Hotel staffs were very friendly and helpful during our stay. They were professional and always smiley whenever we got back hotel. Especially yu min 于敏 wang jing王晶, they helped with our smooth check in and check out and my many enquires. Requested for late check out for 30mins and they gave me 1 hour instead, really appreciate for that!!! We were surprised with the little gift pack from the hotel. It’s the local tea leaves and volcanos rock!! It’s something so unique and interesting as a gift! It’s one of the best hotels I would say!! Room was spacious, clean and smart. The layout and lighting of the room make our stay very comfortable and convenient. Breakfast was delivered right to our room in the morning at our specific timing. This saves us effort to make our way to the dining place for breakfast when we can enjoyed it in our room. The laundry room was definitely a huge plus for us. Totally free of charge for washing and drying clothing. The stay was so great and we decided to extend one more night. Location is near the town area. Either flag for taxi or ask the receptionist for help would be a better option. It’s very convenient to roam around the area as taxi is widely available. Overall it was an awesome and enjoyable stay.

The room is very large, and the massage chair is in a separate small room, which is suitable for a family. The facilities are very new, with a washing machine in the room and laundry disinfectant. There is a shared bicycle return point at the door, and you can ride a bike to the nearby Meirensong Sculpture Park. There is a bathtub for one person in the hot spring area. There were people inside, so I didn't take a photo.

The front desk staff greeted us warmly when we entered the room and poured us 2 cups of hot water, which was very warm. The room we were given the first time had a smell and the ceiling was peeling. We changed to another room and the door could not be opened. The waiter said it was broken. Later, the front desk staff took a new room card and punched it in. I rested for about 5 minutes and went out to play. Before leaving, I found that the pillow was wrinkled as if I had slept in it, so I asked the waiter to put 2 clean pillowcases in the room. When I came back to change the pillowcases at night, I found blood stains on the pillows, which means that the pillows used by the previous guest were not changed at all. After reporting the problem to the front desk, two breakfasts were sent. The overall hygiene quality is too poor, and the attitude of the front desk staff is good.

This hotel is absolutely very design-oriented, giving surprises everywhere. First of all, I want to praise the service! Really, I was moved! Because the hotel gave me ski tickets, I wanted to ski first and then check in, and I went skiing directly from other hotels. After checking the information, the hotel actually asked the driver to deliver the ski tickets directly to my departure point! The Northeast people are really so enthusiastic! So humane! The breakfast variety is a little less, but it is especially considerate of the stomach of southerners! Rice noodles, steamed dim sum for morning tea, coffee, preserved egg and lean meat porridge, vegetables, boiled prawns, Ito sausages, etc. are all very comfortable to eat. There is also a snowman army in the hotel's yard, and there are more than 300 of them roughly. The hotel's outdoor hot spring is also very unique. At night, soaking in the hot spring and watching the snowflakes falling, I sighed deeply and comfortably! Honeycomb coal bathing pool, duck bathing pool, iron pot stewing yourself, are all very interesting. There are peacocks in the hotel, and four or five alpacas are raised outside. You can ask the front desk for carrots to feed the alpacas. The hotel is also very conveniently located on Baihe Street, one of the three main streets. It only takes about 5 minutes by taxi to find food.

The hotel is in a great location and convenient for travel! The hotel service is warm and the facilities are complete and new! There is a self-service laundry room, robot delivery, and TV projection, which is simple and convenient. Compared with the local five-star hotel, the comprehensiveness of the service is not much less.

The room is nice, the hotel housekeeper is enthusiastic, and the precautions and free food supplies are introduced. There are slippers and bath towels in the room, which can be taken away after use. The slippers and bath towels are of good material, the slippers are thick, and the bath towels absorb water. There is a meal service in the hotel, special Northeastern dishes, delicious, and delivered to the room. The breakfast is also delicious, and the ginseng special drink is delicious. The hotel is very close to the water rafting, and it takes more than 10 minutes to walk. There is also rime around the villa in the morning. Because there are three people, we booked villa 0. The view outside the window is not as good as villas 3 and 5. Next time, we will book there, with trees outside the window, which is better.

