"We upgraded to a tent room, and it was incredibly clean and hygienic. All the toiletries, bath towels, and hand towels were single-use, which was very reassuring. What's truly worth mentioning is the water pressure – the shower was surprisingly powerful, making showering an absolute delight! The water pressure in the city hotels we stayed in the following days couldn't compare to this glamping site. The environment is simply fantastic, offering the quiet solitude of the entire desert. The ATV desert buggy ride takes you to a high peak, which is perfect for amazing photos. Sandboarding was a blast for the kids, and the travel photography captured the beauty of the whole beach without the crowds. Plus, the butler service was excellent – they responded promptly to all our questions and were always available, which was wonderful. Just a heads-up: it can get windy at night, and the tent makes some noise. I was a bit scared at first, but I eventually got used to it. For first-timers, you can sleep soundly; don't worry like I did! 😄"

"This B&B is really close to Mingsha Mountain and Crescent Lake, which makes getting around super easy. The courtyard has such a lovely vibe, and watching the desert stars come out in the evening while sitting alone was incredibly therapeutic. The room was spotless, making me feel totally safe and secure during my stay. The facilities are great, with plenty of hot water, and the blackout curtains and soundproofing were excellent. The host was incredibly thoughtful, giving me personalized travel tips for solo exploration to help me avoid crowds. It was a bit funny because the light would go out in the middle of putting on makeup or using the toilet, and you'd have to call out or move to get it to turn back on. I'd suggest they improve that.

Make sure you don't go to the wrong gate, or it'll take much longer, and getting a taxi back will be tough. Getting a taxi is easy from the middle gate! They have a self-service laundry room and even gifted us two white camels and two coffees! Plus, there's an all-you-can-eat hotpot buffet with beef and lamb for just 68 yuan!"

"Very clean and quiet. The attention to detail was exceptional – there was tea in the lobby, a fridge, a humidifier, a laundry room, and delicious breakfast. Staff members 2 and 7 were particularly gentle and soft-spoken. They even arranged pick-up service in advance. For kids, there were building blocks and snacks. The room had great soundproofing, a drying rack, shower slippers, and a very good hairdryer. So, even if the room didn't look huge and the decor was a bit traditional, it didn't stop me from giving this hotel a perfect score! I'm extremely satisfied, and if I ever get the chance to visit Dunhuang again, I'll definitely stay here!"

**Facilities:** It has a classic, antique-style exterior and furnishings, but the rooms are equipped with modern smart technology. I snapped a few photos of the interior – that little chair is my favorite, so incredibly comfortable.
**Cleanliness:** Spotless, couldn't find a single fault. Plus, they have self-service laundry machines, which was great for refreshing our gear halfway through our Qinghai-Gansu trip. The breakfast is on the ninth floor, and when the weather isn't too hot, you can even dine outdoors, which is a lovely touch."

Guest UserOut of our 9-day trip along the Qinghai-Gansu Loop, this homestay was our family's absolute favorite. It's a place with real heart and soul, where every detail is thoughtfully considered. Even our five-year-old said he'd give this hotel 30 stars!
The homestay has a great design aesthetic, and the rooms are spotless, perfectly matching the tastes and ideas of younger travelers. We always bring our own disposable toiletries when we travel, but here, everything was already provided in the room.
I also really loved the landlady – she's just one of those people you instantly like, and it was so comfortable interacting with her. From the moment we checked into the homestay in Dunhuang, we had such a positive impression of the city. Even though our stay was brief, it's full of beautiful memories.
When we were leaving, she found out my child liked apricots and even gave him some from her own yard, which was incredibly touching.
The breakfast offered a wide variety, and it was all very enjoyable.
I truly recommend this homestay if you're coming to Dunhuang. I hope everyone gets to experience the genuine warmth and hospitality during their travels here.
Their raisins are also highly recommended!

1. The location is super convenient, right at the west gate of Mingsha Mountain, just a 1-minute walk away. It was perfect for playing in the sand and attending the concert.
2. The desert-themed decor and furnishings are incredibly photogenic, and the hotel facilities are brand new, including smart toilets. They even have cute little kittens around! ☺
3. It has a starry sky theme, and the owner gives amazing stargazing classes. The rooftop terrace is perfect for stargazing, and the owner even has a professional telescope. It's fantastic!
4. The breakfast is homemade by the owner. While simple, it's clean, hygienic, and tastes great.
5. The best part is the owner's service. The whole family is incredibly nice and hospitable. They helped us with our luggage, answered all of my child's astronomy questions, provided airport transfers, and even recommended local itineraries. It's just wonderful!

