Antu Hotels with Hot Tub

Booked this hotel due to VIP tianchi & free 3 hrs ski. However, we are still resolving an issue of refunding deposit. Deposit of 1300 was not claimed due to rushing of check out. It was a tricky refund and process is taking long due to cash was involved. Hope it can resolve soon. Overall, the welcoming and service is excellent. However, the hotel is abit inaccessible. This means it hard to get to town and food choices are limited unless u pay rmb 80 to town. 2 places to dine in hotel- level 1 skewer and steamboat buffet 188 per pax and level 2 korean food. Please dont dine at Korean restaurant. The food is expensive and not nice. The beef soup and meat doesn’t have any beef taste and waiter reply adding chili to spice the soup. This doesn’t mean any sende as the soup will taste chili instead of beef.

Hotel staffs were very friendly and helpful during our stay. They were professional and always smiley whenever we got back hotel. Especially yu min 于敏 wang jing王晶, they helped with our smooth check in and check out and my many enquires. Requested for late check out for 30mins and they gave me 1 hour instead, really appreciate for that!!! We were surprised with the little gift pack from the hotel. It’s the local tea leaves and volcanos rock!! It’s something so unique and interesting as a gift! It’s one of the best hotels I would say!! Room was spacious, clean and smart. The layout and lighting of the room make our stay very comfortable and convenient. Breakfast was delivered right to our room in the morning at our specific timing. This saves us effort to make our way to the dining place for breakfast when we can enjoyed it in our room. The laundry room was definitely a huge plus for us. Totally free of charge for washing and drying clothing. The stay was so great and we decided to extend one more night. Location is near the town area. Either flag for taxi or ask the receptionist for help would be a better option. It’s very convenient to roam around the area as taxi is widely available. Overall it was an awesome and enjoyable stay.

Extremely neat and clean! Beds, windows, bathroom, and even amenities. I was quite surprised to see that level of rooms in those town. And the food was fabulous as well! They serve morning buffet, and the foods were just like their rooms, fresh and tasty. Of course the staffs were very helpful and supportive. If you’re foreign travelers like me and care about clean rooms, this hotel must be your choice to see around Changbaishan.

Location: The hotel is very close to the train station. The hotel has a pick-up service. You can make an appointment one day in advance. The driver is very good. It is close to nearby restaurants, the northern slope of Changbai Mountain, and the Demon World Rafting. Environment: The hotel is very clean. The guest rooms are basically equipped with daily necessities. There are also crutches for the elderly. This is the first time I have encountered such a thing. I guess they are afraid that it will be too slippery on snowy days. The 1.35 bed in the twin room is enough for an adult to sleep with a 6-year-old child. The breakfast is self-service and relatively complete. There are noodles, rice, Western and Chinese, and the taste is also good. Service: The service is excellent, especially Manager Zhao who is a kind-hearted sister who specializes in receiving tourist consultations in the hotel lobby. It is the tourist season now, and it is a little difficult to call a taxi because the place is small. Manager Zhao helped us find a taxi to go out for dinner. We didn’t get the tickets for Changbai Mountain at first, and Manager Zhao also helped us find a way and told us that it is fun and delicious there. Thank you very much. Finally, the hotel has a lot of hot springs, both indoors and outdoors, with various medicinal soups and pools with different effects. We still prefer the outdoor hot springs. It is also a special experience to soak in the hot springs outdoors at minus 17 degrees. It is worth the trip and very satisfied

The hotel is located in the centre of town, within walking distance to lots of amazing restaurants, the family room is also quite spacious so definitely a great place to stay for families with young kids. The only downside is that there isn’t any hot spring within the hotel

Very low value for money! The overall decoration is slightly outdated, the elevator buttons feel like electric shock every time you touch them, and the accompanying hot springs are a complete failure (more details below)! ! ! The so-called outdoor hot springs are built on a small terrace on the middle floor, with a total of three pools (it was so cold that I didn’t even have time to take out my phone to take pictures). Figure 2 is an unopened area, and there is no heating in this section. To go to the outdoor pool, you need to walk out to the terrace through here. The hotel does not provide bathrobes, I only wear a bath towel. It is winter and I don’t dare to imagine how I can walk such a long distance if I get soaked. Most facilities in the indoor pool are not open. The open areas are small, poorly equipped, and do not provide free water. If you want to drink it, you have to pay for it yourself, which is really a waste. There is no dry storage area in the shower room, only two bathing beds, where everyone's bath towels are piled. When the cleaning and hygiene aunt received the job, she would move everyone's things out of the way and splash water on the guests' clothes to make them wet. Finally, although the hotel's breakfast is very attentive, the customer service attitude is very good. But it's next to Puyue. If you don't need hot springs, there are many branded express hotels nearby, and you can save a lot on room rates.

This is my second stay. I brought my kids here to check in last winter. A year later, our family of three came again. The service provided by Wang Yan, who picked us up at the station, was warm and thoughtful. The handsome men and beautiful women at the front desk were nice and patient. The service staff in the restaurant and the manager of the Shaojiu Restaurant were still meticulous and thoughtful. We soaked in the outdoor hot spring that we didn't soak in last year. The service here was considerate and heartwarming. Fortunately, we caught up with the opening day of the main peak of Changbai Mountain. The scenery of Tianchi under the winter sun was beautiful and spectacular. Before the trip, the warm snack bag was full of harvest. Goodbye, Zhihe, looking forward to Zhihe again.

I highly recommend this hotel! The design is perfect💯, the service is perfect💯, the little rabbit at the door is very eye-catching, so fun. The hotel can also cook tea around the fire by the river, and there are all kinds of food available, without time limit, you can eat and take pictures, full of atmosphere, boasting out of the picture, those who like to take pictures must not miss it! ! I highly recommend the driving brother and sister. I read a lot of black car barriers on a certain book, but there is no need to worry here. The two of them provide one-stop service from head to toe, and they worry more than my mother, just afraid that I will not have a good time in Changbai Mountain. The two of them took care of the entire Changbai Mountain itinerary, and it was very fun. I will renew the appointment with Changbai Mountain in the next season next year!

The location of the hotel is easy to find and can be reached by navigation. Check-in and check-out at the front desk are quick. The lady boss is very nice. The cold dishes for breakfast are delicious. There is free water in the room. It is a 10-minute walk from the ticket office of Changbai Mountain Scenic Area. It is a very good hotel.

Facilities: Washing machine, dryer, microwave, air fryer, wok, rice cooker, smart guest control, and other facilities are all available. Hygiene: clean, tidy, and new. Environment: It was minus ten degrees outside, and it was warm as soon as I entered the hotel. Service: Pick up from the high-speed rail station, just tell the boss one day in advance, and then if you don’t know how to play in Changbai Mountain, just ask the boss or the lobby for recommendations, basically you won’t step on thunder, and the price is much cheaper than buying online. If it weren’t for the lack of time, I would like to experience it. Changbai Mountain High-speed Railway Station Pickup: Just contact the boss one day in advance. Summary! All factors are so friendly to me, a southerner! Because the Changbai Mountain Scenic Area was suddenly closed, I originally planned to stay for one day, and then decided to go to Xueling. It was a good substitute. With the boss’s recommendation, I saved hundreds of dollars before and after, and the experience was very good! This price is invincible in terms of cost performance! Don’t pull it down, if you go to Changbai Mountain again, you will only stay in this hotel. Other hotels give 5-star reviews because they are 5 stars, Ten Years Hotel gives 5-star reviews because the platform gives up to 5 stars!