Facilities: relatively new. There are hot spring pools both indoors and outdoors. In January, two outdoor pools were opened and one indoor pool was opened. Sanitation: good, the room was cleaned in time, and the hot spring pool was cleaned every day. Service: very good, and the message was replied quickly. Eating: take-out is beyond the scope, and there is a vending machine in the lobby. The hotel has its own restaurant, breakfast buffet, soup and rice for dinner, and you can order a la carte in the restaurant. Environment: The sound insulation is slightly poor, especially the voices of children in the corridor. Go out to play during the day and come back to soak in the hot springs in the afternoon (the hot springs in Changbai Mountain are really good), very good~

The hotel offers free pick up service from the train station, which allowed us to connect with a driver called Ting Ting. The distance from Changbaishan railway station to the hotel is about a 10 min drive away. The hotel is clean, offers hot ginseng tea and the room is extremely spacious. The amenities kit is good too, with body lotion provided. Guests services staff are extremely helpful and kind. However, we spoke mandarin with them so I think the experience will be better if you spoke in Chinese. Breakfast at hotel is also a great spread - mainly noodles, rice, and Chinese dishes that tastes great. Coffee machine provided relatively great espresso (for an automatic machine). However, the highlight would be Ting Ting; whom we connected via Mercure. We were tourists without a local Chinese mobile number, so she knew and told us it’s extremely difficult for us to get anywhere in Changbaishan (there is only a local T3 ride hailing app, and Didi is not applicable there). She offered to drive us around for our stay (3D2N) instead, and taught us how to book our tickets for Changbaishan National Park. She also recommended and drove us to dining places that she has tried, and they were indeed great shops with tasty food! Ting Ting also reminded us what we needed to prep to go up to Changbaishan and took us to rent the necessary gear (fleece guard protection for knee, fleece shoes etc) as we did not have the right attire for the -10 and up temp in early March. She is extremely helpful and kind. Highly recommend Mercure and Ting Ting! 美居酒店又干净，房间也很大。早餐也丰富，多样。咖啡机的意式浓缩还很不错。酒店的柜台和工作人员都很友善，服务周到。因为酒店有包接站服务，我们链接了司机婷婷。她真的太好了，我们没大陆手机号，不知道根本去不了哪里。婷婷也教我们怎么购买长白山景区票、怎么玩。然后重要的是她也提醒我们上长白山需要注意的-我们不够防冷和防风的衣裳和鞋子，所以她也带我们去租了。婷婷也介绍我们好吃的地方，真的赞赞赞！

In order to have a good time in Changbai Mountain and Yanji Fangchuan, I chose this hotel after comparing many options. It was very correct. First of all, the pick-up and drop-off arrangements were in place. The driver arrived at the high-speed rail station in advance and made clear the parking location. After meeting, we never pulled the luggage again. The driver helped to load it up and down, and recommended restaurants frequented by locals, which was very heartwarming. The hotel is located in Enduli Town, just across the Chinese Merganser Park. Because you can't drive directly to the door of the homestay, the owner drove the scenic area battery car to pick up the luggage, which is very worry-free. The check-in environment is very beautiful, the public hot spring pool is much larger than expected, and the water is changed every day, which is very clean and reassuring. The most commendable thing is the welcome fruit and yogurt, as well as the daily breakfast, which is definitely beyond the level of ordinary homestays and regular hotels. The beef brisket noodle soup is extremely light and flavorful, highly recommended.

The service staff are very helpful and assisted me to buy the Changbaishan tickets when my WeChat app having problem buying the tickets. Also, after checkin i decided to change my travel plan to cut short my stay, after contacting trip.com, I received email they hotel agreed to refund 1 night from my booking even though it was not in the contract. Really appreciate the hotel and trip.com. Overall the hotel is good for individual visiting Changbaishan, located in the middle of town with plenty of foods restaurants within walking distance. Room is great too and I received a free room upgrade with breakfast, nice touch!
