The hotel is very close to Edelweiss. It is also very convenient to walk from Edelweiss to the North Scenic Area Distribution Point, and it is also very convenient to walk back to the hotel from one end of Genting Market.
The front desk staff was very good and helped us solve some problems.
The hotel pick-up station is very convenient. You can take a direct bus from Changbaishan Station to Wanda after being dropped off.
There is a small supermarket downstairs in the hotel. The yogurt silk bread at 5 yuan a piece is very good. Frozen pears and frozen persimmons are both 5 yuan each. You can also eat more candied haws on the roadside. These are double the price at Wanda Resort.

Because I attended a friend's wedding, I also visited Changbai Mountain. I found Guoxin Hot Spring Hotel to be great. It has a pick-up service and hot springs, and the breakfast is also very rich. Because it is off-season, I was upgraded to a room with a window for free. The facilities are very good, and the curtains can be opened automatically.

This hotel is really good! The location is very easy to find, right in the city center, with everything around, and it is convenient for eating and shopping. The hotel is very considerate. They will call one day in advance to ask if you need a free pick-up. The pick-up driver is very enthusiastic and will take the initiative to help carry the luggage. The check-in lady is also very enthusiastic. Every time you go in and out, she will smile at you. Say ”I'm back, what did you eat?” Just like a friend. The room aunt is also very enthusiastic. When she sees you in the morning, she will ask if you need the room cleaned? She will refill your water and toothbrush. Every staff member of the hotel is very enthusiastic. It gives me a great feeling. I will stay here next time with my parents.

The service staff are very helpful and assisted me to buy the Changbaishan tickets when my WeChat app having problem buying the tickets. Also, after checkin i decided to change my travel plan to cut short my stay, after contacting trip.com, I received email they hotel agreed to refund 1 night from my booking even though it was not in the contract. Really appreciate the hotel and trip.com. Overall the hotel is good for individual visiting Changbaishan, located in the middle of town with plenty of foods restaurants within walking distance. Room is great too and I received a free room upgrade with breakfast, nice touch!

The price-performance ratio is quite good at over 300 yuan. Fortunately, taking a taxi here is relatively cheap during peak periods and the town is not big. There is a bit of traffic noise on the road near the road, and the sound insulation is a bit poor. Everything else is okay. I originally wanted to stay for one more night, but there are no rooms at the back.

i'm not chinese and cant speak chinese so i can't communicate with front office to pick me up from trainstation so i use taxi from Changbai train station to this hotel with cost 100 yuan.
when arrive, a young chinese women in tradition korean custome greeted me so well. she try to communicate with me and friend by wechat. made me so impressed.
i went ski and the receptionist arrange ski class and ski suit rental for us.

LLanJiangExceptional Stay in Changbaishan – Highly Recommended!
I recently stayed at a hotel in Changbaishan, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. From start to finish, everything was managed exceptionally well, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
The hotel is beautifully maintained, with rooms that are both comfortable and impeccably clean. One of the standout features was the outdoor onsen—an absolutely amazing place to unwind amidst the serene natural surroundings. The decoration in front of hotel with rows and rows of cute snowmen are also very lovely, we took plenty of photos there. Additionally, the free transportation services were incredibly efficient, including a convenient shuttle service to and from the train station and free transfers to the ski site.
The staff were all friendly and helpful, even though communication was sometimes challenging as we don’t speak Mandarin. A special shoutout to Ms. Zhang Yong Ping 张永评 (WeChat: Xin Xin 鑫鑫), the guest manager from the front desk department, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was flawless.
Ms. Zhang provided us with outstanding butler service and demonstrated exceptional kindness, professionalism, and hospitality. She helped us navigate the complexities of buying tickets and traveling to Changbaishan, ensured we boarded the correct buses, and even made sure we didn’t miss any important connections.
Due to high season, we couldn’t secure a room in Building 3 for our second night and had to reserve rooms in Building 2 via an online platform. Ms. Zhang kindly and proactively made arrangements so we could stay in Building 3 throughout our visit—a thoughtful gesture that made a huge difference.
Every aspect of our stay was well taken care of, and the staff’s dedication to providing excellent service truly stood out. Thanks to Ms. Zhang and the entire hotel team, our time in Changbaishan was a wonderful experience.
I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. We’re grateful for the warm hospitality and look forward to returning in the future!

YYi Minthis resort is comprehensive. my family enjoy the stay. The hot spring is within the building. There is a small animal encounter area beside the resort. U can pay RMB12 for a cup of carrot to feed animals. The staffs are friendly and helpful and specially thanks to Zou Ming, she has helped to waive my children's breakfast charge as they are taller than required height. and she help us to arrange Changbaishan scenic tickets which is hard to get as an international tourist.

GGuest UserStayed for two nights and upgraded to a deluxe twin bed, which should be 4 square meters more than what I originally booked. As soon as I entered the door, I saw the stone shrine on the balcony. 😁Maybe because of the mountain, it is a bit different from the traditional five-star, but fortunately the service is good. I bought a package ticket for unlimited access to hot springs, Tianchi VIP ride, and three hours of skiing. My child was over the height limit, so I paid 500 more to share all services. The train station is free to pick up and drop off, and the journey takes 50 minutes. Living on the mountain has relatively few dining options, but the scenery on the north slope is really invincible. It's great that Tianchi VIP doesn't have to queue for 1 hour. Xiao Zhao at the concierge is very enthusiastic, and the car booking and luggage services are very thoughtful. Overall, I am very satisfied. There are many types of breakfast, and the noodles are delicious, especially the spicy minced meat with ingredients is suitable for the taste of Shanghai Xiaolongbao. It is recommended to have more steamed options.

