Jenny is courteous, kind and helpful. She is also friendly and chatted with us during breakfast. Not only does she served us homemade in-house yogurt, she gave tips on how to travel around Harbin. The best thing was she remembered us from the previous day! It was a very good experience. Room wise: bed was by far the most comfortable we’ve had throughout our whole trip. They provided us with different pillow hardness for us to rotate on. Hotel Amenities: well rounded with free washer and dryer + drying rack to use in the room. Humidifiers are provided in the room which helped with the dry air in Harbin. Hotel staff: very nice, helpful and responsive. Had a choke toilet in one room and they are a call away to fix the issue. Took them just 5 mins to response after the call was made. They even helped to change the room the next day morning when requested. Location: very convenient and easy to take a car. Definitely worth the stay and I recommend this place to others.

This central location allowed us to easily explore and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of Harbin. The inclusion of breakfast buffet and afternoon tea was a delightful addition to our stay. The hotel offered a decent selection of food during both meals, ensuring that we had a satisfying start to our day and a pleasant afternoon treat. Staff at the restaurant were always attentive and ready to assist us. They provided excellent service and ensured that our dining experience was enjoyable. Their attentiveness added an extra touch of warmth and hospitality to our meals. City Tour Arrangements: We were pleased to discover that the hotel had a local tour arranger at the lobby near the reception area. Ms. Tong Tong, the tour arranger, proved to be extremely helpful in organizing a private car for our city tour. She ensured that our preferences were taken into account and made valuable suggestions for places to explore. Professional and Polite Driver: Our driver for the city tour, Mr. Gwu MiAn, was exceptional in his professionalism and attentiveness. He took us to the places we wanted to visit and made sure we were comfortable throughout the journey. His kind and polite demeanor, coupled with his provision of water to keep us hydrated, added an extra level of comfort to our city tour. Overall, our stay at was memorable and enjoyable. The spacious rooms, clean bathroom, helpful check-in staff, convenient location, inclusion of breakfast buffet and afternoon tea with decent selections, and the attentive restaurant staff all contributed to a positive experience. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Harbin and seeking a comfortable and convenient stay.

First I was bit disappointed because no one help us with our luggage and we arrived by past 14:00 but our room is not ready and need to wait for 1 hour, but its okay😊😊😊 I really love this hotel, the ambiance is good there is a free afternoon snacks at the lobby, you can also wash and dry your clothes, there is a lot of free gifts that the kids love, I having a hard time on operating the washing and there is a staff who immediately assist me, and also I try to call them on the phone, and they go to the room to assist me because I cannot understand chinese😂 they also lend us a toy so my baby will be busy playing, the breakfast also has a lot of choices, I hope I found this hotel soon, but glad to stay here on our last night in Harbin City, hoping to stay here soon, and also upon checking out they still have gift for us, and what I really love is they lend me a russian dress to took photo😍 I will make moments soon as soon as my photo release by the photographer and tag the hotel😍
