"After a careful selection process, I ended up with a truly disappointing hotel! I arrived full of expectations, but upon checking in at the lobby, the whole place felt more like a guesthouse. The service team also lacked professionalism and didn't live up to the hotel's price tag. After check-in, a staff member took my luggage to the room. The room lighting was dim and uncomfortable. The guest room was right by the road, and the soundproofing was terrible; I could clearly hear all the traffic. The bathroom size was decent, but the toilet wasn't smart, was difficult to flush, and splashed water! The TV was small, but you could cast to it. And believe it or not, the complimentary welcome fruit was rotten! There were no trash cans in the room, so I had to take all my trash to the bathroom. Dinner was the most disheartening part! It was incredibly bad! Every single dish was unappetizing, with the only acceptable one being the stir-fried bok choy. The moment the first dish arrived, I knew it was going to be a disaster. The serving order was completely messed up; cold dishes weren't served first. Instead, they brought out a hot stir-fried beef dish, and I immediately knew it was over. When ordering takeout, I was told it could only be delivered to the guardhouse, but I could contact guest services to have it brought to my room. For a resort-style hotel, breakfast only runs until 10:00 AM, whereas most resorts serve breakfast until at least 11 AM or later. However, after that first dinner, we didn't even bother with breakfast, and we avoided every meal afterward, afraid of hitting another culinary low."

"Stepping out onto the balcony, we were greeted by breathtaking karst ink-wash mountain views. The Impression Suite was spacious and comfortable, perfect for a family with kids – no cramped feeling at all. The hotel seamlessly blends Northern Guangxi charm into every detail. The butler service was incredibly warm and prompt. And the clouds encircling the mountains? Absolutely stunning, takes your breath away! Our whole family completely relaxed. This is definitely a perfect choice for a family vacation in Yangshuo!"

"An absolutely amazing hotel! Before I went, I saw the opening year and was worried the hotel might be too old, since I usually only stay in luxury hotels that opened within the last four or five years. I even called the hotel to confirm. They said it opened in 2019. I really wanted to visit Guilin but couldn't find any suitable hotels, so I booked this one. The actual stay far exceeded my expectations! Each room is a villa with a large private pool. Getting around is easy with electric buggies that are available on call and arrive super fast! The service is excellent! Breakfast was also incredible! It's à la carte, just like the resort experience we had in the Maldives! And everything tasted great! Fresh ingredients, and the chicken was so tender! The hotel villas are surrounded by lush greenery, with stunning reflections of the mountains and water – absolutely beautiful! Riding in the electric buggy, with picturesque views and a cool breeze, I even felt like my skin improved and I looked prettier, haha! There were also many young, handsome male staff members, and their service attitude was exceptionally good!!! Everything was perfect!!! No exaggeration, my first trip to Guilin over ten years ago with a tour group and a bunch of older ladies left a terrible impression. This trip completely changed my perception of Guilin! This hotel deserves a lot of credit for that!!! It's a hotel my family of three would definitely visit again!"

"This place offers great view of the ten mile gallery. Breakfast & high tea provided with night deserts daily. It would be great if the menu are different daily. Transfer is provided within the 5km but only selected place designated by the hotel only it would be great if they provide transfer to and from hotel as they have many cars available. Unfortunately, they were shot of drivers. Within the radius of their amenities, e-bikes are easily rented. Last but not least, free photoshoot by their professional photographer Jia Jia was nice. Thank you."

"Nestled amidst the stunning karst mountains, this hotel offers a serene and peaceful environment. You can open the French windows and immediately enjoy the breathtaking mountain and river views, creating a truly immersive atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and meticulously cleaned, with soft and comfortable bedding. The bathroom features a convenient wet and dry separation, and all the facilities are brand new and fully equipped. The infinity pool, a popular spot, is set against a backdrop of green mountains, perfect for amazing photos. The expansive lawn area is ideal for relaxing. The staff are warm, polite, and very efficient with check-ins. They are always on hand to assist with any issues. The breakfast selection is varied, including delicious local specialties. The hotel's proximity to the Yulong River and the Impression Liu Sanjie show makes it incredibly convenient for sightseeing. It's suitable for both couples and friends traveling together. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip to Yangshuo. Highly recommend!"

