This is an excellent hotel. I've stayed in many hotels while on business trips to Haikou, and this Mercure hotel is definitely the most comfortable overall, plus the location is great. The front desk service was fantastic; on the first day, the staff member who checked me in was patient and polite, actively introducing the hotel's facilities and breakfast times. Whenever I left, they'd smile and politely greet me, which made me feel very welcome. The hotel facilities are quite new and modern. The TV in the room is huge, the bathroom has a wet/dry separation, and the toilet, in particular, is very smart. The hotel also offers a free gym and laundry room, which is very convenient for business travelers like me. Breakfast was quite rich, and the restaurant looked pretty romantic. I was very comfortable during my few days here for work. On the last day, I went out to explore, and it felt like everything was quite close by. The parking spaces also seemed ample, so no worries about not finding a spot. Overall, I'm quite satisfied and highly recommend this hotel.
