Let's start with the positives. The rooms at the hotel were undeniably great. They were spacious, well-designed, and offered a comfortable ambiance. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail in the room decor, making it a pleasant space to relax after a long day of exploring the area. The hotel's breakfast selection was another highlight of my stay. There was a good variety of options, and the quality of the food was quite impressive. Starting my day with a satisfying breakfast definitely set a positive tone for my daily adventures. Though the overall service at the hotel was just okay, there was one staff member who stood out and made a significant difference in my stay - Kitty. Kitty's exceptional assistance and attentiveness were truly commendable. She went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed and provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and dining options. However, there were some glaring issues that affected my experience. First and foremost, the Wi-Fi connection was terrible. As a traveler, having reliable internet access is essential for staying connected and planning daily activities. Unfortunately, the unreliable Wi-Fi at the hotel made this difficult, and it was quite frustrating. Additionally, the swimming pool was a letdown. Despite appearing beautiful in the pictures, it was actually dirty during my stay. I was looking forward to relaxing by the poolside, but the unclean water made it an unappealing option. Furthermore, the location of the hotel was a significant drawback. It was far from most of the popular attractions and amenities, making it inconvenient and time-consuming to travel to places of interest. I found myself spending more time commuting than enjoying the destination itself. On the culinary front, while there was a restaurant called ”China First,” the food was indeed excellent. However, I can't overlook the fact that it was expensive, and overall, the hotel felt overpriced for the amenities and services provided.

The hotel upgraded us to the presidential suite for free, which was very nice. We also gave us coffee rolls and a rich breakfast. It is very close to the train station and surrounded by business districts, which is very convenient. The swimming pool on the 5th floor is quite rare when it is hot. I was very satisfied with my stay.

Hotel location is Evergrande Bund community Whether it is the location or the living environment, it is really good. Let me talk about the location first. It is very close to the old street of Qilou, the clock tower, the Yundong Library, and the Century Bridge. There is a car in the community and it is convenient to travel. The community has complete facilities, there are several convenience stores and snack bars downstairs, and when I left today, I saw that the community had arrived at a new children's toy facility. My son liked the room very much as soon as he entered it. He basically sat on the bay window and played. The home supplies prepared were very complete. It can be said that comfort is the biggest feeling these days.

This is really a treasure hotel. The whole family gave it a five-star rating. It is definitely worth recommending! We will choose to stay here next time we come to Haikou. There are separate living rooms and rooms to meet the needs of family members for activities and rest in different areas. Catering: The hotel's breakfast is very rich, high-quality and delicious, the supplementary dishes are very timely and sufficient, the environment layout and decoration are also very elegant, and the whole family is very happy to eat. Environment: It is very convenient to travel, shop and eat around the hotel. The hotel has its own parking lot. You can park for free by providing your license plate number when you check in. There is a very popular Lao Ba Cha in Haikou near the hotel - Ju Fu An, which is very good and worth recommending!

The location was also very convenient, with the bus stop just a few minutes' walk away and many food stores nearby. I especially want to praise the front desk staff, whose service was really considerate! When we checked in, she took the initiative to help us upgrade to a high-floor viewing room, and also hand-painted a map of nearby authentic snacks; on the day of check-out, there was a sudden rainstorm, and she not only lent us an umbrella, but also helped us book a special car to the airport. She provided smiling service throughout the whole journey, patiently answering every question, just as thoughtful as a friend. This home-away-from-home experience made the whole journey full of warmth, and I will definitely choose here again next time I come to Haikou!

The bedding was relatively clean and did not smell damp. The room had aromatherapy and extended the check-out time to two o'clock, which really helped us. The hotel is still very good, the service is good, the beach is right outside, the sea breeze can be felt when the window is open, and there is no noise as others have said when the window is closed. Without mentioning the advantages, let's talk about the areas that need improvement: 1. It is indeed a bit late to arrive at the hotel at 9 pm, but it is also true that the bananas given as gifts are black, so it is better to change to other fruits; 2. The hotel linens are not washed cleanly, and there are yellow ”small maps”. Fortunately, I brought the sheets with me this time, otherwise I would definitely check out.

We stayed three nights at Hilton Haikou and got the residence apartment. The view was gorgeous at lvl 29, the bed was comfy and room was spacious. It was very easy to take a didi car to qi Lou old street and haikou century bridge. There could be a bit of a jam during peak hour so do be mindful. At the back of the hotel, it's linked to a mall with a supermarket and coconut steamboat so it's pretty convenient. Buffet breakfast was yum, the waffles were the best compared to other hotels at Sanya and ocean flower island, the hainan rice noodle was delicious and the freshly fried youtiao. We wish there could be more variety but overall we enjoyed our stay

Great ocean view room, super clean. Make sure to go to 5th floor outside at the swimming pool, great view for pictures both day and night time. The breakfast on main floor come with variety of selection, congee is good, coffee, plenty of food to give you a good start of the day.
