comfortable. The staff, both the guys and girls, were exceptionally friendly and made me feel immediately calm and relaxed. Itās perfect for a long stay or a meditation retreat. There's a viewing platform on the top floor, ideal for watching the sunrise and sunset.
The breakfast offers both Chinese and Western options. The rice noodles were delicious, and the nutritious congee was also very tasty. I highly recommend the hotel's homemade milk dates ā wow, I just couldn't stop eating them! Especially with the surrounding mountains and rivers and soothing music, it even made me, someone who usually skips breakfast, have a huge appetite.
The room came with a foot-soaking tub and sleep-inducing foot bath sachets, along with roses and Liubao tea, creating a very artistic atmosphere. Oh, and the bedding was super comfortable, and there was a smart toilet. Everything was top-notch, and I was extremely satisfied.
The hotel's surroundings are excellent. If you turn left out the door, there's a small path where you can stroll along the Yulong River. A 20-minute walk takes you to Wanjing Wharf and Gongnong Bridge, which is very convenient.
Oh, and the owners are incredibly warm and friendly. They responded to every request instantly and even helped me receive a package. When I couldn't find a good spot to photograph the rapeseed flowers, they even guided me via video call. The service was truly exceptional.
It's been a long time since I traveled domestically, and honestly, both the accommodation and service here, as well as the price, completely blow the US out of the water. I'm going to have withdrawal symptoms after leaving Yangshuo!
A small anecdote at the end: this hotel was found using an AI tool, Gemini. AI truly didn't disappoint me, haha!

GGuest UserOur stay was excellent! My mom kept raving about how clean the hotel was, the spacious room, and the great service. We originally booked a room in Building B, but the front desk staff upgraded us to Building A because we had a lot of luggage and my mom is older. Building A has an elevator, which was very convenient. The room had a lovely minimalist, natural wood style ā exactly what I like ā and a small balcony. The balcony faced the mountains, so the air was fresh, and we could hear birds chirping. My mom and I really enjoyed sitting out there and having tea. There's a huge rooftop terrace with breathtaking views of the mountains and the river. The hotel is super close to West Street, about a 30-meter walk, but despite West Street being bustling, the hotel itself was very quiet. I'd definitely stay here again next time and recommend it to my friends. Overall, a fantastic experience! It's also very close to all the surrounding scenic spots.

GGuest UserI am traveling with three elderly people in my family who are 200 years old in total. The hotel is located opposite Yuanbao Mountain and it is relatively convenient to drive. My family is quite satisfied with the room. It's clean and tidy, with floor-to-ceiling windows and a nice view. The three young girls I met at the front desk were very attentive in their service. The mung bean porridge in the evening and breakfast in the morning were more suitable for the elderly. recommend
