GGuest UserThe hotel's VIP mountain access service was incredibly convenient. On August 17th, we departed from the hotel at 9 AM, walked to the Old Mountain Gate, had our tickets checked, and entered the scenic area. A quick 30-minute bus ride brought us to the Heavenly Lake transfer point. We only waited a few minutes in the VIP lane before boarding the shuttle bus to Heavenly Lake. We were moved to Hotel Building 3, and the amenities there were excellent. The breakfast spread was exceptionally generous, and they offered several types of hot spring pools. Even in summer, soaking in them was very relaxing and enjoyable. Definitely worth the price!

**Unbeatable Location**
It's right next to the Changbai Mountain North Gate! You can walk directly to the scenic area entrance, which is incredibly convenient for early risers hoping to catch the first ascent to Tianchi Lake.
**Room Experience**
Our Deluxe Garden View King Room offered an amazing view! The 1.8-meter king-size bed was soft and comfortable, and the room itself was clean and cozy. They replenished bottled water daily, which was a thoughtful touch after a long day of hiking.
**Highlights of the Stay**
The Julong Volcanic Hot Springs were definitely the star attraction! They even offer an express 'green channel' that bypasses queues and takes you directly to the Tianchi Lake transfer point. The breakfast spread was astonishingly rich: Northeastern sauerkraut dumplings, ginseng porridge, freshly boiled hot spring eggs... we always ate until we were completely stuffed before heading out for the day!

Our butler contacted us in advance to confirm our itinerary and helped us plan our sightseeing routes.

GGuest UserThe room was very spacious and had a pleasant, fresh smell. The pillows were too soft for my preference, but everything else was great. The hairdryer was pretty standard, but it worked fine. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices. The staff service was also very warm and welcoming. The slippers provided were incredibly comfortable – soft and thick. You can arrange for a pickup service from the station/airport directly with the hotel.

MM273044****Facilities: The hotel features modern architecture with a rustic wooden exterior, giving it the appearance of a mountain cabin from the outside, but stepping inside reveals a contemporary hotel. The ground floor includes a children's play area with large floor-to-ceiling windows and plenty of seating to enjoy the mountain views outside.
Cleanliness: The common areas looked very clean, and the room was tidied up nicely, though I did spot some dust in the corners.
Environment: The hotel's location is unbeatable, nestled halfway up the mountain. It's perfect for those with a car, as it's about a 30-minute drive to Erdao Baihe below. Without a car, it could be a bit inconvenient, and round-trip taxis wouldn't be cheap. The room had a balcony with great views and fresh air. The only downside was that it was a bit cold at the end of September. Thankfully, the thick curtains blocked some of the chill. Since there was no air conditioning at this time, we asked the hotel for an electric heater; otherwise, we wouldn't have wanted to get out of bed in the morning.
Service: Hilton's service is, as expected, impeccable. We received welcome cookies, and fruit and drinks were delivered to our room. Guests also get free access to the hot springs. The butler-style service was excellent, with quick responses in the chat group. Finally, we were able to request a late check-out until 2 PM.
Dining: The food selection was very rich, offering Northeastern and Yanbian specialties, with a main focus on Western dishes complemented by noodles, wontons, and delicious bread. You could even grab extra bread to take with you for a snack on the mountain.

GGuest UserI originally booked a one-bedroom room, but the boss upgraded me to a two-bedroom room. I checked in late because I was out traveling. The hotel contacted me and asked me about my stay. A two-bedroom room with a large bed and two small beds. It is enough for a family of four. In summary, it is worth the money. Really. First of all, I was not charged. The breakfast is standard. It is also rich. Moreover, I personally feel that this boss is a person with taste. All the bath products have a harmonious taste.

JJuanjuanerThe hotel is located within a residential community, likely consisting of privately-owned units rented out and furnished as hotel apartments. The apartment itself was genuinely spacious, and the decor was very tasteful. Though listed as 90 sq.m., it felt more like 150-160 sq.m. in reality, even with one bedroom and one bathroom locked off. Our family of three booked two units and felt it was a bit wasteful given how large they were. Each unit had a 2.2-meter king-size bed, a large sofa, and a tatami area by the window, offering plenty of places to relax – a family of three would have no trouble staying comfortably. The hot spring pools were on the smaller side and quite crowded. We arrived somewhat late and only managed a brief soak. The hotel requires a 300 RMB security deposit. Check-out was very convenient; we simply left our key card and departed without waiting. If there were no extra charges, the deposit was refunded to the original payment method on the same afternoon. If this arrangement is a concern, please take note.

GGuest UserLet's start with the location. It's quite close to Changbaishan Station, and they offer a complimentary pick-up service. The driver was waiting for us right on schedule, and the hotel is only about a 10-minute drive away. Directly opposite is Meirensong Sculpture Park, a pleasant spot for a stroll with fresh air and nice views.
Moving on, the hotel's hot springs are definitely a standout feature. They span three floors, and the infinity pool on the top level had the perfect water temperature. Soaking in the pool at night, gazing up at the night sky, the air felt incredibly crisp and pure, and when a light drizzle occasionally fell, it was an absolutely magical experience! It's worth highlighting that the hot spring staff were incredibly warm and attentive, leaving a wonderful impression with their thoughtful service. I'll definitely make this my go-to place on my next visit to Changbaishan.

The location is perfect for travelers who need easy access to Changbaishan Railway Station, and the park right across the street provides a lovely place for a relaxing stroll. However, the most memorable part of my stay was the outstanding service I received from the moment I checked in. Chen Yuanyuan (陈园园), the hotel staff, was an absolute delight. She is always smiling, polite, and going above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. From the beginning, she warmly escorted us to our room and took the time to explain all the hotel amenities in detail. Her thoughtfulness did not stop there. She proactively connected with me on WeChat to ensure quick responses to any requests we had. The next morning, she personally reminded us about breakfast and even offered to come to our room to guide us to the restaurant. Her dedication was evident as she stayed until we were seated comfortably in the buffet area. Even after checkout, her exceptional service continued. She presented us with lovely hotel gifts and waited with us until our taxi arrived, ensuring a smooth departure. Chen Yuanyuan’s service attitude is truly commendable. Her attentiveness, warmth, and professionalism set a high standard for hospitality. She is undoubtedly a role model for her peers and a huge asset to the hotel. This experience reinforced my belief that service in China is truly excellent, and it’s because of staff like her that I will definitely return to this hotel on my next trip to Changbaishan in a different season. GGuest UserThe staff were very kind and we were impressed by their sincere attitude toward the guests. We booked the Gyegok trekking through Trip.com, but as foreigners, we had trouble communicating with the trekking company. The manager helped us, and we had a wonderful time that will remain a pleasant memory.
If we have the chance to come to Changbai Mountain again, we would definitely choose this hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained. We are truly grateful for the warm hearts of all the staff.
Also, grilling skewers and enjoying a glass of soju in the hotel parking lot was an unforgettable delight.
