"The photo opportunities here were absolutely fantastic. I was also pleasantly surprised by how delicious the breakfast was. Being able to order your own ham, and especially having fresh honey dripping from the comb that you can help yourself to, made me feel like Winnie the Pooh – it was so much fun. The entire hotel felt like a castle, and it was wonderfully clean and lovely. Plus, it's directly connected to the train station, which is a great convenience for getting to the station quickly."

"Overall was ok. A bit old, but still acceptable. Especially hate the carpets, those are disgusting. If the hotel can't take care of the carpet, might as well just get rid of them! Welcomed with cakes and amenities, felt appreciated. Bathroom a bit small and not cleaned properly will molds around the sink, feel horrible. As usual, loud music downstairs but fortunately stopped after 22:00. Nice view from 2 balconies, bedroom and living room. Breakfast was wonderful with good selections, would be perfect if the staffs refill a little bit quicker especially in the early hours as most people are rushing to check out or catch the bus. Overall satisfy with my stay."

"One of the best hotel stays we had in Sapa! We really enjoyed our stay at Bamboo Sapa Hotel. The breakfast spread was really good and there were plenty of choices to enjoy. One of my favourite things was having breakfast outside because the view was absolutely beautiful. It was such a nice way to start the morning, especially with the amazing scenery around Sapa. The view from our room was also superb. We were really lucky with the weather during our stay. It wasn’t cloudy, and we could see the sky starting to clear up, which made the view even more beautiful. Waking up to that kind of scenery was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here. Great views, good breakfast and a beautiful atmosphere. The staff were friendly too. Definitely a hotel I would be happy to stay at again when visiting Sapa!"

"A truly worthy hotel with breathtaking views from the balcony. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff were responsive. Minor remarks: 1. The air conditioning in the room was old and couldn't lower the temperature below 23.4 degrees, rattling like a revving truck. It was unpleasant at night, but saved by the fact that Sapa generally doesn't have a scorching climate, so it was manageable. 2. The bidet shower was leaking. I'd like to specifically highlight the very decent spa, even though the prices are a bit steep. The hot stone massage by local therapists was excellent; my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The hotel restaurant is also very pleasant. Again, prices are a bit high, but the portions are generous and tasty, and breakfast is very good in terms of both variety and quality. The hotel is located a bit off the main town, and although it's only a 5-minute walk to nice dining spots, there's a slight lack of regular grocery stores nearby. Otherwise, I highly recommend the hotel, especially in the context of Sapa – watching the mountains and sunset from the balcony of this hotel is simply magnificent."

"The room was very spacious and comfortable, and the hotel's pool facilities were great. The breakfast selection was also very rich. Most of the hotel staff were very enthusiastic. Overall, it offers great value for money."

"This hotel is absolutely charming and gorgeous, it genuinely looks and feels like a palace. The rooms are exceptionally large and spacious. If I had to find one minor downside, I did miss having a coffee machine in the room. Breakfast was good, though a bit overpriced. There is a shuttle service to the city center that runs once every hour. Overall, a wonderful experience and a great place to stay!"

"This is by far the best villa! My friends who came with me also raved about it, and we all want to come back again. The scenery, surroundings, and even the sweet potatoes we roasted in the fireplace made for such a thoughtful and wonderful trip. I definitely want to visit again next time."

"We really enjoyed our stay at The Myst Sapa, and what made it extra special was the wonderful hospitality from Henry and his team — Kate, Pink, Claudia and Kelvin. They were all so warm, friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and we truly felt looked after. The resort is only a few weeks new, so everything feels fresh, clean and neat. We loved how much greenery surrounds the property. We booked two rooms with mountain views on Level 3, and both rooms were spacious, very clean and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. The daily tea set and sunset drinks were such a lovely gesture and made our stay feel even more special. The resort is located up on a slope, but there are two convenient shortcuts down to the main road. It’s about a 5-minute walk to Sun Plaza, where we could easily access the monorail and cable car to Fansipan. Many restaurants, and cafe within walking distance. Getting a Grab to anywhere was also very convenient. What really stood out to us, though, was how the staff went beyond what we expected. Henry helped us contact and arrange our limousine service from Sapa to Hanoi. When I needed emergency dental treatment, he personally assisted with contacting and liaising with the dental clinic. When I sprained my foot, Pink even helped contact a clinic and arrange an X-ray to make sure there was no fracture. These little acts of care meant a lot to us, especially when travelling. And not forgetting the restaurant team — especially Mr Dur, whose humour always brought a smile to our faces! 😄 The warm service from everyone made our meals even more enjoyable. We originally planned to stay for a shorter time, but we enjoyed ourselves so much that we ended up extending our stay by one more night. That probably says it all! Thank you, Henry and the entire team at The Myst Sapa, for making our Sapa stay such a memorable and comfortable one. We will definitely remember the kindness and hospitality we received here. ❤️"

"We stayed in a bungalow with a valley view (panoramic view) and really liked the hotel. You can see mountains and rice paddies from the windows, if it's not foggy. The bungalows are beautifully made, and the staff did a great job cleaning, leaving little treats like cookies and stories every day. The spa wasn't particularly impressive. The room had everything we needed, and we especially loved the heated bed. You can really get a feel for the atmosphere of Sapa at this hotel, as it's not in the city center, so it's peaceful. In the mornings, roosters crow and birds sing. It's about a 2.5 km taxi ride from the center to the hotel, costing around 50 dong. Breakfasts were varied."
