Sapa Hotels with Pools

Really enjoyed our stay here! The hotel is beautifully designed — Bensley really created a masterpiece right in the heart of Sapa. Loved all the little details, the beautiful pool and the cosy atmosphere. The breakfast also offered a wide spread of selections. The service was also genuinely top-notch and everyone was so warm and attentive. Definitely one of our favourite stays in Sapa!

Overall, the stay was very pleasant. The view from the room's window, with the miniature train passing by, was a delightful surprise, especially for railway enthusiasts or those looking to experience the local atmosphere. The location is incredibly convenient, not far from the main street and the train station, making it easy to get around on foot or by other means. It offers just the right amount of amenities. The breakfast selection isn't huge, but the food is quite palatable. It's perfectly fine for a simple breakfast to refuel. The minor drawback is that if you shower late in the evening, the hot water temperature can be a bit insufficient. Given Sa Pa's cooler weather, you might shiver a little after showering. I'd suggest showering earlier or for the hotel to improve the hot water consistency. Overall, it was still a comfortable stay. The location and window view are definitely worth it. If the hot water issue could be resolved, it would be even better.

Everything in the room was well-equipped and convenient. The staff were friendly, helpful, and even upgraded our room. There were many guests staying, and the breakfast offered a good variety. There's a fitness room, a swimming pool, and a bar.

The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and helped me with my luggage. The breakfast, in particular, was delicious with a great variety of food. There are also many great restaurants and hair salons nearby, and you can even walk to the night market. Plus, their hot shower had a strong pump with excellent water pressure, which is something I really appreciate when staying at a hotel! 😍

Pros - Smooth liaising with the hotel through WhatsApp/instagram & trip.com itself even before our trip, very responsive & helpful in answering our queries & concerns - We arrived in Sapa early in the morning & appreciate that we're able to check in early - The room was very clean & cozy - Friendly receptionist that catered to our needs - Excellent service with morning call & offer for bellboy service to carry our luggages up to the lobby when we had to check out much earlier - Room cleanup service was quick but also unexpected, as we went for breakfast & came back to a cleaned room. It would be nice if laxsik had a door tag for us to indicate if we wanted 'room service' or not - We had to check out quite early in the morning, laxsik offered to give us a complete set of takeaway breakfast with fruits, sandwiches & bottled water Cons - We stayed in the family bungalow with 2 bedrooms & bathrooms, there was no shower gel for one of the rooms & no conditioner for the other room, it would be great if both rooms had the same amenities - Some tiles on the bathroom ceiling of house 10 were not intact completely hence it felt unsafe & cold air seeped in which turned the bathroom very chilly Overall we had a pleasant stay at laxsik despite the view being blocked by the fog for most of our stay, the accommodations made up for it. Do take note that it is a 10-15mins drive to Sapa town so expect to pay 200,000 vnd for a taxi. The receptionist will help you book a driver if you aren't able to get a Grab from accommodations to town. Getting Grab from Sapa town to the accommodations was quite easy. The fireplace in the lodge is highly recommended if you are staying during the cold season! We thoroughly enjoyed the experience and warmed our hearts and bodies.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed the experience. The staff were warm, welcoming, and very helpful from check-in to check-out. Breakfast every morning was delicious with a good variety of options, and we really enjoyed starting our day there. The view from the hotel was also beautiful and made our stay even more relaxing. We were especially grateful for the kind surprise of a complimentary one-night upgrade from our Superior Room to a Suite Room. It was a lovely gesture and made our stay feel even more special. Thank you for the excellent hospitality and memorable experience. We would definitely love to stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others.

We had a really nice and unforgettable stay here! The service was excellent and everyone made us feel at home. Dung (June) was super kind and accommodating — she made us feel like part of her family. We also really appreciated being able to check in early after arriving from Hanoi so we could rest before going out and she also accommodated our request to wait at their restaurant until 11pm (even provided snacks) when the bus picked us up towards our next journey. It only takes about 5–8 minutes by Grab taxi to reach the town, and the rice terrace views from the hotel are absolutely gorgeous. Highly recommended and will definitely go back when there’s a chance next time! 🌾✨

The room was really nice,spacious and clean. It was also very comfortable to sleep in. I however didn’t like that the shower wasn’t separate from the bathtub and I had to step in each time even though the bathroom was big enough to have them separate. There was also a construction thing going on right next to the hotel so there was really loud drilling noises in the morning. Breakfast was nice though. And I’d stay here again:)

I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to Sapa Passion Hotel and Spa. They say they aim to provide “a home away from home,” and they truly delivered on that promise. From the moment we arrived in Sapa early in the morning, the staff kindly allowed us to check in early. After an overnight sleeper train, being able to rest a little before exploring Sapa was such a blessing. As soon as we entered the room, we were amazed by its spaciousness and cleanliness, and the clear view of the lake from our window was simply beautiful. The receptionist also suggested several local activities for us, and although we couldn’t join due to the weather, we truly appreciated her thoughtful recommendations. On our departure day, we took a night bus out of Sapa, and the hotel generously let us use their bathroom to freshen up before our journey. It made our departure so much more comfortable. We felt genuinely cared for during our entire stay, and I sincerely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sapa.

This homestay is located in 15 minutes away by car to the centre of Sapa. It is very peaceful and perfect place, if you are tired of a noisy city and want silence. The views from this homestay on Moang Hoa Valley are very beautiful. You can see the mountains, green fields and changing of the view while sitting with a book on the balcony with roses. Fresh air, silence and views, what can be more perfect? My room was clean, it has towels, slippers, teeth brush, bottles of water. You can order a breakfast there, but I love to walk, so I found another cafes nearby. If you want peaceful and silent place for a vacation, it is a good one:)
