GGuest UserI had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed the warm hospitality provided by the owners, a husband-and-wife team who were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel comfortable and well taken care of, which added a very personal touch to the experience. The hotel is well located, with major attractions just about a 15-minute drive away, making it convenient for sightseeing while still being away from the crowds. The rooms and common areas were clean and well maintained, reflecting the owners’ attention to detail. One pleasant surprise was the in-house meals. The food tasted excellent and was very reasonably priced, offering great value and convenience without needing to dine elsewhere. Overall, this is a clean, comfortable hotel with heartfelt hospitality and good food. I would gladly recommend it to travelers looking for a welcoming stay with easy access to nearby attractions.

The local restaurants in the nearby residential area are excellent, perfect for a hearty meal after some exercise. In a word, fantastic! The hotel offers a free shuttle service, saving you those short walks and letting you save all your energy for skiing. The backyard garden downstairs is a lovely place to work out, and in winter, with the snow covering everything, it has a unique charm. On the first floor, there's also a great building block wall that kids absolutely love, and the lobby features a trendy 'influencer wall' that's perfect for photos. Plus, it's a pet-friendly hotel, so you can bring your furry friends along! Highly recommend this place!

MMilansecretEverything about this hotel was great. Even though it was cold outside, the moment we stepped in, it was wonderfully warm. It's really close to Central Street and the subway station, and there's a bus stop right outside, which made it super convenient for traveling with seniors and kids. The staff were very attentive and helpful. We stayed for four nights and managed to see all the main attractions like Snow Town and the Ice and Snow World.

KKelvynThey provided all information and booked all activities for us, including driving us to and from each activity. We hired our ski gear from them and the food was all cooked on demand in the restaurant located within the house. Breakfast was good. The house is very clean and warm throughout. We were treated warmly and always greeted with a smile. We very much felt at home when we were there. The service was personal and it made our visit enjoyable. The location is very near all attractions - about a 5 minute drive to the Yabuli ski area. We highly recommend this place so look no further and just book your stay here. Thank you for your hospitality. Your service and attention to detail is very good. We wish you every success in the business and hope more people will stay in your Inn.

MM361486****Yabuli Yunxi B&B: An Amazing Family Ski Trip! Taking the kids to Yabuli Ski Resort, choosing Yunxi B&B absolutely doubled our happiness on the trip! This was definitely the best decision we made, and it deserves a five-star rating! The cleanliness of the B&B exceeded our expectations. The room was spotless, the bedding was soft and odorless, and the wooden decor was fresh and natural. Not a speck of dust could be seen even in the corners. The bathroom's wet and dry separation design was thoughtful, making it completely reassuring to stay with little ones. The biggest surprise was the Little Yellow Duck themed room – it was incredibly adorable! The wall murals, bed dolls, and toiletries all featured Little Yellow Duck elements, even the teacups had cute logos. Our child started jumping with excitement the moment we entered, hugging the duck doll and refusing to let go, staying excited the entire time. The attention to detail was truly impressive. The service was impeccable. The owner and staff were warm and attentive, answering every question and proactively sharing ski tips. I especially want to praise the free shuttle service; we didn't have to worry about finding transportation to and from the ski resort. After a tiring day of skiing, we could just hop on the shuttle back, which is incredibly convenient for families with kids. Even better, the B&B offers discounted ski tickets, saving us a lot compared to booking online ourselves. They also helped coordinate ski equipment – a truly all-in-one service that saved both time and money. The B&B's location is excellent, with convenient transportation and easy access to dining and shopping. Throughout our stay, the kids had a blast, and the parents had peace of mind. There's nothing to fault, whether it's the hygiene, service, or amenities. Next time we come to Yabuli for skiing, we will definitely choose Yunxi B&B again. I've already recommended it to all my friends planning trips with kids!

Right after booking, the owner called to ask about our itinerary and offered pickup/drop-off services, mentioning they had ski suits for rent directly at the hotel so we could head straight to the slopes – so enthusiastic! We felt Yabuli's warmth even before arriving. The room was clean and quiet during our stay. The breakfast provided was delicious; the steamed buns tasted homemade and were incredibly fragrant! We were driven to the ski resort by one of the staff, no need to worry about a thing! Just focus on having fun. Highly, highly recommend!

AAnonymous UserI’ll start with the highlight of our stay: the ski rental team at Yabuloni Hotel. Since rentals are included in the stay, we spent a fair amount of time with them, and they are truly world-class. Led by a charming and compassionate boss, the team of four （photo attached) is incredibly professional and approachable. They don’t just hand you gear; they perform thorough safety checks, ensure a perfect fit, and offer genuine tips for the slopes. They made our trip seamless and safe. They will be the reason why we will come back and stay here Unfortunately, the hotel itself doesn't live up to that same standard. The hallways are dimly lit and poorly ventilated, a theme that continues into the rooms. The biggest issue was the bathroom, a persistent, foul sewage smell made us feel like we are using a public toilet that has not been cleaned for years. If this is 5 star standard, i'm afraid they have to do much much better. To top it off, the reception staff felt poorly trained. Despite having plenty of people behind the desk, no one could answer basic questions about local attractions, slope openings, or even help us arrange a driver for dinner around the area. For the price point, they should think of how they can justify their service other than having a world class and helpful ski rental management team.
