"Nice clean room. Comfy beds but the pillows are too thick. Elevator is good. Good bathroom. Decent location with a supermarket at the corner and lots of places to eat. 4 blocks away from the main hustle area but you will get quiet at night to sleep. Brother and sister owned and run. They rent motorbikes but the bikes are small and have no phone holders. Rent 125cc automatic Hondas and Yamahas with good phone holders from the family run Massage place right next door. They give outstanding massages also and woman speaks fluent English and can help you solve any problem."

AAnonymous UserMy stay at Lady Hill Sapa Resort was truly wonderful. The resort offers breathtaking mountain views and a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The rooms are clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with beautiful design details that make the stay feel special. Staff were friendly and attentive throughout our visit, always ready to help with a smile. The location is also great, offering easy access to Sapa’s main attractions while still feeling quiet and secluded. Overall, a highly recommended resort for anyone visiting Sapa.

Laundry was USD4 /kg. Very nice strong smell for the detergent.
Great selection of food and wonderful ala carte breakfast buffet. Scrambled eggs were so so good! The beef soup as well 👍

Location is great! Not too far from city, yet far enough for peace and quiet. Near the rice fields, amazing views and fresh air. Near the alpine coaster.
Massage was great too. A lil pricey but so convenient and worth it.
The overall vibe was fantastic and relaxing. Definitely coming back here again despite some of the negatives below.
Negatives:
Insects everywhere! On the bed too! No bed bugs, that's clean. But due to the location and how each house is built, tons of little flying insects. The mosquito net helps keep most of the insects off the bed so we kept it open over the bed.
Not so much privacy as the porch and tub had direct view of another room's porch.. Might have gotten exposed once or twice... we did ask for a private room but were placed right next to the pool deck.
The dining place mats were dirty and re-used. They ignored the dirty spots and just placed the utensil on the mats. I had to wipe my utensils clean and placed them over serviettes instead.
Too many steps 😅 we checked in after a 2d1n hike up Fansipan so our thighs were screaming with each step up and down within the Hotel compound.
Overall, definitely a 9.5/10 stay!

The location of the hotel is very good, just near to Sapa town and even there is a gym nearby. Highly recommend for this hotel and would definitely coming back again for my future vacation in Sa Pa.

The view from the room's window, with the miniature train passing by, was a delightful surprise, especially for railway enthusiasts or those looking to experience the local atmosphere.
The location is incredibly convenient, not far from the main street and the train station, making it easy to get around on foot or by other means. It offers just the right amount of amenities.
The breakfast selection isn't huge, but the food is quite palatable. It's perfectly fine for a simple breakfast to refuel.
The minor drawback is that if you shower late in the evening, the hot water temperature can be a bit insufficient. Given Sa Pa's cooler weather, you might shiver a little after showering. I'd suggest showering earlier or for the hotel to improve the hot water consistency.
Overall, it was still a comfortable stay. The location and window view are definitely worth it. If the hot water issue could be resolved, it would be even better.

GGuest UserOverall, it's pretty good. The rooms are quite spacious and come with a safe and a balcony, though there weren't any chairs or a coffee table. There's a small supermarket nearby, and directly opposite are a local market and a night market. Upscale restaurants in the vicinity are scarce. The smell from the local market wasn't great. Around 7 AM, a loudspeaker from the market started broadcasting something very loudly. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent.

FF**EPretty basic Hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. If you're here for the View, then yes you get a pretty good view. On a clear day, you'll see beautiful rolling hills. On the day that we checked out, it was a misty day (winter), and it's interesting to see the clouds of mist literally rolling in and obliterating all view past 100m.
The hotel itself is relatively clean although, as I've noticed as a second time now, the drinking cups are not washed. I brought soap powder and sponge with me, so I was able to clean the kettle and cups.
The quadruple room we booked was fairly spacious, with a tiny balcony for the view.
Linen smells nice. Sink was a little choked. Floor was slightly dusty, but maybe it's because there is construction going on next door. Which was a real bummer. We came in early Dec 2025, and the building meant incessant drilling and hammering just next door, all day long. We were hoping for a serene stay but the noise was a real disappointment.
Otherwise, it's fair value for money if you're on a budget and you want a view. Location wise, it's a 15min uphill walk to town along very narrow walkways shared with vehicle traffic, but it's not a bad walk. Food is easily available, and I highly recommend egg coffee :)

QQanQThough it's about a 15-minute drive from Sapa, the views are absolutely breathtaking, and the hotel is incredibly well-equipped. The breakfast here might just be the best I've tasted in Vietnam. The staff provided exceptional service, going above and beyond to accommodate all our requests. I highly recommend it.

YYeh YI would like to express my heartfelt thanks to Sapa Passion Hotel and Spa. They say they aim to provide “a home away from home,” and they truly delivered on that promise.
From the moment we arrived in Sapa early in the morning, the staff kindly allowed us to check in early. After an overnight sleeper train, being able to rest a little before exploring Sapa was such a blessing. As soon as we entered the room, we were amazed by its spaciousness and cleanliness, and the clear view of the lake from our window was simply beautiful.
The receptionist also suggested several local activities for us, and although we couldn’t join due to the weather, we truly appreciated her thoughtful recommendations.
On our departure day, we took a night bus out of Sapa, and the hotel generously let us use their bathroom to freshen up before our journey. It made our departure so much more comfortable.
We felt genuinely cared for during our entire stay, and I sincerely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sapa.

AAthaliaThe hotel is just 2 minutes walk from Sun Plaza. The owner so friendly. The hotel kind of old but it was clean and no weird smell. The lady owner made us good breakfast. There was laundry service 40.000dong per kilo (6hours). Minimarket just right beside the hotel.

DDeeeeengdongIt’s quite far from the downtown area, and the road has a lot of steep slopes, so walking from the city center to the hotel is difficult.
However, it’s close to Cat Cat Village, making it easy to visit on foot, and you can even see part of the village from the hotel. ^^
I looked at all the hotels in Sapa with a swimming pool, and this one is definitely in the top three.
I also liked that they have shower facilities available after swimming or even after check-in/check-out.
