Our trip to Yabuli was made even more perfect thanks to our stay at Wenxuege! The room itself was beyond amazing—clean, tidy, and so cozy. It was decorated with incredible taste, and you could tell a lot of thought went into every little detail. We felt so comfortable, completely at home, without that usual detached feeling you get when traveling. But the host's service truly warmed our hearts. From check-in to check-out, they were incredibly thoughtful and enthusiastic, answering all our questions and even proactively recommending fun local activities. They treated us like family, and the experience was just fantastic. The biggest surprise was their exclusive ten-mu (about 1.6-acre) vegetable garden! All the vegetables were organic and so fresh they practically burst with juice. We got to pick them ourselves, and that farm-to-table experience was just magical. The freshly picked veggies tasted incredible with just simple cooking. This stay was absolutely worth it, I highly recommend it!

This retro-style hotel, though not large, is very distinctive. It's decorated like a small palace, and the century-old elevator, in particular, has so much historical charm. The room decor also has a Russian aristocratic feel! However, personally, I found the bed too high and the pillows too soft, but everything else was great. The hotel breakfast was excellent 👍. There wasn't an overwhelming selection, but all the essentials were there, with a Western focus. The ingredients were clearly of high quality, noticeably better than other hotels, and the coffee was delicious and aromatic! The hotel staff were very warm and attentive, even giving us a free room upgrade, which was much appreciated! They answered all our questions thoroughly and enthusiastically. It felt very welcoming! Plus, the hotel is right in the middle of Central Street, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and taking walks! I will definitely come back!

I can truly call this guesthouse a boutique gem. The rooms are clean and tidy, with a simple yet stylish decor, and the thoughtful service truly adds to its charm. The family suite features bunk beds, which is perfect for a family of four like ours. The heating is excellent, and showering is convenient; you'll never feel cold indoors. Even when it's -20 degrees Celsius outside, you can comfortably wear a t-shirt inside. The owner is incredibly welcoming, and the staff are attentive to every detail. You can bring any request to them, and they'll diligently assist. Every inquiry was met with a surprisingly positive response. Their meticulous service left us with a warm and wonderful experience during our trip. The guesthouse's own restaurant was also full of pleasant surprises. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options. While it might not be as luxurious as a five-star hotel, it had a great balance of meat and vegetables, and both Chinese and Western dishes were available. The owner even prepared dishes according to guests' preferences, which was incredibly thoughtful. Lunch and dinner were made to order. The ingredients were fresh and never skimped on, and the tables and cutlery were clean and neat. Every detail reflected the owner's meticulous management philosophy. More than half of the other guests staying there were from overseas. Everyone got along harmoniously and chatted happily at the guesthouse, unlike the isolated rooms of a five-star hotel where there's no interaction. This place felt more like a community of neighbors, where strangers became friends within the guesthouse.

Overall, the hotel offers great value for money, with a complimentary shuttle bus and a beautiful back garden. The rooms are quiet and comfortable, and there's an amusement park nearby. The robot service is a nice touch, and the family rooms are very popular. It's truly a top choice for both business and leisure travelers!

Four of us stayed at this hotel and had a great experience! The location is a huge plus, with plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby. It's not far to walk to Central Street, and getting to and from the station is quick and easy. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the housekeeping is excellent. The hotel amenities are complete, with free parking and a laundry room, which is very tourist-friendly. The staff are friendly and check-in/check-out was quick. Overall, it offers great value for money. If you're visiting Harbin and want to explore the city's attractions, this hotel is a perfect choice.

The best host in my trip!! Very helpful with all our inquiries, would try to find the best solutions to our problems, and provided almost everything we need!! They can arrange all sorts of activities with transportation, so you can just come by trains to Yabuli and they will arrange for everything you want. The hotel also has a restaurant with excellent food, affordable price, and free hot drinks!! The rooms are comfortable, clean, with basic amenities including bath towel and toiletries. Hot water was available 24/7, in a volumetric heated tank. So even if someone used up a lot of hot water, you can just wait for 15-30 minutes until the tank refilled with hot water. If I have any recommendation, the only thing would be to have more cloth hangers available in the rooms, because our trip was in winter, and we have a lot of jackets and coats. Overall, would recommend this accommodation to my friends and families. Hope to visit you again!!

Booked this room for the convenience and affordability and it did not disappoint. If you’re looking to be well taken care off this is the place for you. The staff was very attentive and accommodative to our requests, they went the extra mile to ensure that we’re comfortable. I contacted the hotel staff via WeChat a few days before arrival to the place. They provide free transportation to all/most attractions in Yabuli and even free pick-up service from yabulixi train station. To save yourself the hassle, you can book the Ski attraction directly from them, 160 Yuan/pax. They will fetch you to and fro the attraction, settle the tickets and take the time to explain to you the processes. Trust me you wouldn’t want to end up lost in that place. We went for the horse sledge ride as well, 60 yuan/pax. Overall it was an amazing experience, very family friendly and I’d recommend it to everyone who is seeking for convenience, comfort and service.

The rooms were incredibly tidy and clean, with options for both traditional 'kang' beds and regular beds. This is a comprehensive resort hotel that offers both accommodation and dining. We initially stayed for one night and then extended for another. The owners and their family were so incredibly warm and hospitable! They provided all the ski gear – suits, hats, and goggles – completely free of charge. They picked us up from Yabuli West Railway Station and provided transfers to the ski resort. They even helped us book discounted tickets and ski passes, and connected us with excellent, affordable instructors. We'll definitely come back to Yabuli to ski again and stay here! Highly recommend it to everyone.

We chose this hotel for our trip to Yabuli, and its location is fantastic. There are plenty of recreational activities right within the resort. Our stay was excellent; the room was clean and tidy, well-equipped, and the bedding was super comfortable. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and check-in was very efficient. The environment is quiet, and overall, it offers good value for money. Plus, the sightseeing cable car offers beautiful views, and the Rainbow Flying Carpet is exciting and fun! Highly recommend!

This is an older hotel, but the price is reasonable and the location is excellent. The room had a small balcony overlooking Central Street, and the surrounding area is very bustling with plenty of restaurants downstairs. Despite that, it was very quiet at night, and I slept wonderfully. The service was warm and attentive; we overslept and missed breakfast, but the front desk staff proactively bought freshly made beef pancakes and soy milk from outside and delivered them to our room. It was a warm, thoughtful, and delicious breakfast – absolutely amazing!
