"The hotel has a back entrance that's much more convenient than the main entrance shown on Google Maps, especially when it's snowing, as it cuts down on outdoor walking. You just walk straight from Lithium Road 7-chome and cross a small street. We stayed in the new annex building this time, and the room was new and surprisingly spacious! It was also very clean. The hot springs are on the 9th floor of the main building and are very relaxing. All the front desk staff were very friendly. The hotel's location is great, with Aeon and 7-Eleven right downstairs. It's also within walking distance of Odori and Susukino. There's even an airport shuttle stop within a 10-minute walk. The only minor downside was that the Wi-Fi in the annex sometimes wasn't very smooth, and videos would buffer a bit."

"Returned to the hotel after celebrating New Year's Eve at Lake Toya, and was once again assigned a room on the 19th floor. Around 12 PM, I planned to drop off our luggage at the hotel before heading out to shop, but the hotel staff kindly allowed us to check in directly. Many thanks to the staff! After settling our bags, my child, dressed in ski gear, went off to Hokkaido University with their dad – it was even more fun after the heavy snowfall the day before. I, meanwhile, rushed off to do some serious shopping at Daimaru, haha! Our seven-day trip was truly packed, and there just wasn't enough time for all the shopping I wanted to do. We checked out promptly at 8:30 AM the next morning to head to the airport, as our flight was at 1 PM, giving us plenty of time for some pre-flight shopping. Every time I visit Japan, I never feel like I've bought enough – I want everything! Even with a 30-inch and a 26-inch suitcase, it wasn't enough, and I ended up carrying several shopping bags by hand. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time; it's new, recently renovated, and has an excellent location."

"Although it's 700 meters from Susukino Station, dragging luggage through several intersections and streets was tough, especially with the snowy, slippery roads – it was easy to fall. The disposable slippers in the room were very thin and only replaced every three days during cleaning. There was no bottled water or tea bags in the room, though there was a water dispenser on the floor. On the first day, we got free coffee packets, but after that, you had to buy them at the downstairs cafe. Even though the room had air conditioning, the bathroom had no heating, and the room's heating didn't reach the bathroom. This made showering really cold, which was the most unbearable part. On the plus side, there was a washing machine with a drying function, and we got one laundry pod per day. A fridge, microwave, and induction hob were also provided."

"The hotel was excellent! The room was spacious, the view was great, and everything felt brand new. The staff provided exceptional service too. We dropped off our luggage early before heading out, and when we returned to check in that evening, a staff member escorted us all the way from the ground floor to the 9th-floor lobby. Our room was already assigned when we gave our name, and our luggage was already waiting for us inside. The breakfast was also absolutely fantastic – delicious and fresh, especially the sashimi rice bowl. My 6-year-old son even got a complimentary breakfast. We also dined at their French restaurant for dinner. For three people, we ordered two full courses and a children's set meal, which only came out to 1500 RMB. The best part was that each dish was paired with a different wine, offering incredible value for money. This hotel truly offers a luxurious experience; I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit!"

"I had a wonderful experience at this hotel in Sapporo. They kindly allowed me an early check-in, which made my trip so much more comfortable and stress-free. The interior design is beautiful and modern, creating a very relaxing atmosphere. I especially loved the human-less (self) check-in system — it was smooth, quick, and very convenient. The highlight of my stay was definitely the amazing jacuzzi bathtub. It was perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring the city. Overall, this was one of my best stays in Sapporo. Highly recommended!"

"1) The environment is indeed quite good, with plenty of space to fit large suitcases. 2) The room also has a simple kitchenette and a fridge, along with a big table to put things on. 3) Disposable slippers need to be requested proactively from the front desk on the second floor. 4) Staying in a youth hostel requires some adaptation to cultural differences across countries. Chinese people tend to go to bed later, while Japanese people usually go to bed around 10 PM (and wake up very early too). During my seven-day stay, there were a few minor communication hiccups due to roommates' different routines, but I think this is unavoidable."
