Guest UserOn a self-driving tour, I decided to stay here last minute and was pleasantly surprised! As soon as I turned into the parking lot, a staff member came over to guide me. They helped with my luggage every step of the way, and everyone I encountered greeted me proactively. The front desk gave me a sand protection neck gaiter and a voucher for congee in the evening. In the room, there were welcome snacks, yogurt, and plenty of water. They also provided free chargers and a humidifier. There's even a foot bath at the self-service laundry room, with disposable bath bags for hygiene. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, definitely 4-star+! So many varieties, better than many 4.7+ hotels in the city. They also offer shuttle service. I'll definitely be back!

Guest UserVery clean and quiet. The attention to detail was exceptional – there was tea in the lobby, a fridge, a humidifier, a laundry room, and delicious breakfast. Staff members 2 and 7 were particularly gentle and soft-spoken. They even arranged pick-up service in advance. For kids, there were building blocks and snacks. The room had great soundproofing, a drying rack, shower slippers, and a very good hairdryer. So, even if the room didn't look huge and the decor was a bit traditional, it didn't stop me from giving this hotel a perfect score! I'm extremely satisfied, and if I ever get the chance to visit Dunhuang again, I'll definitely stay here!

YiguasushizhangjuzhengMy stay this time was absolutely wonderful, I have to give it a great review. Let me list some details: upon check-in, I was proactively offered a useful travel map, complimentary breakfast, and complimentary Jajangmyeon (available in the morning or afternoon). The room also provided a foot spa bucket and herbal packets. Every day, there were fresh fruits, snacks, and yogurt in the room. In the evening, I could go to the restaurant for free congee. And when I checked out, due to heavy rain in Dunhuang the day before which caused a last-minute change to my itinerary, the kind lady at the front desk provided incredibly thoughtful assistance and help. This heartwarming experience brought a perfect end to my Hexi Corridor trip.

Guest UserIf you're driving yourself, especially if you're a new driver, parking can be a bit tricky. You'll need to call the hotel beforehand, and they'll reimburse you for parking or taxi fees.
This hotel in Dunhuang is incredibly friendly. If you're not driving, it's highly, highly recommended. It's right next to a food street and very well managed, much more comfortable than many places in the south. It's excellent value for money, excellent value for money, excellent value for money – I can't say it enough! Highly recommend staying here.

Guest UserOn our self-driving trip through the Hexi Corridor, we arrived in Dunhuang. Choosing a hotel in Dunhuang was incredibly difficult, especially traveling with family and needing three rooms. Luxury hotels were severely overpriced, and since we'd be out exploring all day, spending around 3000 yuan felt like very poor value for money.
I looked through all the top-rated hotels and guesthouses in Dunhuang, and every single one had negative reviews. Many of the five-star hotels in Dunhuang seemed quite dated, and even four-star hotels had issues. For example, Zhongzhou had old rooms, Binhe International had difficult parking outside, and the V-Garden had a KTV on the third floor. It was genuinely so hard to choose.
Finally, I picked a few hotels with decent reputations and flexible cancellation policies, planning to view the rooms in person before deciding. When we arrived in Dunhuang, the first places we ruled out were the guesthouses; their conditions generally looked quite mediocre. Next, we eliminated Zhongzhou International. From the outside, it looked like it primarily catered to tour groups, was right by the road, surrounded by shops, and appeared a bit dated.
We then went to a hotel called Geyue Courtyard. Its location was extremely remote, surrounded by construction sites and repair shops – a huge turn-off immediately. The entrance was also cramped, and entering through a side door, we saw construction debris everywhere. We promptly turned around and left. Next, we went to Binhe International. The service was excellent, and they arranged a room for us, but there was a barbecue restaurant right next to the main entrance, and the rooms were quite small and cramped.
We finally decided to check out the Huaxia International Hotel. Initially, I was very worried about the online reviews regarding the hotel's service and its age. However, when we arrived at the hotel lobby, it was noticeably more spacious and brighter compared to the previous hotels we'd seen. In particular, a gentleman at the front desk (I forgot to get his name) was incredibly patient. When I asked to see the rooms, they patiently showed us around, and we eventually selected a room we were happy with. During our stay, all the staff were professional and polite. Dinner at the restaurant, though simple, was of assured quality. Hu Cailian from customer service was also very responsive to all our requests and always greeted us with a smile, making our stay very comfortable.
It's also incredibly close to Mingsha Mountain and Crescent Spring, which is very convenient. You can park your car directly in the spacious parking lot right in front of the hotel. While some room types might be older and some newer, the hotel is clearly working hard and strives to meet everyone's needs. Highly recommended.

Guest UserAbsolutely loved this hotel! The service was excellent, and the breakfast offered a great variety. The room was spacious, and we even got a free upgrade. The location is fantastic – just cross the Dunhuang Mother River in front, and you'll find all sorts of restaurants with good prices. They have a laundry room, making it incredible value for money. Plus, with the desert heat, having unlimited bottled water was such a thoughtful and considerate touch. A truly caring hotel!

MsJoyceHighly recommend!
This hotel offers airport or railway station pickup free service.
The hotel location is excellent and not so far for Mogaocave, the dunhuang night market, Mingsha Mountains..
The hotel room is super clean, wide, and has comfy.beds.
Also, the hotel provided everything necessary
Especially the hotel staff are very friendly and responsible for guests.
We stayed there for 3 nights 4 days and the staff always helped us for traveling.
They called a taxi for us to travel to tourist spots
Even if they don't speak English , we communicate by translation application on the phone.
They also bring us to pharmacy and supermarket.
How they are wonderful and thankful.
If we go there again, we will definitely stay there again.
I traveled all over the world for 20 years, but I never met like the hotel and staff.
Totally never forgetable hotel and staff.
God bless forever! Thanks again!!!

Visiting Dunhuang in spring was an absolute delight! The city is incredibly clean and tidy, with well-organized streets, making for an excellent overall experience. The hotel I stayed at offered top-notch service, was spotlessly clean, and paid attention to every little detail, making me feel very comfortable and secure.
And the food? Oh, I have to rave about the food! The donkey meat yellow noodles were perfectly chewy and flavorful, the Huyang焖饼 (braised lamb pancake) was rich and fragrant, and to top it all off, a glass of Li Guang apricot peel water was refreshing and cut through the richness. It was all full of authentic local flavors. Beautiful scenery, a clean city, great accommodation, and delicious food—Dunhuang is definitely worth another visit!

Guest UserThe service was absolutely wonderful! We arrived late at night from Qinghai, but still received excellent check-in service. The lounge area offered chrysanthemums and goji berries for tea, as well as a coffee machine. In the lobby, there were souvenirs for sale, including adorable plush camels, priced similarly to the night market, which is great for those short on time. It's also just two blocks away from the Dunhuang Museum. Overall, a hotel with good value for money.

Guest UserOur stay was fantastic! The hotel's decor is grand and impressive, and the staff provided excellent service – even the cleaning ladies were incredibly polite. We stayed for two nights, and on the third day, knowing we might miss lunch due to travel, the manager on duty at breakfast specially packed some pastries for us. This act of kindness truly touched us. I also want to commend Xiao Tian from the front desk; every evening, she thoughtfully greeted us and reminded us of the hotel's special services! I highly recommend this hotel! 👍
