Hotel staffs were very friendly and helpful during our stay. They were professional and always smiley whenever we got back hotel. Especially yu min 于敏 wang jing王晶, they helped with our smooth check in and check out and my many enquires. Requested for late check out for 30mins and they gave me 1 hour instead, really appreciate for that!!! We were surprised with the little gift pack from the hotel. It’s the local tea leaves and volcanos rock!! It’s something so unique and interesting as a gift! It’s one of the best hotels I would say!! Room was spacious, clean and smart. The layout and lighting of the room make our stay very comfortable and convenient. Breakfast was delivered right to our room in the morning at our specific timing. This saves us effort to make our way to the dining place for breakfast when we can enjoyed it in our room. The laundry room was definitely a huge plus for us. Totally free of charge for washing and drying clothing. The stay was so great and we decided to extend one more night. Location is near the town area. Either flag for taxi or ask the receptionist for help would be a better option. It’s very convenient to roam around the area as taxi is widely available. Overall it was an awesome and enjoyable stay.

Lovely escape from the city! As soon as we got there (only 15 minutes away from the train station) we were greeted warmly and offered an upgrade to a villa. The villa was beautiful and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious every morning and the hotel staff even drove us wherever we needed to go each day. We were lucky and had a very clear view of the lake up on Changbai mountain. I’m glad we chose to stay at this hotel. My children loved the open space, the cats, and the hot tub. Thanks again for your kindness and attention to detail. We hope to be back in the fall.

This hotel is really good! The location is very easy to find, right in the city center, with everything around, and it is convenient for eating and shopping. The room is quite large, clean, and the bedding is quite comfortable, and I slept well. The hotel staff are very enthusiastic, smiling, and helping with luggage, which feels very friendly. The breakfast is also very rich, with both Chinese and Western food, and there are many choices. There is also a gym, so you can exercise in the morning. Overall, this hotel is very cost-effective and comfortable to stay in. I will choose here next time and recommend it to my friends!

This guesthouse is an absolute delight! The host is so welcoming and generous and went above and beyond to ensure we had a smooth and fantastic stay. We are Chinese speaking foreigners, but the host had downloaded translation apps just in case. The breakfast was lovely and he made every effort to make us at home, including by picking us up from the airport and helping us arrange our itinerary. The guesthouse is in a convenient location to the North Entrance of Changbaishan (a seven minute walk) but away from the touristy hustle and bustle. It is nestled by a serene stream and surrounded by a forest, which is perfect respite from big city China. The rooms are beautiful, clean, serene, and comfortable. 我们在长白山过的三天，过的很开心。 老板给我们也别热情的欢迎，也帮我们安排好我们的行程。 这个民宿很漂亮，很干净，特别方便。 在长白山北坡的附近。

Service: Pick up from the high-speed rail station, just tell the boss one day in advance, and then if you don’t know how to play in Changbai Mountain, just ask the boss or the lobby for recommendations, basically you won’t step on thunder, and the price is much cheaper than buying online. If it weren’t for the lack of time, I would like to experience it. Changbai Mountain High-speed Railway Station Pickup: Just contact the boss one day in advance. Summary! All factors are so friendly to me, a southerner! Because the Changbai Mountain Scenic Area was suddenly closed, I originally planned to stay for one day, and then decided to go to Xueling. It was a good substitute. With the boss’s recommendation, I saved hundreds of dollars before and after, and the experience was very good! This price is invincible in terms of cost performance! Don’t pull it down, if you go to Changbai Mountain again, you will only stay in this hotel. Other hotels give 5-star reviews because they are 5 stars, Ten Years Hotel gives 5-star reviews because the platform gives up to 5 stars!

The check-in experience was very good! The hotel called to make an appointment for the high-speed rail station pick-up one day in advance. The driver Wang Yan was very enthusiastic to help with the luggage. On the way to the hotel, he took us through the Genting Market and the Merganser Park. He introduced these two attractions to us in advance, so that we didn't even have to make a guide! In the next few days, we said we wanted to go to the Edelweiss Park, and he sent us there for free; we said we wanted to go ice fishing, and he also picked us up for free. He enthusiastically helped us make an appointment for the car to go to Xueling! When we arrived at the hotel, both the concierge who opened the door and the front desk who checked in were polite! The room is very large, the bathroom and toilet are separated, and there is a bathtub that children like! There are also super large floor-to-ceiling windows, and the snowman army outside the window is unobstructed! The hotel has a large back garden with a lot of snow and piles very high, so children can play in the snow without leaving the house. In the morning, there are twos and threes of alpacas jumping in the snow, and you can go to the front desk to get carrots for free to feed them! Erdaobai River passes through the hotel. Through the corridor to the opposite side of the river is the hotel's hot spring area, which has several hot springs of different sizes, and there is also a popular iron pot stew, which is really unique in style! The hotel's breakfast is Cantonese style, with siu mai, xiaolongbao, steamed spare ribs, steamed chicken feet, fried rice noodles, etc. There are not many varieties, but it is very friendly to us Cantonese people! Lunch and dinner can be solved in the hotel's Shaojiu tube, the product is very good, special roast chicken, special braised butterfly fish, Northeast pig-killing dishes, Rensen pigeon soup, fresh lamb skewers and many other choices. We stayed for four nights and had dinner here every night. The dishes we ordered were different every night, and the taste was great! Chef Qin is very nice. He gave us some extra free dishes every night, from Changbai Mountain wild vegetables to peanuts for drinking, and he gave them away at hand! I have stayed in many five-star hotels, and so far Erdaobaihe is the one I am most satisfied with in Zhihe!

The location of the hotel is easy to find and can be reached by navigation. Check-in and check-out at the front desk are quick. The lady boss is very nice. The cold dishes for breakfast are delicious. There is free water in the room. It is a 10-minute walk from the ticket office of Changbai Mountain Scenic Area. It is a very good hotel.

The hotel is located in the centre of town, within walking distance to lots of amazing restaurants, the family room is also quite spacious so definitely a great place to stay for families with young kids. The only downside is that there isn’t any hot spring within the hotel

Yu Lingshan provided very good service and helped to book tours and cars, which was very convenient. The hotel also provided breakfast. Although the main meal was at our own expense, we ate there twice and both were very delicious.

I read the good reviews in the reviews and believed them to be true. In fact, a B&B is just a B&B. The price is more expensive than a hotel, and the service is not even half of that of a hotel! On the day we checked in, we went in in the heavy rain. There was a boy at the front desk sitting and eating like no one else, as if we didn't exist. We asked him to check in, and he got up reluctantly. There was no WiFi in the room, and it couldn't be connected even if it was available. , watching the projector is a mess. In fact, the projector used in B&Bs is the worst. I don’t want to spend money to buy a TV and spend a little money to buy a few channels. The projection is not clear during the day, and the effect of the projection at night is not as good as the TV! I got the job at this price. When I went out during the day, I asked the waiter to put two more bottles of water. He also said that each room only has two bottles of water per day. I fainted! I booked for 4 days and stayed for one day before canceling. I moved to a hotel next door which was very cheap and the service was good! It is useless for the boss to come out and make amends afterwards. It is more useful if you do things well and improve the quality of your service staff than to make amends afterwards!
