SSOYEON•Spontaneously decided to visit Erdao and booked this highly-rated hotel on Ctrip. The experience was absolutely fantastic, exceeding all my expectations – I'm incredibly satisfied! What truly impressed me was the exceptionally thoughtful service. All the staff were gentle, friendly, proactive in asking questions, and attentive to every detail. From check-in and shuttle services for sightseeing to breakfast arrangements, everything was meticulously organized. Many small details we hadn't even considered were expertly handled in advance, making for a truly excellent experience. I was lucky enough to receive a free room upgrade, which included a private hot spring bath – so relaxing and comfortable. Every corner of the hotel was exquisitely maintained and tastefully decorated, creating a wonderful atmosphere. You could feel the meticulous care and sincerity everywhere. Breakfast offered an incredibly rich variety of dishes; everything was delicious and satisfying. You could really sense the staff's dedication in preparing it! Although it was only a brief, one-day stay, I left feeling completely comfortable and delighted. The next time I visit Erdao, I'll definitely choose this place again. I'd also love to bring my parents here for a leisurely stay to truly enjoy some slow-paced time. I genuinely recommend it!

MM517835****This hotel is absolutely fantastic! The facilities are excellent, the room was spotless, and the decor was superb. We had a super comfortable two-night stay. The ladies at the front desk were incredibly friendly and recommended so many beautiful spots for us to visit and take photos. There are even traditional Korean outfits (hanbok) in the lobby that you can try on! If you're coming to Changbai Mountain, you definitely have to stay here!

BBeikuaididemaoThe hotel offers a VIP direct access to the mountain, so even if you've already bought your tickets, you can go in anytime without an appointment. The butler service was very attentive and responsive, making everything so easy. The luggage porter was also very helpful and quick to address any issues. The bedding was super comfortable. Even though it gets light early here, I slept really well thanks to the excellent blackout curtains and the quiet, odor-free room. The only minor issue was that the bathroom light circuit might be a bit old. The hotel's hot spring was a highlight, especially the kids' specific pool. The bathrobes and slippers came with wristband clips, so there was no chance of mix-ups, and fresh ones were always available. My kids absolutely loved it!

MM496352****I highly recommend the Mingrui Cangu Hot Spring Resort Hotel, a hidden gem at the foot of Changbai Mountain! It definitely deserves a five-star rating! My entire stay was full of pleasant surprises, right from the complimentary pick-up service from Changbai Mountain High-Speed Rail Station, which already showed the hotel's thoughtfulness. The staff were warm and attentive, and the check-in process was efficient and thorough. They patiently explained the hotel facilities and provided tips for exploring the surroundings, making me feel right at home. The hotel is nestled amidst the natural beauty of Toushan Village, with stunning snowscapes that are perfect for photos. Its design seamlessly blends ecological elements like water, wood, ice, and stone, making you feel like you're in a paradise on earth as you walk through the premises. The air is so fresh and invigorating. The indoor and outdoor hot springs are an absolute highlight. The pools are clean, and the ginseng scent is wonderfully authentic. Soaking in the outdoor hot springs in winter while watching the snow fall creates an incredibly atmospheric experience. The staff in the hot spring area were also incredibly enthusiastic and paid great attention to detail. The mountain view room I stayed in was spacious and spotless, with impeccable hygiene. It offered fantastic views of the mountains, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The hotel's dining was another delightful surprise. Breakfast offered a wide variety, and the local corn noodles were authentically delicious. For other meals, the ingredients were fresh, and the prices were fair. Even when I arrived late, the restaurant thoughtfully delivered food to my room – so considerate! The hotel's amenities are also comprehensive, including free recreational activities. Its proximity to the North Slope of Changbai Mountain makes getting around incredibly convenient. From the service to the environment, from accommodation to the hot springs, every aspect of my stay exceeded expectations. The next time I visit Changbai Mountain, I will definitely choose Mingrui Cangu Hot Spring Resort Hotel again!

3320237****The hotel is quiet and clean, and not far from a popular street with many trendy restaurants. They have an outdoor hot spring, and the scrubbing attendant was so thorough I felt like I had brand new skin! The guest room manager was incredibly welcoming, recommending various attractions and even telling us about a nearby farmers' market. After breakfast, we walked over and the morning market was still in full swing. We ended up buying 1,000 yuan worth of wild mushrooms and large blueberries, which was about a fifth of the price we'd pay in our city's morning market. The ginseng selection was astounding.

GGuest UserThe hotel service was absolutely wonderful! When we checked in, the front desk saw we were cold and immediately offered us warm bottled water. Our room was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. When we went to the hot springs, the staff member managing the area was so enthusiastic. She constantly reminded us to be safe and even specially guided us to try the outdoor hot springs, which was a 100% amazing experience. Despite the cold weather, we truly felt the warmth and hospitality from the hot springs staff. She even helped us take a group photo – fantastic! 👍 Breakfast was also excellent, with delicious food and even frozen sliced pears. Next time I come to Changbai Mountain, this hotel will definitely be my first choice.

SSunflower917Here’This resort hotel was the most satisfying stay of our entire 8-day China trip across Harbin, Changbaishan, Xuexiang, and Yabuli. We stayed in a family residence unit, which allowed all of us to live together comfortably under one household. The resort is extremely clean and well-maintained. Our unit even included a mahjong table and a private hot spring, which made the stay very enjoyable. Although the price is not cheap, it is definitely worth the money. The butler service was excellent — the staff were attentive and always did their best to accommodate our requests. Highly recommended. I’m confident you will have a pleasant and memorable stay here.

Hygiene: Found a strand of hair in the fried rice at breakfast. For a four-star hotel, that's really unacceptable 😂, just like a fly-ridden diner. Environment: Quite good and beautiful. Service: The staff at the lobby and bathhouse are all very enthusiastic, answering all questions and always happy to help. A short-haired staff member even enthusiastically told us how to best explore the area, as we hadn't planned anything, and was very patient. However, there's a manager or someone at the front desk who always seems very impatient when answering questions – I've truly never seen such an attitude 😂, and it wasn't even a difficult question. Also, the driver: if shuttle service is provided, why can't it be perfect? He also seemed impatient and didn't help with luggage when we got out. He even honked furiously just because we didn't know how to close the trunk 😂. This hotel should be one of the better ones in the area, so it would be a shame to lose out because of these small issues. Overall, the service from the other hotel staff was quite good.