"The floor-to-ceiling window in the room offered an absolutely stunning view. Opening the window revealed the green mountains and the Yulong River, making for incredible photos. I specifically chose this hotel for the window view and the swimming pool, and my child absolutely loved it upon arrival. **Environment:** A thousand square meters of lawn plus an infinity pool. The mountain-and-water themed blue pool was perfect for amazing pictures. **Activities:** Free-roaming deer, daily cormorant fishing performances, lacquer fan making, and petting zoo feeding. **Food & Stay:** With its own restaurant, we spent the whole day at the hotel and didn't bother eating out. The hotel food was also excellent, and they even offered free sweet soup in the evening. It was a welcome escape from the noise of crowded guesthouses. The hotel buildings were well-equipped, and the soft furnishings, with their wooden and Instagrammable style, were top-notch. There was no need to rush. We spent the whole day leisurely, relaxing on the lawn, playing in the pool, and feeding the deer. It felt like many hotels and cafes in Yangshuo have great aesthetics, and the scenery is beautiful, but the street aesthetics are truly dismal. This was my child's first travel photoshoot. Usually, they refuse to be photographed, but the Miao ethnic costumes for the photoshoot at the hotel were beautiful and relatively clean, so we were able to get some great shots right there. Thumbs up! The shoot was quick, which was great since it was hot, allowing us to quickly get our photos and head back to the hotel for coffee."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Tui Blue. It’s out of the hustle and bustle of West street, but only a 12yen didi there. The views are stunning, including of the romance park across the street. Front desk staff were so kind. Breakfast every morning had both Chinese and western options, including fresh noodles being made to order. This hotel takes great pride in their cleanliness and design. Room was amazing. Great views. Great air conditioning. Very comfortable bed. Great water pressure from the shower. Free mini fridge for the first round of drinks, and tea and coffee in the room. Our few things where we would recommend improvements to the hotel: - There was no working AC in the gym. - Gym should have some lighter weights too. - Gym needs a mirror. - Pool towels should be available by the pool. (Unsure if they normally are.. we went out in the rain so possibly during sun they have these readily available). - some small things need to be maintained. (Gym wall leak with mold present, painting around windows peeling off, outdoor plant maintenance, pool tidy of chairs and ensure pool inflatables are actually blown up.These small things aren’t really noticed by everybody, however as a travel agent myself it is what sets luxury hotels apart from others). Overall a really great stay. Would definitely stay again."

"The room was clean and tidy, with a recliner perfect for comfortably watching the World Cup. The large bathtub was great for a relaxing soak in the evening, and the tea bar had traditional Chinese tea sets for brewing. Sitting on the balcony in the evening, sipping tea while admiring the picturesque green mountains, was incredibly pleasant. On the 3rd floor, there's an observation deck where you can enjoy cake and coffee. The hotel also provides free table tennis paddles and balls. Since it was off-season, I even practiced some Tai Chi sets in the spacious kids' playground, which was very comfortable. The best part is its proximity to West Street; it's only a 5-minute walk back from the bars at night, making transportation very convenient. Overall, a great experience."

Spending a couple of days and a night here is incredibly therapeutic. 🛋️ **Room Type:** It's a clean white Instagram-worthy style, fully equipped with amenities, and even has an extra-large bathtub. 🧡 **Service:** The afternoon tea and breakfast here are exquisite, and you can enjoy them right in front of the scenic mountains and rivers! They also offer a travel photography service with a wide selection of outfits, and they can even do your hair beautifully. You can take a full photoshoot without even leaving the hotel! 🚗 **Transportation:** If you're driving, there's a parking lot right in front of the hotel, complete with charging stations."

"I stayed at Julong Town for two nights and I really want to recommend this hidden gem of a hotel in the heart of Yangshuo's landscapes to everyone. The room had massive floor-to-ceiling windows, and as soon as you opened the door, you were greeted by an entire wall of karst peaks. Lying in bed in the morning, watching the clouds slowly weave around the mountains, it truly felt like living inside an ink wash painting. The hotel's location is absolutely incredible. The back exit leads directly to the Yulong River, and the lotus pond was in full bloom. You absolutely *must* visit the 'Sky Mirror' on the top floor; the mountains reflected in the mirror create stunning photo opportunities. If you're traveling with kids, the children's playground, DIY lacquer fan and bead crafts, and feeding the bunnies can keep them entertained for half a day. Service was simply perfect. Our butler proactively set up a group chat and sent thoughtful reminders about breakfast times, afternoon tea, and when the complimentary late-night noodles would be delivered. The freshly cooked Guilin rice noodles for breakfast were even more authentic than outside, and there were exquisite desserts every afternoon. When we returned in the evenings, warm late-night snacks were delivered directly to our room. The facilities are also incredibly comprehensive, with a pool, gym, and tea room. The room even came with a washer-dryer combo, which was such a lifesaver when traveling with a child. For that window view and this level of service, I'll definitely choose this place again on my next trip to Yangshuo."
