"This hotel is really close to the Changbaishan Tourist Distribution Center, which was super convenient for getting around. You can drive, walk, or even take the No. 3 bus. The breakfast was quite good too. I actually forgot something in my room when I checked out, but customer service called me right away to let me know and kept it safe for me. I picked it up at the front desk on my way down the mountain. Thanks a lot!"

"Changbai Mountain High-Speed Rail Station pick-up and drop-off service once each (please be sure to book one day in advance): To be honest, after I booked, I kept waiting for a pre-arrival call. I've stayed at many hotels, but no one from this one contacted me. I understand that it might be due to staff shortages during the off-season, but if you don't contact me, how am I supposed to know your hotel's information? The experience was already disappointing before I even arrived. I only remembered there was a car service to pick me up when I got to the high-speed rail station, so I quickly called the hotel. They sent a car with no license plate to pick me up, like an unlicensed taxi. Travel butler service: Completely non-existent. Hilton DoubleTree welcome cookies: No one offered them. From check-in to check-out, there were only two cold apples in the room (one of which was bruised, fine, we didn't eat or touch them). Very disappointing. I didn't book your hotel just for a small cookie, but since it was clearly stated as included and wasn't provided, I didn't dare to ask for anything else. Facilities: They were okay, no major issues during my two-day stay. Oh! The shower in my room drained slowly, and the hot water temperature was unstable. Cleanliness: Acceptable. Service: In the morning, I passed by a housekeeping auntie cleaning while on my way to breakfast. She just stared at me directly, which was a bit intimidating. I was the one who initiated by saying, ”Hello,” and only then did this 'gazing' auntie greet me. If this is the kind of service, there's no need to force employees to enthusiastically greet guests (I could clearly feel that the auntie didn't want to and wasn't willing to say anything, which I completely understand)."

"The service was incredibly warm, making for a fantastic experience. Front desk staff Yuan Yuan was enthusiastic and efficient. They offered free luggage storage and the shuttle driver was professional and punctual, providing excellent, worry-free service throughout. The location is superb, making travel stress-free. It's within walking distance to the North Slope Tourist Distribution Center and just a 5-minute taxi ride to the mountain gate, which is super convenient for catching the early view of Tianchi Lake. We were also right next to Edelweiss Park and the Wetland Flower Sea, and only 7.7 km from Changbaishan Station, with free shuttle service making things incredibly convenient!"

"We had a pleasant stay, and the service from the team really stood out. The front desk staff gave us a complimentary room upgrade at check-in. Later, when the room felt a bit warm, they brought a standing fan to our room since the central cooling system couldn't be adjusted. It was a thoughtful gesture which we really appreciated. The breakfast offered a decent selection to start the day, and the hot spring (opens after 2pm) had enough pools to keep our kid entertained. Location wise, Changbaishan station is a mere 5mins ride away."

"I just brushed this homestay, because the price is not high, I have the mentality of giving it a try, the result is really good value for money, super good! The homestay has an elevator, we are driving by ourselves, parking is very convenient! The house is fully equipped, in addition to a large bed, there is a comb bed, bath towels are disposable, clean, electric toilet curtains, refrigerator washing machine, bathroom dry and wet separation, TV can also cast screen! Self-check-in, the business attitude is also very good, highly recommended! ! ! ! ! !"

"My experience at Mercure Changbaishan was absolutely perfect! The location is super convenient, close to both the high-speed train station and the North Slope scenic area, making getting around a breeze. The room was spotless, and the underfloor heating kept it wonderfully warm. The bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent. I especially liked the three-part bathroom. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and check-in was quick. The breakfast spread was extensive and even included local Yanbian specialties. Staying here made my trip to Changbaishan so reassuring. It’s great value for money, and I highly recommend it!"

"The room is so so cute. It was a really nice and comfortable stay. The room has all that one needs and it’s practical and functional. The beddings are clean and comfortable. The design is well thought out. I enjoy spending time there. Tianchi was not open the whole time I was there so I spent a bit more time in the room and it’s nice! The owner and family are very friendly and helpful as well. They help as much as they can even though I asked so many questions. They’re quite attentive to their guests. I was a bit down because of Tianchi but they made it a good time nonethelss! I bought breakfast separately for the days I want to eat and they have nice sets of breakfast. There is a washing machine and a dryer and they’re quite busy. Still, it’s very convenient. The location is in walking distance to the Reindeer park, duck park, and distribution center too. So that’s a plus. It’s about 1-1.5 km away from the busy streets and the food. If you can’t hail a ride, it’s still possible to walk (though it’s very cold). It was a lovely stay and I loved the place!"

"The hotel truly exceeded my expectations! The room was spacious with excellent lighting, and the owner clearly has great taste – the entire hotel has a fantastic style. It's located right in the Enduli Resort area, so stepping out to go shopping was incredibly convenient, and it's also very close to Yunding Tiangong. The shuttle service to Changbaishan Station was a huge plus. The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast variety; it would be even better with a few more options, like pastries, which kids would definitely love."

"Hotel very big space with 3 bed rooms and living room and kitchen, it’s one floor for us and can stay less than 10 people. Good location and facilities. Special the owner very helpful and good arrangement for our leisure traveler. Free pick up from train station 🚉 as well. The location very good as well, it close to Changbaishan center and Er Dao Bai He as well. I would like to recommend to my friends or family and would like to stay again next time."

"I absolutely have to give this place a huge five-star review! It completely exceeded my expectations. The room and common areas were absolutely on par with, or even better than, a five-star hotel – clean, tidy, and cozy. The pillows felt like latex and were incredibly comfortable to sleep on. Xinru at the front desk was so gentle and patient, and resolved any issues promptly, making for an excellent service experience. The driver who picked us up was so thoughtful; he came all the way into the underground area of the train station to find us, fearing we wouldn't find our way – I was really touched. Although the breakfast area isn't large, the spread was incredibly rich and featured a lot of local specialties. It was totally worth it, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time!"
