The hotel service is very good, and they will send us to the high-speed rail station. The location is right next to the water rafting, and they also gave us two rafting tickets. It is very convenient to go rafting. It takes only 8 minutes to walk there, so you don’t have to get up too early to queue up! I like their special rooms very much. There is a big iron pot for bathing, and you can also feel the Northeast flavor on the kang. The room is also very large. I like this style very much! The food we brought by ourselves was cold when we arrived at the hotel, and the hotel also helped us heat up all the meals. It was really warm❤️

If you are traveling during winter, it's a lovely place to stay, it's like a condo rent out of that sort, during the snow season does look like a santa town, a small village with decor surrounded with lights, very christmasy. Big apartment, we booked 2 bedrooms room type, heat, hot water etc all equipped. Cleanliness is great the first day, sloppy afterwards, stains on floors from day 2 til the day we left. We stayed for 5 nights. Service wise still quite good, 阳阳 is very responsive, 5 stars for her. But it's noisy every morning, there were 3 morning straight I got woken up by the noises at like 6am, other guests or staffs loud chats, banging sounds, furnitures moving around etc.... usually from 6-8 am. Breakfast is horrible though 😆 Overall, it's still a good option.

We are 4 people from Cambodia. My family were lucky to choose to stay in this beautiful hotel resort. 1. The Room : very clean and many room style to choose like Chinese or Japanese or normal. 2. The location : is very near town just only 5mins Near Changbaishan railway station just only 5mins Close to Scenic deer park and riding floating river 3. Sevice: excellent. The boss is very caring us. He took us from station to the hotel and back to station for FREE. He help us a lot to buy Mountain ticket, booking car, and bus to Xuexiang. 4. Hotel also Free Breakfast with delicious food. The kitchen service is great. They are kind and outgoing. 😍 Thank you hotel boss for everything. We will recommend your hotel to our relatives and friends. And we will come back to see again in Changbaishan. 🙏

The house is comfortable and close to the beauty pine. Except for the dark part of the way into the hotel at night and the unreliable shower water pressure and temperature, the hotel environment is good and the air is good. I saw some stains on the quilt at night and informed the staff, who immediately sent someone Replace with new ones 👍

The check-in experience was very good! The hotel called to make an appointment for the high-speed rail station pick-up one day in advance. The driver Wang Yan was very enthusiastic to help with the luggage. On the way to the hotel, he took us through the Genting Market and the Merganser Park. He introduced these two attractions to us in advance, so that we didn't even have to make a guide! In the next few days, we said we wanted to go to the Edelweiss Park, and he sent us there for free; we said we wanted to go ice fishing, and he also picked us up for free. He enthusiastically helped us make an appointment for the car to go to Xueling! When we arrived at the hotel, both the concierge who opened the door and the front desk who checked in were polite! The room is very large, the bathroom and toilet are separated, and there is a bathtub that children like! There are also super large floor-to-ceiling windows, and the snowman army outside the window is unobstructed! The hotel has a large back garden with a lot of snow and piles very high, so children can play in the snow without leaving the house. In the morning, there are twos and threes of alpacas jumping in the snow, and you can go to the front desk to get carrots for free to feed them! Erdaobai River passes through the hotel. Through the corridor to the opposite side of the river is the hotel's hot spring area, which has several hot springs of different sizes, and there is also a popular iron pot stew, which is really unique in style! The hotel's breakfast is Cantonese style, with siu mai, xiaolongbao, steamed spare ribs, steamed chicken feet, fried rice noodles, etc. There are not many varieties, but it is very friendly to us Cantonese people! Lunch and dinner can be solved in the hotel's Shaojiu tube, the product is very good, special roast chicken, special braised butterfly fish, Northeast pig-killing dishes, Rensen pigeon soup, fresh lamb skewers and many other choices. We stayed for four nights and had dinner here every night. The dishes we ordered were different every night, and the taste was great! Chef Qin is very nice. He gave us some extra free dishes every night, from Changbai Mountain wild vegetables to peanuts for drinking, and he gave them away at hand! I have stayed in many five-star hotels, and so far Erdaobaihe is the one I am most satisfied with in Zhihe!

Room The room was spacious and impeccably clean, with the added convenience of a heater in the washroom—a definite plus point, especially in colder weather. 3. Hospitality The owner, Mr. Feng, and his staff, especially Mr. Xia, along with the rest of the team, are gems. They are extremely helpful, and their intention to assist guests is genuine. They provide support with a smile and never show any reluctance. Their efforts made our stay both comfortable and memorable. 4. Assistance and Arrangements Mr. Feng and his staff went above and beyond to make our trip seamless. They arranged transport to Xue Li Mountain and helped us purchase tickets at a reasonable price. Mr. Feng even accompanied us to a restaurant to introduce us to a new dish, which was a delightful experience. The next day, Mr. Xia helped us buy tickets to Changbai Mountain (Heavenly Lake). He also ensured we were dropped off at the bus station and picked up later, making the process entirely hassle-free. 5. Farewell This hotel holds a special place in our hearts. On our departure, they dropped us off at the railway station early in the morning. Mr. Feng himself joined to bid us farewell, which touched us deeply. 6. Final Thoughts Their hospitality reaffirmed our faith in humanity. The kindness, care, and genuine efforts of Mr. Feng and his team made this stay unforgettable. Love and gratitude to all of them!

Newly renovated hotel. The room is clean. The transportation is quite convenient. You can order takeout and go to some restaurants and attractions not far away. The service attitude of the hotel staff is also very enthusiastic. They also provide breakfast. The only shortcoming may be the design of the sewer pipe. It has a bit of an unpleasant smell. The bathroom needs to turn on the ventilation function. Overall, it is acceptable.

The store recommended by a friend has experienced it firsthand to know how good the environment and boss of this store are. First of all, someone will pick you up on the high-speed rail and then go directly to the hotel. The proprietress is particularly enthusiastic and will plan our itinerary every day and save the cost for us to minimize the wine. Everyone in the store is very enthusiastic and likes this atmosphere. I like the boss and the proprietress! Recommend everyone to come to their house!

The apartment room is relatively large, and it is very convenient to go to the surrounding area. The Beipo distribution center takes a taxi for 13 yuan. Take the 2nd bus to the small market (the north is called the market) for a station. You can also walk there. You can eat downstairs. The specialty store is more concentrated. We have more luggage. After communication, the proprietress was very enthusiastic to pick us up at the high-speed rail station. I recommend the delicious and good shopping around, especially for the suggestions to go to Tianchi. I successfully grabbed the ticket of the day before and saw Tianchi Shengyan. It was worthwhile! Going to the airport to take the plane and help us fight a reliable taxi to save worry and trouble! The only downside is that the shower water is relatively small, the air conditioner is dry, and the south-facing room is sunny. It is a bit noisy in the morning (the morning in the north is early 😂 about four o'clock 😄). Warm reminder: I hope that the tea can be refreshed. Generally speaking, the price/performance ratio is still very high.

I went to Changbai Mountain, Xiaolu looked at it, but the hotel didn’t take any pictures. I booked a room with a small round table, but I got a small room with a bay window. The hygiene was OK, but it was just soundproof. I almost didn’t understand. Someone was walking and knocking at the door. You can hear everything. It was said that there was barbecue, but the barbecue was from an outside shop. I had agreed to order some food when I went down the mountain that day, but the temporary boss couldn't leave, so I didn't get it. The hotel is in a community and the transportation is convenient.
