"Five-star review! Our family of four (two adults, two children) stayed at this Atour hotel overnight in Haikou while catching a flight. We arrived close to 11 or 12 at night, and check-in was smooth the entire way through. The room was exceptionally clean, even the corners were spotless. The soundproofing exceeded our expectations; the environment was quiet and peaceful. After a long day of travel, we finally got a good, solid night's sleep. We booked a twin room, and the two 1.2-meter beds could be combined to form an extra-large 2.4-meter bed, which was plenty spacious for two kids. The room also had a small sofa that could be used for an extra person to sleep on, making it perfect for family travel. We were especially impressed by the high-quality toiletries; the exclusive shampoo and conditioner had a mild, sophisticated scent. Every detail was meticulously taken care of. Overall, our stay was incredibly satisfying. This is our top choice for an overnight layover, and we'll definitely choose this place again next time we're in Haikou!"

"A friend recommended The Langham Haikou to me. When I checked out, I left a bracelet on the bedside table in the room and only remembered it when I got home. What's concerning is that no one from the hotel called me about it. Did a staff member quietly take it? I definitely won't be staying here again. And speaking of the service, the front desk staff seemed half-asleep and unfriendly, only answering with short replies when prompted. This hotel is really outdated; they still use old-fashioned toilets and hairdryers. The only good thing about it is the location."

When exiting the elevator on my floor, it felt a bit stuffy and the air didn't seem to circulate well. 😕 Hygiene: This is the first time I've stayed in a hotel room where the trash can didn't have a liner. It was quite inconvenient. 😖 Location: The hotel has a great location on the Bund, right next to Century Bridge and the Cloud Cave Library. Taxis are very convenient. Overall, the stay was decent. 🤗"

"Every time I return to Haikou, I choose to stay at Sofitel. The room they assigned me was very large and spacious, and the bedding was super comfortable. The staff service at the executive lounge is always on point, and the breakfast is much more diverse than before. The freshly wrapped wontons were delicious, haha. Overall, the entire experience was fantastic."
