You can walk to the Bell Tower and the popular snack street, making getting around and finding food super convenient. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Haikou!"

We arrived at the airport in the middle of the night and contacted the hotel for a shuttle bus pick-up, which took about 20 minutes to get to the hotel. There are plenty of restaurants and eateries of all sizes around the hotel. Even in the late night/early morning, there are street food stalls."

"We visited the homestay and it felt really homely. However, there are some shortcomings which i personally don’t feel very pleasant about. We reached there earlier than the supposedly check-in time as the flight was a redeye flight, we were told to wait. During waiting, we were told to fill up the visitor form but some of our phones can’t do the submission due to unreceived OTP. Also, this is a residential apartment so Taobao items are not kept at front desk. It’s delivered to nearby pickup point which can be across the street or at the edge of the area. Before entering the residential building, security guard will request for your details, once again. And every time you enter you have to get access from security. This is something that is very tedious, especially when the security swapped shift. The house, although homely, was very humid and stale. There was supposedly an aircon in the living room but was removed. Visiting in summer was a torment. Unit is electrical saving in the sense that you have to activate the button behind the main door everytime you open and close the door. If you dont, it will deactivate the electrical supply. With that said, you have to return to a extremely hot and humid unit every single day. Kitchen was dirty, unkept. Toilets have foul smell of drainage, sewer flies were observed as well. Common toilet right beside the main door appeared to be translucent, which got the user getting paranoid over the silhouette when showering, especially in the night. Housekeeping wasnt done for our 3 nights stay. We came back to untidy room and was told that cleaner had knocked off despite uncompleted jobs. When asked for essentials like toilet rolls and mineral water, it was the cleaner aunty who delivered, while taking her time and nagging at our request for delivery. We paid for extension because our return flight was late, but cleaner aunty came in even before our agreed time. Just so that she can knock off on time after cleaning the unit."

"The room was quite spacious, enough for a family of four. You can see the ocean right from the balcony, with no hidden catches, and the price was reasonable. The breakfast was also delicious; we stayed three days and went every morning. The back exit leads straight to the ocean, perfect for relaxing, though there isn't a sandy beach."

"This hotel offers free airport shuttle service, with a travel time of just over ten minutes to the airport, which is super convenient for travelers catching flights. The rooms are simply and newly decorated, with a wet/dry separation bathroom, excellent natural light, and impeccable cleanliness with no odors. The bed is neither too soft nor too hard, and the soundproofing is effective, ensuring a good night's sleep. The front desk staff are friendly, and the check-in process is quick. Amenities include self-service laundry and a gym, both very practical for business trips or vacations. The breakfast selection is also diverse. This is a highly recommended hotel with great value for money near the airport."

The hotel is close to Xinhua Port, which is convenient and the roads aren't congested. You can walk straight to the seaside, making it easy to enjoy the ocean view."

"The concierge proactively helped open the car door and arranged parking. He thoughtfully informed us of the nearest route to the charging station and advised us on areas nearby where driving might be inconvenient. The hotel boasts excellent recreational facilities; the infinity pool on the 6th floor is beautiful. Our room was clean and comfortable, making for a great overall experience."

"The room arrangement was very satisfying; we got an upgrade and could see the sea, which was a beautiful view. The location and transportation were also very convenient. However, the food at the Chinese restaurant... it's hard to describe. And they claim it's a Michelin sister restaurant? Far from it! The taste was very ordinary, and some dishes seemed like they were pre-made. The only thing that made us feel warm was Lucy's hospitality. She even helped us with a late check-out and proactively asked about our experience. We really have to thank her; she's a wonderful young lady. These five stars are all for her."

"The sunset and sea view room offered a fantastic view. I loved the tasteful decor in the room, especially having two sinks at the vanity. It's not far from the South Gate of Hainan University, and you can easily walk to Huacai Commercial Center, which has plenty of dining options."

"1. Service: The staff were rude. I couldn't find it at first, and when I called, they couldn't hear me and yelled at me. 2. Cleanliness: The area around the apartment was very dirty. Parking required payment, and the basement smelled terrible. 3. Facilities: It's a self-catering apartment with few public facilities; the conditions are very poor. 4. Highlights: The only highlight is the decent view from the window, but it's not very useful."
