Yangshuo Homestays

We have a great stay. The hotel was set up to provide the best experience for a family who wants to enjoy the beautiful Yangshuo area. On the first floor, you have a gorgeous lobby and a play area for the children. To accommodate the wondering minds of the kids, the hotel provided multiple acres of lawn for the kids to run around and enjoy. Then there are the bunnies. They are cute and their enclosure is cleaned daily. The room we had had a ball pit and an indoor tent for my girls to play in and they put them into good use for sure. On the fourth floor is the laundry. You will only see washers but they have the hanging type driers to dry your clothes in addition to normal hangers. The top floor features a small restaurant with a spectacular view of the Yulong River and Karst features behind it. The food is good and easily tastier than most of the street side restaurants out there and features dishes common and famous to the area, we had the beer fish and the stir fried mushrooms. It was savory and priced well below what they charge on West Street. On our third day, we went out and rented electric scooters around the river and for 35km we went around the hills and through villages. The hotel staff, 小张&小麦, welcomed us with warm smiles and drove us to west street for some dinner and shopping. What an awesome trip, this hotel was an highlight!

We are a family of 4 with 2 young children who stayed for 4 nights at SYYF. This is easily one of the best hotels that we have stayed in. The staff’s service was impeccable, warm and prompt. Our room was clean and faced amazing mountain views. The location at ten mile gallery was peaceful yet perfect for travelling to other sights in Yangshuo. Our children absolutely loved the lavish breakfast buffet spread and we had delicious dinner at the hotel for 3 nights straight. When we went out to West Street and had difficulty getting a taxi back to the hotel, a staff personally drove the hotel car to pick us up. The hotel even arranged for a complementary transfer to transport us to Yangshuo train station at the end of our stay. I cannot compliment the staff enough for their amazing service and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended! 

We went there to relax and stayed there for 4 nights and we were happy with our stay. The owner family is very caring and the room is really modern and new. We were quite impressed with the IoT where you can tell the built in AI device to close and open the curtain or play music.(It doesn't speak English but you can use the phone translation). The building is in front of a street but it's really quiet. There's an elevator and a washing machine on the covered roof top with detergent, you can hang our cloths there. For breakfast you get a freshly cooked noodle soup that's a local dish. It's really delicious and the amount is perfect. The owners communicated with us with phone translation and it was really nice that they took time to talk to us or make tea for us. On the map, it looks far from the river but there's a short cut directly in front of the hotel and you can get to the river quickly. Along the river is a paved path you can take a stroll close to the bamboo rafting. Also there are many restaurants in walking distance where you can try local dishes cooked in bamboo. It was a great experience and we will choose this place again. Thank you!

Amazing hotel with a heartbreaking view. The location is super good, in the countryside but close to a few restaurants, shops, electrical bike rent, and some scenic spots but also at 10/15 min driving from yangshuo city. The room was huge, as was the bathroom as well, the bed was super comfortable and the bathtub with the view as the balcony was priceless. The staff is really nice and they speak English so the communication was easy. Breakfast with traditional guilin noodles was also super good, highly recommended

Overall, I would recommend. The staff is super friendly and helped to pick us up from the local pier after our cruise and provided rides to and from West Street and helped to set up us up with a driver to take us to the train station. They provided daily breakfast (decent), afternoon tea (coffee, a cake, fruits) and daily fruit. They also connected us to local tour guide. The room overall was very nice. The only thing is that part of the view faced the back of the hotel which most of the time had people there and that’s where the bathtub was situated so I couldn’t really enjoy the view. Part of the center of the room was also obstructed by hotel beside it. The front of the room faced the front swimming pool and parking lot. So there wasn’t much privacy if the curtains were opened which kind of defeated the purpose of having a panoramic view. The view that we did have of the mountains was nice though. And on the last night the hot water wasn’t working for some reason… it was only warm, since it was our last night we did not mention anything.

After choosing this hotel on Ctrip for a long time, I decided to choose this one. I was more satisfied with the decoration style, so I booked it. The location is right next to the high-speed railway line, very convenient. It takes a few minutes to walk to the hotel. It is also next to the Ten Mile Gallery scenic spot. The front desk provides car rental service, and you can rent a small e-Donkey. The Ten Mile Gallery is nearby, which is very convenient. The breakfast lady is also very friendly~

You need to take a 5 yuan/person ferry from the ancient town pier. The transportation cost will be a little more expensive than living in the ancient town, but the environment is really quiet, and the 360-degree glass mountain view from the restaurant on the 6th floor is amazing. We booked a loft suite on the first floor. The room was very neat and clean, with a small yard, and the hair dryer was a Dyson [wit][wit]. There are large floor-to-ceiling glass windows on the second floor and above, surrounded by bamboo forests, so you can take photos of large films at will. The lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic and invited us to come back in May or June next year. The bamboo forest is full of fireflies [Wow] [Wow] After the transition, a young man drove a pink battery car to pick up and drop off at the pier. The service was very considerate. Before leaving, I was given a souvenir, Guilin specialty mung bean cake. We will come again next time!

Facilities: The facilities are very complete. You can wear their Hanfu to take pictures. The pictures taken on the seventh floor are super super super good. The last picture was taken on the eighth floor. I looked like a Taoist who had attained the Tao. Hahahaha Service: The service is quite good. I highly praise the two front desk ladies on the night of the 31st. They were super gentle and patient. They also helped us upgrade the room. I felt that I had become lucky for 25 years since that night. I will stay here again next time I come to Yangshuo. Wow. Hygiene: The hygiene is very clean. Clean at any time. There is laundry on the fourth floor for drying and ironing. Environment: The environment is simple and looks super clean. There is a rich afternoon tea and sweet water before bed. You can also rent a battery car. It's super good

The room design is very good, the large floor-to-ceiling windows, the large bathtub, the children like it very much, the staff is very enthusiastic, the service is very intimate, the off-season also gave a free upgrade to the room, and also presented a barbecue! The family lived very comfortable and very happy experience! I have already recommended it to friends around me. When you come to Yangshuo, you should live in this characteristic and quiet hotel. It is highly recommended! !
