As soon as we arrived at the underground parking lot of the hotel, two waitresses took the initiative to guide us to the elevator (the hotel is quite large) and rushed to help with the luggage. She cleaned the room very clean and tidy every day, and put the items in the most convenient place for the guests. The most surprising thing was that she also prepared hot foot water, towels, mats, etc., so that we could enjoy the feast of Dunhuang culture while eliminating the fatigue of the journey. This journey to Dunhuang again after a few years really left a good impression. I felt the continuous progress and development of Dunhuang and the cultural confidence of the people of Dunhuang! They started cleaning at more than 10 o'clock in the morning and asked if you wanted to stay longer. It made it impossible for people who sleep in to sleep at all.

100 out of 100 points. I checked in two days before and after the Lantern Festival. I originally booked a regular room, but the lady at the front desk upgraded me to a river view room for free. She said that it was the Lantern Festival and I could see fireworks. The result was much beyond my expectation. The fireworks were so beautiful! My room has become an excellent viewing platform. Thank you very much to the lady at the front desk! After checking in, I found that the room was very atmospheric, the hot water came out very quickly in the shower, and the room was particularly warm in winter, all of which were very good hardware conditions. But more importantly, I felt that everyone in the hotel was very warm. Whether it was the ladies at the front desk or the cleaning lady, any staff member would greet me with a gentle smile when they saw me. Even during the Lantern Festival, they thoughtfully prepared glutinous rice balls and delivered them to the room. All in all, it was a 100% satisfactory stay experience❤️❤️❤️

You won’t regret staying here. In summary it’s a very nice hotel (quite large actually) that is perfectly located (about 1km walking from the sand dunes (Mingsha mountain and Creacent Moon spring area). Staff is extremely friendly and helpful and the architecture is also really nice. The views from the roof top terrace (breakfast/ coffee spot) are amazing and the breakfast itself is also quite good. The downside that’s also to mention: Price wise it’s a bit expensive especially during holiday season. Rooms are a bit old and you can hear everyone passing by.
