Environment: Integrating the culture of southern Fujian, the hotel with Hainan intangible cultural heritage buildings has some unique flavors in design. In the three-story ancient building, we can see the inheritance of intangible cultural heritage and the wooden flower windows that dialogue with the past. 新開的酒店民宿，還在持續打造中，已經初具規模，拍照很出片，真正的海景別墅，樓下有個小泳池，出門就是沙灘，六樓頂有個大露台，視野非常好，淡季來沙灘沒什麼人，喜歡拍照的趕緊來。晚上坐在沙灘上，吹着海風，喝着啤酒，放下所有的煩憂，無比愜意。這幾天陰天，沒有拍到夕陽，有點小遺憾。民宿離市區有一定距離，打車還是很方便，海口打車也不貴。

The space is large, the hotel has a good environment inside and outside, and there is an elevator. The bed is wide, big and soft. It is not too far from the school. It was an excellent stay. I've not expected much from the hotel with such a low price, yet it was wonderfull. Forst, service is great, pretty receptionist, everyday cleaning. Second, It was squeaky clean, like, very much clean. Thirdly, the design and amenities are much of generic 4* hotel in EU. Also, for a first-time visiters, location is great. Definetely recommend.

Pros: Location is about 5mins walk from Haikou Railway station, spacious room, AI voice assistant. Cons: Room is damp, reception did mentioned during checkin and stated that it is due to room being at level 1 (for room type: discount double room). Secondly, there was slight leaking issue out of the shower room. Lastly, quite a number of mosquitoes, liquid electric repeller was provided. Also, the mirror light in my room was not working, since I was only staying one night and it doesn’t matter to me, I informed the staff and did not request for a change of room.

The hotel stay experience this time was perfect. The environment is quiet and elegant, and the pressure dissipates as soon as you step in. The room facilities are high-end and advanced, the electric curtains are open and closed smoothly, and the lighting is soft and not dazzling. The minibar has a rich drink, satisfying the small mouth at any time. The heated towel rack in the bathroom is too warm to use in winter. The outdoor courtyard of the hotel is quiet and beautiful, with flowing water and exquisite rockery. The meeting room is fully equipped and the business function is excellent. All aspects are awesome, I will choose here next time.

My brother couldn’t get a travel visa in time for mainland China so we decided to come to Hainan to take advantage of its 30-day free visa that includes 59 countries. We chose Haikou because we were looking for both a city and beach experience. Initially we only booked for two nights for three bedrooms, including this sea view room for my elderly parents. We did not know there would be construction at the front lobby. The decor is nice and modern. My mother loves it. The rooms are nice and wide. However the typhoon rain seeped into my brothers room a bit. The water pipe in the shower area is a bit shallow so it’s not that convenient to have long showers, though I suspect it’s not just a problem at this hotel. It might be for the whole fishing village. 卫生：nice and clean. 环境：this is one of the last remaining fishing village that is just opening up to tourists. So there aren’t many restaurants nearby but the hotel recommendations for local restaurants and coffee shops are all very quaint and have a nice human touch. Overall an unexpected and wonderful experience for my family despite the typhoon rain. Thanks to the hotel staff for their warm welcoming, we will be back again!