The property is well-maintained, clean, and welcoming, with bright spaces and designer furnishings. The room was spacious, quiet, and equipped with all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay (complimentary Perrier and still water, L’Occitane toiletries, fresh and dried fruits, bathtub).
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to respond with a smile and offer helpful advice to make your stay even better. Breakfast was rich, varied, and made with excellent quality products.
A note about the free airport/station pick-up service.

Guest UserThe hotel's location is excellent, right off the main bustling street, making dining very convenient. There's also ground-level parking in the back. The front desk staff, especially the young woman who helped me, was incredibly warm and enthusiastic. She proactively assisted with my luggage both at check-in and check-out. The front desk offered complimentary tea and snacks, and the hotel even provided a foot bath bucket. The housekeeping staff was also great; an older lady brought me a thermos of hot water. My only minor gripe was the hairdryer, which kept activating its overheating protection, making it inconvenient to use. I noticed quite a few guests with pet dogs during my stay.

We are impressed with the hotel. Whatever we write, it will still be not enough, because it is a real jewel in every aspect. The room was luxuriously furnished and extremely cozy. Inside there is everything you need for a perfect and comfortable stay and rest. Even the smallest details, both functional and aesthetic, have been considered. There were snacks and water in the room as a compliment from the hotel. On the 5th floor there is a self-service laundry room and dryer available to guests. The cleanliness is perfect. The breakfast is rich and has both European and Asian offerings. The location is very convenient. There are many restaurants nearby, and the beautiful central part is also within walking distance. We are grateful to the entire staff for the excellent service and kind attitude. Every single person of the team does his job perfectly well. The only thing we regret is that we did not have more time to enjoy this wonderful place. We wish the entire team health and good luck. Always be so kind and keep this high level service.

I highly recommend this hotel to those who drive to Dunhuang with their kids. It has a bathtub, which the kids love very much. The room facilities are very complete, the environment is very good, and it is not far from the attractions. Every service staff is very enthusiastic, especially the lobby manager. Yogurt is given when you check in, and plush toys are given when you check out. The kids like it very much and said they will stay here again next time. Highly recommended. Very cost-effective.

I chose this hotel for my trip, and the room was thoughtfully furnished. The twin beds were very spacious, and two adults could comfortably stay in one room. The bedding was clean, pure white, soft and gentle on the skin, and provided just the right amount of support. After a long day of business travel, I could fall asleep immediately. The upholstered headboard was a thoughtful touch, preventing discomfort when using my phone at night. The placement of power outlets and switches was also very convenient, making charging and controlling the lights easy. The hotel's attention to detail was evident; the throw pillows and bed runner were stylishly coordinated, not the generic hotel furnishings, but rather a comfortable and inviting touch. There was also a lounge chair by the window, perfect for relaxing in the afternoon sun or enjoying a cup of tea. Cleanliness was impeccable. The sheets and duvet covers were spotless and odorless, the floors and surfaces were impeccably clean, and the bathroom was spotless and tidy, giving me peace of mind. The staff were also very attentive, checking me in quickly and patiently answering any questions. Overall, the service was excellent, making me feel very comfortable.
It's very close to the museum and Crescent Lake, making it very convenient to get around and providing a great experience. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, I highly recommend choosing this place!

FaliangwangzhegirlThis stay was absolutely delightful! I was initially worried about the location being a bit out of the way, so I only booked one night. To my surprise, getting a taxi on the first night was super easy, so we extended our stay. While there aren't other guesthouses right around ours, we noticed a whole street full of guesthouses nearby, which seemed crowded and noisy. At night, lying in bed, you can hear the wind brushing against the walls, but it's not loud; it actually feels like being in harmony with nature. My husband and I also went gold panning – if you find gold coins, you can exchange them for prizes. We went enthusiastically, expecting a small sandbox like in a park, but it was a massive area!
**Mingsha Mountain View Afternoon Tea:** The chilled apricot peel tea was delicious.
**Fengmingsha Desert Restaurant - 30% off coupon for set meals:** After we landed, the butler collected our luggage and told us hotpot was ready, just waiting for us to freshen up and eat. The lamb wasn't ***** at all, and the dipping sauce was really tasty.

The hotel facilities are exceptionally complete. The entire room was clean and tidy, with a full range of toiletries and stable water pressure in the shower. The boss was very enthusiastic. I contacted him one day in advance and waited for us at the station early the next morning. The accommodation was close to the East Gate. We said we were going to Crescent Lake and Mingsha Mountain. The boss took the initiative to drive us to the Middle Gate, saying that we could save 20 yuan on the shuttle bus fare. The next day, we signed up for a tour group to go out and play. The boss also sent us to the boarding point early in the morning. The boss was afraid that it would be inconvenient to go back after the Crescent Lake Music Festival, so he also came to pick us up, making our travel very convenient. The accommodation environment is also very good, and the steamed bun for breakfast is particularly large.
