Hotel staffs were very friendly and helpful during our stay. They were professional and always smiley whenever we got back hotel. Especially yu min 于敏 wang jing王晶, they helped with our smooth check in and check out and my many enquires. Requested for late check out for 30mins and they gave me 1 hour instead, really appreciate for that!!! We were surprised with the little gift pack from the hotel. It’s the local tea leaves and volcanos rock!! It’s something so unique and interesting as a gift! It’s one of the best hotels I would say!! Room was spacious, clean and smart. The layout and lighting of the room make our stay very comfortable and convenient. Breakfast was delivered right to our room in the morning at our specific timing. This saves us effort to make our way to the dining place for breakfast when we can enjoyed it in our room. The laundry room was definitely a huge plus for us. Totally free of charge for washing and drying clothing. The stay was so great and we decided to extend one more night. Location is near the town area. Either flag for taxi or ask the receptionist for help would be a better option. It’s very convenient to roam around the area as taxi is widely available. Overall it was an awesome and enjoyable stay.

After quickly checking in, they also kindly introduce the surrounding attractions. The room is clean and bright, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and all smart devices are available. I especially like the viewing sofa by the window, which overlooks the city night view and is very comfortable. The breakfast has a rich variety, with fresh and delicious Chinese and Western dishes. The freshly cooked noodles and freshly baked bread are so delicious that you can't help but eat a few more plates. The overall facility is very well maintained. The location is excellent and travel is convenient. I will choose here next time!

I stayed at Erdao Yaduo again after 2 months. There were no problems with breakfast, late night porridge, staff service, and room furnishings. The only thing I want to say is that your delivery robot is too unintelligent. Of course, this is also caused by human factors. I needed a bag delivered by the robot before I left the hotel. I waited for more than 20 minutes but it still didn't come. I called the front desk and they said the robot had come up. Then I waited for more than 10 minutes. The robot should have climbed up the stairs. I couldn't wait any longer, so I went downstairs with my luggage and met the robot in the elevator. It was actually delivering things to other floors... It turned out that it didn't deliver to me. I was so angry 😡 The front desk explained for a long time, what's the use... There must be a first come first served, right? If it is a problem of human settings, then deliver one household after another in the order order, and don't set up several households to deliver at once. I hope that there will be no such operation next time I come.

This hotel is really good! The location is very easy to find, right in the city center, with everything around, and it is convenient for eating and shopping. The hotel offers free pick up service from the train station, which allowed us to connect with a driver called Ting Ting. The distance from Changbaishan railway station to the hotel is about a 10 min drive away. The hotel is clean, offers hot ginseng tea and the room is extremely spacious. The amenities kit is good too, with body lotion provided. Guests services staff are extremely helpful and kind. However, we spoke mandarin with them so I think the experience will be better if you spoke in Chinese. Breakfast at hotel is also a great spread - mainly noodles, rice, and Chinese dishes that tastes great. Coffee machine provided relatively great espresso (for an automatic machine). However, the highlight would be Ting Ting; whom we connected via Mercure. We were tourists without a local Chinese mobile number, so she knew and told us it’s extremely difficult for us to get anywhere in Changbaishan (there is only a local T3 ride hailing app, and Didi is not applicable there). She offered to drive us around for our stay (3D2N) instead, and taught us how to book our tickets for Changbaishan National Park. She also recommended and drove us to dining places that she has tried, and they were indeed great shops with tasty food! Ting Ting also reminded us what we needed to prep to go up to Changbaishan and took us to rent the necessary gear (fleece guard protection for knee, fleece shoes etc) as we did not have the right attire for the -10 and up temp in early March. She is extremely helpful and kind. Highly recommend Mercure and Ting Ting! 美居酒店又干净，房间也很大。早餐也丰富，多样。咖啡机的意式浓缩还很不错。酒店的柜台和工作人员都很友善，服务周到。因为酒店有包接站服务，我们链接了司机婷婷。她真的太好了，我们没大陆手机号，不知道根本去不了哪里。婷婷也教我们怎么购买长白山景区票、怎么玩。然后重要的是她也提醒我们上长白山需要注意的-我们不够防冷和防风的衣裳和鞋子，所以她也带我们去租了。婷婷也介绍我们好吃的地方，真的赞赞赞！

The service staff are very helpful and assisted me to buy the Changbaishan tickets when my WeChat app having problem buying the tickets. Also, after checkin i decided to change my travel plan to cut short my stay, after contacting trip.com, I received email they hotel agreed to refund 1 night from my booking even though it was not in the contract. Really appreciate the hotel and trip.com. Overall the hotel is good for individual visiting Changbaishan, located in the middle of town with plenty of foods restaurants within walking distance. Room is great too and I received a free room upgrade with breakfast, nice touch!

The price-performance ratio is quite good at over 300 yuan. Fortunately, taking a taxi here is relatively cheap during peak periods and the town is not big. There is a bit of traffic noise on the road near the road, and the sound insulation is a bit poor. Everything else is okay. I originally wanted to stay for one more night, but there are no rooms at the back.

The hotel we stayed in this time was great! The room was spotless and cleaned very well. The dining environment was elegant, the breakfast was rich in variety, and the waiter's attitude was warm and thoughtful. It was a very comfortable stay. I will choose this place again next time!
