The hotel is luxurious and elegant, with a European style. Its location is super convenient for the main cruise to Fansipan Mountain, as the cable car station is right below the hotel. Guided car excursions are also nearby, next to the church, about 200 meters from the hotel. I recommend it!

We stayed in Sapa for 3 days and Tiger Sapa Hotel was pretty convenient as it was pretty close to the places we wanted to visit. The hotel is walking distance away from Moana Sapa and Sun Plaza. The mountain view from the room was simply breathtaking ! The receptionist Linh was also very welcoming and even recommended us places to eat here in Sapa. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it to other tourists planning on visiting Sapa.

They offer excellent service and a tranquil environment, ideal for family stays, away from the city's hustle. Bicycle rentals are available through reception for your convenience. Cuisine is exceptional, and I highly recommend trying our delicious Pho, available with your choice of beef or chicken.

This is a wonderful hotel right in the heart of Sapa, located on a quiet street. The interiors are beautiful, and the room was beyond exceptional. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bed linen was spotlessly clean and smelled delightful. Absolutely incomparable! I was checked in a little earlier than the official check-in time, and they gave me great recommendations on where to go and what to see. The hotel offers a fantastic breakfast with plenty of fresh fruit. The staff are incredibly friendly. On my last day, I fell ill, and they surrounded me with such incredible care. It was so touching and, of course, very much appreciated. Wendy, in particular, helped me a lot. I am immensely grateful to her for everything she did for me. I had bad weather during my trip to Sapa, so I definitely need to come back and stay at this hotel again; I wouldn't even consider looking anywhere else. Best of luck to the owners and all the staff! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay at Pistachio Hotel Sapa. The hotel is beautiful, modern, and very clean. The room was comfortable, and the highlight of our stay was definitely the swimming pool, which offers a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains. Sapa itself is a destination that is truly worth visiting. The weather is cool and refreshing, and the scenery is absolutely stunning. We enjoyed visiting Cat Cat Village and Fansipan, both of which were beautiful and memorable experiences. The fresh mountain air, amazing landscapes, and peaceful atmosphere made our trip very enjoyable. One small issue was that there appeared to be construction work taking place nearby, possibly for new hotels or shops. During the daytime, especially around noon, the noise could be quite loud, making it difficult to take an afternoon nap. However, this was a minor inconvenience compared to the overall positive experience. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend Pistachio Hotel Sapa as well as Sapa itself to anyone planning a trip to Vietnam. The beautiful views, pleasant climate, and excellent hotel facilities made this a memorable holiday.

Bamboo Hotel in Sapa boasts an excellent location, making it convenient to reach all of Sapa's famous attractions, and the mountain views are truly spectacular. We traveled with family and friends this time, booking three rooms, and the hotel thoughtfully arranged them to be adjacent, showing exceptional overall service. The rooms are clean and bright, decorated in a distinctive mountain resort style, with soft and comfortable bedding. The soundproofing is also excellent, effectively blocking out outdoor noise. When checking out, we accidentally left behind some personal belongings, and the hotel staff promptly notified us, which was very attentive. Communication with the front desk was smooth, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of options, with the local specialties being particularly outstanding. Overall, the value for money is considerable, making it a great place to stay for a vacation in Sapa.

I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to Sapa Passion Hotel and Spa. They say they aim to provide “a home away from home,” and they truly delivered on that promise. From the moment we arrived in Sapa early in the morning, the staff kindly allowed us to check in early. After an overnight sleeper train, being able to rest a little before exploring Sapa was such a blessing. As soon as we entered the room, we were amazed by its spaciousness and cleanliness, and the clear view of the lake from our window was simply beautiful. The receptionist also suggested several local activities for us, and although we couldn’t join due to the weather, we truly appreciated her thoughtful recommendations. On our departure day, we took a night bus out of Sapa, and the hotel generously let us use their bathroom to freshen up before our journey. It made our departure so much more comfortable. We felt genuinely cared for during our entire stay, and I sincerely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sapa.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious and clean. While we were there, it seemed there was a minor issue with the drain, causing a very unpleasant smell to enter the room from the bathroom at night. However, it was taken care of as soon as we mentioned it. The breakfast was very good and offered a great selection. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Pros - Smooth liaising with the hotel through WhatsApp/instagram & trip.com itself even before our trip, very responsive & helpful in answering our queries & concerns - We arrived in Sapa early in the morning & appreciate that we're able to check in early - The room was very clean & cozy - Friendly receptionist that catered to our needs - Excellent service with morning call & offer for bellboy service to carry our luggages up to the lobby when we had to check out much earlier - Room cleanup service was quick but also unexpected, as we went for breakfast & came back to a cleaned room. It would be nice if laxsik had a door tag for us to indicate if we wanted 'room service' or not - We had to check out quite early in the morning, laxsik offered to give us a complete set of takeaway breakfast with fruits, sandwiches & bottled water Cons - We stayed in the family bungalow with 2 bedrooms & bathrooms, there was no shower gel for one of the rooms & no conditioner for the other room, it would be great if both rooms had the same amenities - Some tiles on the bathroom ceiling of house 10 were not intact completely hence it felt unsafe & cold air seeped in which turned the bathroom very chilly Overall we had a pleasant stay at laxsik despite the view being blocked by the fog for most of our stay, the accommodations made up for it. Do take note that it is a 10-15mins drive to Sapa town so expect to pay 200,000 vnd for a taxi. The receptionist will help you book a driver if you aren't able to get a Grab from accommodations to town. Getting Grab from Sapa town to the accommodations was quite easy. The fireplace in the lodge is highly recommended if you are staying during the cold season! We thoroughly enjoyed the experience and warmed our hearts and bodies.
