This is my second stay. I brought my kids here to check in last winter. A year later, our family of three came again. The service provided by Wang Yan, who picked us up at the station, was warm and thoughtful. The handsome men and beautiful women at the front desk were nice and patient. The service staff in the restaurant and the manager of the Shaojiu Restaurant were still meticulous and thoughtful. We soaked in the outdoor hot spring that we didn't soak in last year. The service here was considerate and heartwarming. Fortunately, we caught up with the opening day of the main peak of Changbai Mountain. The scenery of Tianchi under the winter sun was beautiful and spectacular. Before the trip, the warm snack bag was full of harvest. Goodbye, Zhihe, looking forward to Zhihe again.

AAnonymous UserOur stay at the Crowne Plaza Hotel near Changbai Mountain was delightful. While the room was slightly dated, it was clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere amidst the stunning mountain views.
The staff (小张和小邹) offered excellent service, and the dining options featured a tasty mix of local and international dishes. One of the highlights was the outdoor hot spring, which was awesome in the freezing winter!
With easy access to hiking trails and scenic spots, it’s a perfect blend of luxury and nature. Highly recommended for a rejuvenating getaway!

GGuest UserThe standard room I booked for a trip to Changbai Mountain is located in the Erdaobaihe factory area. It is about 4 kilometers to the north slope of Changbai Mountain, and you can get there by taxi for 14 yuan. Hotels here are more expensive during the peak tourist season. Most 3-star chain hotels in the same period cost between 500-700 yuan. I booked a special room for 380 yuan, which originally did not include breakfast. However, the hotel manager was very enthusiastic and gave me breakfast and hot spring bath, as well as ginseng soap as a souvenir. The room is very warm and large, and there is hair on the bottle of hand soap in the bathroom. It may not be suitable for guests with high hygiene requirements, because the bathroom hygiene is average, and the bedding is hygienic and comfortable. I didn't eat the breakfast and didn't comment on it. The hot spring bath is very unique. In the cold winter of minus 20 degrees, the outdoor hot spring is a very special experience. Overall, it is very cost-effective and the experience is very special.

SShuaiqikeaideduolaamengI brushed the north slope twice, but the last time was in the most beautiful season of autumn. This time I took the challenge of driving there in winter. The hotel has convenient parking and a large house. Our team building team came from Beijing. The team lived in a villa which was very lively and they could also play mahjong. The Changbai Mountain Hot Spring that comes with your stay is great. You must experience the ice and fire of Changbai Mountain Hot Spring in winter. If you check into the hotel, there will be a car that will take you directly to the Changbai Mountain North Slope Scenic Area Transfer Center. When you come back, the bus will take you back to the door, which is really convenient. The hotel lobby manager and the front desk lady are very warm and thoughtful. Following people's advice to have a full meal, we listened to the hotel's arrangements and were the first to go to Tianchi in the morning, and successfully saw Tianchi. Due to the strong wind, Tianchi was closed, haha! Also, buying skiing and rafting tickets at the hotel is cheaper than online, which is very affordable.

The overall decoration is slightly outdated, the elevator buttons feel like electric shock every time you touch them, and the accompanying hot springs are a complete failure (more details below)! ! !
The so-called outdoor hot springs are built on a small terrace on the middle floor, with a total of three pools (it was so cold that I didn’t even have time to take out my phone to take pictures). Figure 2 is an unopened area, and there is no heating in this section. To go to the outdoor pool, you need to walk out to the terrace through here. The hotel does not provide bathrobes, I only wear a bath towel. It is winter and I don’t dare to imagine how I can walk such a long distance if I get soaked.
Most facilities in the indoor pool are not open. The open areas are small, poorly equipped, and do not provide free water. If you want to drink it, you have to pay for it yourself, which is really a waste.
There is no dry storage area in the shower room, only two bathing beds, where everyone's bath towels are piled. When the cleaning and hygiene aunt received the job, she would move everyone's things out of the way and splash water on the guests' clothes to make them wet.
Finally, although the hotel's breakfast is very attentive, the customer service attitude is very good. But it's next to Puyue. If you don't need hot springs, there are many branded express hotels nearby, and you can save a lot on room rates.
