In breakfast time i personaly thank you Ms Jenny 黄艳华 Manager for very caring us and so friendly as well as bring us the yogurt every morning, also i would like to say thank you to the FB Ms Air 刘金玲 for bring me the box to keep food for my wife. Also thank all team for very welcoming and support. Myself have good experience at hotel. Look forward to stay in next time.

I had booked two triple rooms and one double room for my stay, and to my pleasant surprise, both the double room and one of the triple rooms were upgraded to the Level 5 suites at no extra charge. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and exuded a cozy yet luxurious feel. The upgraded triple room was particularly impressive—it was a family suite, thoughtfully decorated with adorable duckling-themed decor that added a playful and charming touch, making it perfect for families or anyone traveling with children. One of the standout features for me was the quality of the toiletries. The conditioner in particular was fantastic—it left my hair feeling incredibly smooth and soft, which is something I rarely find in hotel products. The fragrance was light and pleasant, not overpowering, and I really enjoyed how fresh it made my hair feel throughout the day. The rooms were not only large but also meticulously clean, with plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable. The upgrades made our stay even more special, and the attention to detail in both the room design and amenities truly stood out. With such a memorable experience, I will definitely be coming back to this hotel on my next visit.

The hotel is located just 150 meter far from the walking street. We are not happy with the room we stayed. During booking, we found that the room has a window. We then understand that there should be a view to be seen. The view is completly blocked by other big building which is located just 2 meter far from windows. The hotel should clearly indicate that. As foreigner, we need 3G 5G signal to connect to google facebook youtube using international sim. Unfortunately, rhe signal is very poor. Wifi is ok. Using wifi, google is blocked in China. We not happy with the room. Not recomend for foreigner.

The whole environment and service of the hotel are good. It's very good. It's close to the place where I'm on a business trip. I will stay here next time. The room is clean and the breakfast is rich. I will choose this place again when I go on a business trip. I am satisfied.

There is a gray net in the room, but it doesn't matter. What matters is that the service is extremely poor. The two weirdos at the front desk made my stay experience extremely bad. I booked a double breakfast because I had to go to the hospital on an empty stomach at 8 o'clock in the morning for a gastrointestinal endoscopy. I couldn't I had breakfast, so I negotiated with the restaurant to pack two portions. The restaurant asked me to ask the front desk for instructions. The two front desk receptionists had cold expressions and said righteously, ”No, not even in special circumstances. If we pack everything like you do, it's unmanageable. It's a mess.” ”No sense of service at all. This service attitude has greatly damaged the hotel's image.
