The bed is neither too soft nor too hard, and the soundproofing is effective, ensuring a good night's sleep. The front desk staff are friendly, and the check-in process is quick. Amenities include self-service laundry and a gym, both very practical for business trips or vacations. The breakfast selection is also diverse. This is a highly recommended hotel with great value for money near the airport."

Cleanliness: Clean Environment: Good Service: Decent Facilities: Complete I guess everything else was fine. The check-in area isn't in the same building as the room; you have to go down to the basement parking garage. It's a guesthouse made out of a residential building."

"Good large room that is similar style to a Studio Apartment. Has a good open feel to it. Has a kitchen area however has no cooking utensils or items other then some cups and a kettle which suited my needs. There are many snack foods, restaurants and shopping places across the road at the Yuanda Shopping Center. There is a washing machine and laundry liquid is provided. Very handy indeed. And the smart toilet is an interesting experience. You will see. Access is from behind the front of the building facing main Road. Walk to the back area then enter the lobby and take lift up to the 10th Floor and find Bella smart hotel office down the corridor. The staff in that apartment made into an office, will check your booking credentials and ID and give you your room card. Easy. And the gentleman was very friendly even when we where using the translation APP as my Chinese isn't so good. NOTE: Only certain lifts go to the higher floors and sometimes may have a little wait for it to arrive. Cleaning staff are also friendly and always offered more water even if I didn't need them to clean the room. Close to convention and Exhibition Center as well. Walking distance about 15 mins away."

She even reminded us that Wanlu Garden was a short walk away and that Qilou Old Street was a quick taxi ride. The hotel has a strong French ambiance, and the entire property is very photogenic. All our requests were promptly addressed, making our stay incredibly comfortable."

"The room was very clean, with sufficient amenities, and the bedding wasn't damp, which is excellent for a seaside hotel in Wenchang. The hotel service was good; they contacted me in advance, and the navigation was very accurate. The room had a sea view from the side, and I could even hear the waves at night, which was nice. The only downside was that the swimming pool wasn't filled with water, perhaps because it was a bit cold in the complex, and while there were charging stations, they were few and far between; they were all full when I arrived. Overall, the hotel has put a lot of effort into its operations, and I'm very satisfied!"
