The best hotel in Sapa! Beautiful views and very friendly staff who carry and move all your luggage for you. Definitely add breakfast to your booking—there's a wide variety and the quality is great. And the room? Needless to say... it was tidied up every time we came back out, and the room condition was top-notch. They continuously provided fresh towels and bottled water. The location is also unbeatable. It's so great for getting around and exploring Sapa with ease. Make sure to buy your Fansipan tickets at the front desk too—the Wow Pass is awesome! I'd love to stay here again.

The staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was delicious. Although it's a bit far from the city center, the bedding was great, and I appreciated being able to shower and get ready before check-in to proceed with my schedule.

We spent two nights here. The main reason for choosing this location was to be away from the hustle and bustle of Sa Pa centre and get some rest at night. The location was exactly what I expected, but unfortunately, the room was not. On the floor we stayed on (the 4th floor; I’m not sure about the layout of the other floors), the rooms surrounded the elevator, and we could easily hear it every time it stopped on our floor and left again throughout the night. So, if you’re a light sleeper, this could be a problem. We could also hear noise from the drainage pipes at night, possibly from the floor above or due to a blockage causing slow drainage. Other than that, the hotel is new, clean, and has nice staff.

The hotel is quite remote from everything. We rented a motorbike, so the distance wasn't an issue. There's construction happening nearby. The hotel is new, everything is very clean and beautiful. The staff are excellent. We didn't swim in the pool, but I saw several people using it. Housekeeping is done daily. If you have a mountain view room, the view is fantastic. The air is clean and pleasant to breathe. It's quiet all around. A beautiful hotel.

The Presidential Suite at Azalea Sapa was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. Great value for money, with a beautiful view and a very comfortable room. We really enjoyed our stay here. The breakfast was also surprisingly good, with a nice variety of choices. A special mention to the lovely lady chef — she made the sunny-side-up eggs so perfectly! And the pork noodles were so yummy that we looked forward to having them every morning. 😋 Overall, a very comfortable stay with great views, good food and warm service. Would definitely consider staying here again when we return to Sapa!

I really liked this hotel. Its location is great. My room had a mountain view. The furniture in the room was good, with comfortable large beds and a big, warm duvet, which was perfect for January. We used the air conditioning for heating when it got cold. Breakfast was à la carte; you could choose two dishes and a drink. It was a very filling breakfast. My choice was fried rice with meat and fresh cucumber, and for the second dish, two fried eggs, two toasts, cheese, butter with jam, and coffee as a drink. It was delicious! I recommend choosing this hotel.

This is by far the best villa! My friends who came with me also raved about it, and we all want to come back again. The scenery, surroundings, and even the sweet potatoes we roasted in the fireplace made for such a thoughtful and wonderful trip. I definitely want to visit again next time.

I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to Sapa Passion Hotel and Spa. They say they aim to provide “a home away from home,” and they truly delivered on that promise. From the moment we arrived in Sapa early in the morning, the staff kindly allowed us to check in early. After an overnight sleeper train, being able to rest a little before exploring Sapa was such a blessing. As soon as we entered the room, we were amazed by its spaciousness and cleanliness, and the clear view of the lake from our window was simply beautiful. The receptionist also suggested several local activities for us, and although we couldn’t join due to the weather, we truly appreciated her thoughtful recommendations. On our departure day, we took a night bus out of Sapa, and the hotel generously let us use their bathroom to freshen up before our journey. It made our departure so much more comfortable. We felt genuinely cared for during our entire stay, and I sincerely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sapa.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed the experience. The staff were warm, welcoming, and very helpful from check-in to check-out. Breakfast every morning was delicious with a good variety of options, and we really enjoyed starting our day there. The view from the hotel was also beautiful and made our stay even more relaxing. We were especially grateful for the kind surprise of a complimentary one-night upgrade from our Superior Room to a Suite Room. It was a lovely gesture and made our stay feel even more special. Staying at Valley View Homestay was an incredible experience. The surrounding nature is absolutely beautiful, with lush green trees everywhere you look and a stunning view right from the property. It was the perfect, peaceful place to relax and enjoy the fresh air and scenic beauty of Vietnam. The homestay was clean, comfortable, and had a wonderful, cozy atmosphere. The hospitality was excellent, and the overall vibe made it a truly memorable stay. I highly recommend this place to any nature lovers looking for a relaxing and scenic getaway!
