Sapa Hotels with Pools

The photo opportunities here were absolutely fantastic. I was also pleasantly surprised by how delicious the breakfast was. Being able to order your own ham, and especially having fresh honey dripping from the comb that you can help yourself to, made me feel like Winnie the Pooh – it was so much fun. The entire hotel felt like a castle, and it was wonderfully clean and lovely. Plus, it's directly connected to the train station, which is a great convenience for getting to the station quickly.

Hotel was super clean and service was top notch. The food variety was great and yummy as well!! Really enjoyed my stay here. Do take note that it sits on top of a steep slope so some climbing will be required to get to the hotel, but it is not too difficult. It is about 5 min walk to Sapa centre for food and massage etc, so super convenient!! We also got a free upgrade to a balcony room with amazing views, so thanks Aliana!

Undoubtedly one of the finest hotels we experienced in Sapa and certainly worth considering! What made our stay particularly memorable was the thoughtful gesture from the hotel staff on my birthday. They graciously surprised us with a birthday cake and a heartfelt card, transforming an already wonderful stay into an exceptionally meaningful celebration. The staff were consistently warm, courteous, and accommodating, making us feel genuinely welcomed throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet was equally impressive, offering an extensive and delectable selection that catered to a variety of preferences. There was certainly no shortage of choices! The location is another remarkable advantage. Situated within close proximity to Sun Plaza, as well as numerous shops, cafés, and restaurants, the hotel is highly recommended for travellers who appreciate the convenience and vibrancy of Sapa’s town centre while remaining surrounded by its spectacular mountainous scenery. And for those specifically searching for a hotel with a picturesque view of the iconic Sapa mountain train, this is definitely one to consider. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and helped me with my luggage. The breakfast, in particular, was delicious with a great variety of food. There are also many great restaurants and hair salons nearby, and you can even walk to the night market. Plus, their hot shower had a strong pump with excellent water pressure, which is something I really appreciate when staying at a hotel! 😍

I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to Sapa Passion Hotel and Spa. They say they aim to provide “a home away from home,” and they truly delivered on that promise. From the moment we arrived in Sapa early in the morning, the staff kindly allowed us to check in early. After an overnight sleeper train, being able to rest a little before exploring Sapa was such a blessing. As soon as we entered the room, we were amazed by its spaciousness and cleanliness, and the clear view of the lake from our window was simply beautiful. The receptionist also suggested several local activities for us, and although we couldn’t join due to the weather, we truly appreciated her thoughtful recommendations. On our departure day, we took a night bus out of Sapa, and the hotel generously let us use their bathroom to freshen up before our journey. It made our departure so much more comfortable. We felt genuinely cared for during our entire stay, and I sincerely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sapa.

## Location We rented a scooter from downtown, so the location didn't feel inconveniently far. However, if you don't have a scooter, you'd constantly need to call Grab (ride-hailing), which could be quite a hassle. ## Amenities The swimming pool looked beautiful, but it was too cold to use. I didn't get to use other facilities, and my phone's international roaming didn't pick up a signal. The Wi-Fi connection was also spotty, constantly connecting and disconnecting. This might be an issue for heavy internet users, but as I didn't plan on spending much time online, it wasn't a major inconvenience for me personally. ## Service All the staff members were friendly. However, while they were polite, their friendliness wasn't particularly outstanding; it was more or less the standard level of service you'd expect at any hotel. ## Cleanliness It was exceptionally clean; absolutely spotless, with nothing to complain about. I would definitely consider staying here again if I return to Sapa. While everything else was fairly standard, the view you wake up to in the morning is absolutely breathtaking. It's so incredibly beautiful it's hard to put into words. The view is truly unforgettable, and it alone makes me want to come back again.

We had a really nice and unforgettable stay here! The service was excellent and everyone made us feel at home. Dung (June) was super kind and accommodating — she made us feel like part of her family. We also really appreciated being able to check in early after arriving from Hanoi so we could rest before going out and she also accommodated our request to wait at their restaurant until 11pm (even provided snacks) when the bus picked us up towards our next journey. It only takes about 5–8 minutes by Grab taxi to reach the town, and the rice terrace views from the hotel are absolutely gorgeous. Highly recommended and will definitely go back when there’s a chance next time! 🌾✨

The hotel is good, a bit off the beaten path from the main tourist shops, but there are restaurants and cafes nearby with slightly lower prices and better food. Our room (a triple, no view) had just a tiny glimpse of the mountains. The pool is clean and offers a fantastic view! Also, there's a neighboring hotel called Charm; you can go up to the 12th floor there for a great mountain view. Breakfast was tasty, though the coffee and tea weren't great.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed the experience. The staff were warm, welcoming, and very helpful from check-in to check-out. Breakfast every morning was delicious with a good variety of options, and we really enjoyed starting our day there. The view from the hotel was also beautiful and made our stay even more relaxing. We were especially grateful for the kind surprise of a complimentary one-night upgrade from our Superior Room to a Suite Room. It was a lovely gesture and made our stay feel even more special. Thank you for the excellent hospitality and memorable experience. We would definitely love to stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others.

This homestay is located in 15 minutes away by car to the centre of Sapa. It is very peaceful and perfect place, if you are tired of a noisy city and want silence. The views from this homestay on Moang Hoa Valley are very beautiful. You can see the mountains, green fields and changing of the view while sitting with a book on the balcony with roses. Fresh air, silence and views, what can be more perfect? My room was clean, it has towels, slippers, teeth brush, bottles of water. You can order a breakfast there, but I love to walk, so I found another cafes nearby. If you want peaceful and silent place for a vacation, it is a good one:)
