GGuest UserThe staff's service was very good. The onsen is very good and relaxing and felt so good on the skin. The food was good both Kaiseki dinner and buffet breakfast. The only nagging thing was the cigarette odor in the room.

AAnonymous UserThis hotel was amazing!! The stay gave us a wholesome Japanese cultural experiences. Location is at the city, which so convenient to walk around. There was a private car park nearby which we parked our car there. Receptionist were helpful. Oh, there’s a 7-11 just right next to the hotel which is perfect!!

GGuest UserRooms were standard sized for Japanese hotels but it was the care, location, and amenities that made our stay so memorable! The staff of the hotel are very attentive and helpful. Location of the hotel is very near Sapporo main train station (10 min walk) and spots like Susukino (15-20 min walk), Odori Park and shopping areas (10-15 min walk). We walked to everywhere basically because the location is so central! Getting to the hotel from the airport was convenient too because of the airport limousine (stops were less than 5 min walk away)! We also loved the in house onsen which helped us rest after a day of walking plus the lounge with free coffee and pillow selection. Would recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to enjoy a visit in Sapporo!

AAnonymous UserIt's very clean and well-equipped. For the same price point, it offers excellent value for money. The room is a bit small, but Japanese hotel rooms generally aren't very spacious. The onsen (hot spring bath) facilities are also very clean. It's close to popular attractions, highly recommended.

AAnnLsyWe booked the family room. Room is big, clean and quiet. Even our room is nearby elevator, and the hotel is by the road side, we didn’t hear any noise/sound. Comfy bed. Walking distance to susukino area. They only have 13 parking slots for guests, website written first come first serve, free for guests. However there was one night we saw one free slot but one japanese lady stand there waiting her daughter for about 30 minutes and said they paid for the parking, we can’t park. We stop there as there was no space at the nearest parking. We checked with front desk, the staff on duty (a lady, can’t speak English) communicated with them in Japanese and then told us we can’t park there. We had to get a paid parking nearby and tried to communicate with the front desk again. She said hotel manager will reply us in email about this case. The manager emailed the next morning informed they will put a cone whenever there is a free slot the next day, they will reserve a slot for us. The next day morning as there were many slots so we just park our car there. But we didn’t see any reserved parking with cone.
The hotel and room is good. Just need to improve the front desk service. We stayed 4d3n.

GGuest UserDespite having only stayed one night, this place surprised me. Not only is the front desk available 24 hours, they are also friendly and able to help. I found the individual beds itself were spacious enough and they also had so many beds available, you had no need to worry for it being overcrowded or worry about noise. Each floor was equipped with enough toilets and showers and they were all super clean and fully stocked with soap and even disposable toothbrushes and shavers for you to use. Onsen was also available and open from early to late night. They even had a gym and sauna! Washers and dryers were also available to use but at an additional cost.
Would recommend it for individual travellers staying for short periods (1-3/4 days)

GGuest UserThe location is right next to Jozankei Shrine and Hot Spring Park. The hotel has a shuttle bus to Sapporo Station, which is very convenient! The room is clean, the bathing area is large and well-equipped, the breakfast and dinner buffet has a nice variety of dishes, including Japanese and Western dishes as well as local specialties

KKODAIIt was my first visit in 18 years, since my elementary school field trip.
The facilities are a little old, but the hospitality was evident in the rooms, restaurant, pool, and spa. I was also pleased with the welcome sweets. It's a hotel I'd like to visit again, and I was very satisfied.