SSH.1The first visit to this hotel was full of warmth and overwhelming hospitality. I still can't forget how they welcomed us the moment we arrived at the hotel.
Firstly, we were overwhelmed by the staff
during our arrival. They all came out to greet us and help with our luggages and belongings all the way in to the hotel.
Secondly, with the seamless check in to our rooms and fruit platter, every gesture was well thought by the hosts.
Thirdly, they prepared a sumptuous dinner for us. Simple local delicacies yet tasted really good. The number of ginsengs in the appetiser surprised us! From the portion to the presentation of food, we can taste the difference and feel they put in their heart to make everything better. Lady boss was generous to treat us a bottle of local rice wine during our mealtime. Tasted really good and special! We like that drink!!
Additionally, we were asked for timing to eat breakfast and they would prepare that before our specific timing. They even asked us for our preference and customise breakfast for us. Breakfast was served and tasted as good as dinner! Freshly prepared and done meticulously by the kitchen.
Lastly, lady boss gave us an impromptu complimentary tea session after dinner. A unique and interesting experience indeed. Never seen and tried it before. It's a heating device with net on it, put the heating pot for stirring and cooking our own tea from scratch. Meanwhile, we have the finger snacks and nuts to roast on the heating rack (as shown in the pictures) while waiting for our tea.
In between, they would guide us how to prepare the tea. It was a chill and relaxing session. We enjoyed chit chatting while roasting our tea in the cafe. It felt so warmth especially when it was snowing heavily outside. The vibes were superb!
I had many enquiries and the lady at the counter helped me out a lot without hesitation. She tried all her means to help us. The lady at the hot spring was very friendly and provide good services too!
The staff from the hot spring, restaurant, concierge, driver and even lady boss all were very attentive, friendly and nice at any point of time during our stay. Pretty impressive indeed. Giving all credits to every single staff. Amazing team!
They gave us more than we could ever imagined from services to food to hospitality. Thank you for giving us an amazing and memorable stay! Overall it was a great and enjoyable stay at this hotel. Definitely recommend everyone to visit them and feel their positive energy. Certainly can't wait for our next visit to Chang Bai Shan again!!!

GGuest UserAlthough this hotel is not located in Erdaobaihe Town, it is a hotel you want to stay in again after staying here. In particular, the hotel's volcanic hot springs are unlimited. After climbing the mountain during the day, you can go back to the hotel and soak in the hot springs, which makes you feel refreshed. Guests staying at the hotel can go to the north slope without going to the tourist service center, and take a bus directly to Huangsongpu. Not only does it save you from queuing, but you can also get a refund for part of the bus fare. For details, please consult the front desk customer service. I would like to especially praise the little girl Li Li at the front desk. As soon as we entered the lobby, she helped us check in warmly and attentively, and also introduced many attractions around the hotel. If Tianchi is not open, you can also play in the hotel for a whole day

JJAMESHotel staff were very friendly and provided excellent service. Hotel was empty when we (family of 4) arrived. We were not aware of an on-going fire drill and because of on-going construction, we mistakenly thought the hotel was closed. Hotel staff appeared as we were about to leave to make other arrangements. The hotel manager provided us with a translator and profusely apologized for the miscommunication . Rooms were exceptionally clean and breakfast exceptionally good. Location was ideal...close to the hi-speed railway station and downtown. We give this hotel and staff 5 out of 5 stars.

GGuest UserI'm afraid my experience wasn't the best. When arrived our room, the floor (carpet) was super dirty. We complained to reception and they sent a cleaning lady. She wasn't super happy to clean the floor but we waited patently. Once she finished we open the bed and saw some hairs. We called reception again. This time one of the hotel managers came to meet us. She apologized and decided to upgrade us to a nicer and bigger room for free. They still took over one hour to clean it to make sure it was in acceptable conditions. I'm not sure we were just unlucky or that is the normal standard in that hotel. In any case, the new room was good to stay and we were happy with their efforts.
Breakfast is almost inexistent for foreigners and it finishes way too early: 8:30. Arriving twice at 8am, we could barely find food.
Except for this location, is good (close to train station, close to hospital where you can do virus test, close to connection point to enter Changbaishan (North), close to some big green areas (pine forests) where you can have enjoyable walks in the morning or after dinner.
As a conclusion, if I may give some constructive feedback to hotel manager:
- please consistently and thoroughly clean your rooms when guests leave;
- extended breakfast time to at least 9:30;
- include more variety in the breakfast and make sure quantities are at decent level by 8:00.

The room is large, with a bathtub (not a hot spring, but it is very refreshing for special forces soldiers to take a bath after returning). The rooftop view is very good, overlooking the Edelweiss Park and Erdaobaihe Town. However, the hotel facilities are a bit old, the carpet is relatively old, the bedding is not clean enough (it is best to bring your own disposable four-piece set), and the room is stuffy and needs to open the window for ventilation and cooling.

GGuest UserThe hotel we stayed in this time was great! The room was spotless and cleaned very well. The dining environment was elegant, the breakfast was rich in variety, and the waiter's attitude was warm and thoughtful. It was a very comfortable stay. I will choose this place again next time!
