SSOYEON•Spontaneously decided to visit Erdao and booked this highly-rated hotel on Ctrip. The experience was absolutely fantastic, exceeding all my expectations – I'm incredibly satisfied! What truly impressed me was the exceptionally thoughtful service. All the staff were gentle, friendly, proactive in asking questions, and attentive to every detail. From check-in and shuttle services for sightseeing to breakfast arrangements, everything was meticulously organized. Many small details we hadn't even considered were expertly handled in advance, making for a truly excellent experience. I was lucky enough to receive a free room upgrade, which included a private hot spring bath – so relaxing and comfortable. Every corner of the hotel was exquisitely maintained and tastefully decorated, creating a wonderful atmosphere. You could feel the meticulous care and sincerity everywhere. Breakfast offered an incredibly rich variety of dishes; everything was delicious and satisfying. You could really sense the staff's dedication in preparing it! Although it was only a brief, one-day stay, I left feeling completely comfortable and delighted. The next time I visit Erdao, I'll definitely choose this place again. I'd also love to bring my parents here for a leisurely stay to truly enjoy some slow-paced time. I genuinely recommend it!

HHannahMErdaobaihe is a really sweet, cozy little town. Although it’s not located in the main town area, it is just opposite the beautiful pine forest, which makes the surroundings very peaceful. There are free buses available to travel within the town, which is very convenient. However, as we can’t read Chinese, we mostly relied on Didi instead. Getting a Didi can be a bit challenging due to the limited number of drivers, but as long as you’re willing to wait 5–15 minutes, you should be able to get one. The people in the town are very warm and welcoming. We visited Enduli, and it was absolutely wonderful and truly memorable. The morning view from our room was magical. The room itself was spacious, and the bathroom was equipped with a smart toilet with a heated seat, which was a nice touch. There was a small issue where we found a strand of hair on the bed when we opened the bedsheet. We didn’t make a fuss as I had my own disposable bedsheet prepared. Despite this minor incident, the overall stay was wonderful. What really made this place special was Aunty Wu. She was always there for us and even woke up at 6am just to bid us goodbye. When we were looking for laundry services, she kindly offered to wash our clothes in-house. With my OCD, I was especially touched that she even warmed my laundry bag for me - such a thoughtful gesture. Will definitely be back

The hotel is conveniently located right next to the North Scenic Area gate, making it an easy walk to the entrance. This was incredibly convenient for visiting the mountain, and we also got to use the scenic area's VIP green channel, saving a lot of time queuing – a real stress-reducer for our travels. The room was clean, tidy, and spacious, with soft, skin-friendly bedding. Opening the window, we had a beautiful view of the forest and mountains. The entire room had ample heating, making our stay in the cold Changbai Mountain exceptionally warm and comfortable. The hotel's biggest highlight is its direct access to the natural volcanic hot spring from Julongquan. There are over thirty indoor and outdoor pools that you can enjoy unlimited times. Soaking in the outdoor hot springs on a snowy day, with the contrast of ice and fire, melted away all our travel fatigue. The front desk and cleaning staff were warm, thoughtful, and efficient with check-in. The buffet breakfast offered a rich variety of both Chinese and Western options. The overall environment, surrounded by a pristine forest, is tranquil and elegant. It's perfectly suited for both family trips and leisure vacations. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Changbai Mountain.

My entire stay was full of pleasant surprises, right from the complimentary pick-up service from Changbai Mountain High-Speed Rail Station, which already showed the hotel's thoughtfulness. The staff were warm and attentive, and the check-in process was efficient and thorough. They patiently explained the hotel facilities and provided tips for exploring the surroundings, making me feel right at home. The hotel is nestled amidst the natural beauty of Toushan Village, with stunning snowscapes that are perfect for photos. Its design seamlessly blends ecological elements like water, wood, ice, and stone, making you feel like you're in a paradise on earth as you walk through the premises. The air is so fresh and invigorating. The indoor and outdoor hot springs are an absolute highlight. The pools are clean, and the ginseng scent is wonderfully authentic. Soaking in the outdoor hot springs in winter while watching the snow fall creates an incredibly atmospheric experience. The staff in the hot spring area were also incredibly enthusiastic and paid great attention to detail. The mountain view room I stayed in was spacious and spotless, with impeccable hygiene. It offered fantastic views of the mountains, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The hotel's dining was another delightful surprise. Breakfast offered a wide variety, and the local corn noodles were authentically delicious. For other meals, the ingredients were fresh, and the prices were fair. Even when I arrived late, the restaurant thoughtfully delivered food to my room – so considerate! The hotel's amenities are also comprehensive, including free recreational activities. Its proximity to the North Slope of Changbai Mountain makes getting around incredibly convenient. From the service to the environment, from accommodation to the hot springs, every aspect of my stay exceeded expectations. The next time I visit Changbai Mountain, I will definitely choose Mingrui Cangu Hot Spring Resort Hotel again!

They have an outdoor hot spring, and the scrubbing attendant was so thorough I felt like I had brand new skin! The guest room manager was incredibly welcoming, recommending various attractions and even telling us about a nearby farmers' market. After breakfast, we walked over and the morning market was still in full swing. We ended up buying 1,000 yuan worth of wild mushrooms and large blueberries, which was about a fifth of the price we'd pay in our city's morning market. The ginseng selection was astounding.

GGuest UserRight at check-in, we were given two warm bottles of Changbai Mountain mineral water. The room was standard, and the heating was very strong – we had to sleep with the window open. The hot springs, however, are in a separate building, and you have to walk through the lobby on the ground floor to get to them. The lobby and the breakfast area on the second floor weren't warm enough, making it easy to catch a cold after coming back from the hot springs. The hot springs themselves are communal and only have a few small pools; it's not really worth going unless you just want a quick taste of Changbai Mountain's hot springs.

They even thoughtfully recommended some great local eateries, and were polite throughout the whole process. The soundproofing in the room was excellent; I slept like a baby all night. The bedding was just right, not too soft and not too firm, and the separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom were a nice touch. All the little details were perfect!

SSunflower917Here’This resort hotel was the most satisfying stay of our entire 8-day China trip across Harbin, Changbaishan, Xuexiang, and Yabuli. We stayed in a family residence unit, which allowed all of us to live together comfortably under one household. The resort is extremely clean and well-maintained. Our unit even included a mahjong table and a private hot spring, which made the stay very enjoyable. Although the price is not cheap, it is definitely worth the money. The butler service was excellent — the staff were attentive and always did their best to accommodate our requests. Highly recommended. I’m confident you will have a pleasant and memorable stay here.
