New Hotels in Sapa

"We spent the first two days of our trip staying in town at Sa Pa, and for the next two nights we moved slightly out of town to Hotel DeLaMont. The hotel is located about a 10-minute drive from the town center, perched high on a hill overlooking the valley. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was precisely for that spectacular valley view, which is said to be among the best in Sa Pa. Unfortunately, during our stay, the weather fully lived up to Sa Pa’s nickname as the “City in the Fog.” Thick fog rolled in every day, and visibility was sometimes close to zero—especially on the darker roads without streetlights while our Grab drivers navigated the winding hills. Thankfully, on the morning of our final day, the clouds finally lifted a little and we were blessed with a partial glimpse of the breathtaking valley view we had been hoping for. Our room was spacious and very clean. The bed was essentially two super single beds pushed together, which meant you could feel the gap in the middle while sleeping. It’s not the most comfortable setup, but still manageable for a short stay. The minibar follows the usual hotel practice—aside from complimentary water, tea, and coffee, the rest of the items are chargeable. One thing we appreciated was the smart TV. We spent some relaxing time listening to music and watching travel videos on YouTube after long days exploring Sa Pa. The bathroom was clean and equipped with a modern electric shower system, which was quite impressive. They even installed a heated lamp to keep you warm while showering—something you’ll definitely appreciate in the chilly Sa Pa climate. However, the wash basin design could be improved. Water tends to collect around the sides, leaving the surface constantly wet, and occasionally attracting small bugs. The hotel doesn’t include breakfast by default, but you can pay extra if you’d like the convenience of eating on-site. It’s not the cheapest option, but it’s certainly convenient. The hotel also offers facilities like a gym and a swimming pool. The pool is supposed to be heated, but during our visit the weather was extremely foggy and humid, so the heating was turned off and swimming wasn’t really appealing anyway. Their rooftop area is quite beautiful and would probably be an amazing place to enjoy the valley view on a clear day. Overall, despite the foggy weather limiting the scenery, Hotel DeLaMont is still a comfortable and decent hotel with spacious rooms and good facilities. On a clear day, the view alone would likely make the stay even more memorable."

"The hotel is located very near to morning and night market. It is very convenient for food and getting around. The frontdesk personnels are all friendly and helpful. Very sincere. They helped us to book motorbikes and bus trip. It is a short walk from the bus station."

"We liked this hotel very much. I would like to celebrate the delicious breakfast that made our stay even more pleasant. And the restaurant at the hotel is also just wonderful! All staff were very friendly and attentive. All our requests were responded quickly and willing to help, which created a sense of concern and high level of service. Overall, the hotel was a great impression. It is clean, new and equipped with everything necessary for comfortable accommodation. The atmosphere in the hotel was very pleasant, thanks to which we felt comfortable and calm. The only thing - ask the room away from the elevator in advance - the hearing in the room through the door is strong enough."

"Difficult to find this homestay as taxi drivers could not find location. Upon arrival, the main road had signage to the homestay, the host also met with us. Its 100m down the steep steps during the rain made it very uneasy to climb up and down with luggages on our own. This can be very inconvenient and theres no other way than the stairs. The view is absolutely beautiful, on a good day you can see the terrace, otherwise its thick clouds of fog. Unfortunately, booking had issues and extra payment was required.. the room and bed was comfortable with ac heat and cold. Hot shower was amazing, toiletries were provided. In the evening, the shower had lost pressure only droplets of water was flowing, no hair-dryer in the room. The toilet became difficult to flush and flooded.. by morning it hadnt descended..."

"D home 10 Sapa was perfect for our stay in Sapa. We communicated easily prior to checking in to provide some guidance on how to locate the property (don't go to d home sapa 10 on Google maps, Matsu cafe is the correct location on maps for the hotel). The room and view itself (provided in pictures) was phenomenal and exceeded all expectations. We generally walked to and from the property to get to town which is a short walk up hill from the property to town. The bed was super comfy and the lodge space was large enough for the two of us. We would absolutely stay here again if in Sapa!"
