GGuest UserThe staff's service was very good. The onsen is very good and relaxing and felt so good on the skin. The food was good both Kaiseki dinner and buffet breakfast. The only nagging thing was the cigarette odor in the room.

AAnonymous UserThis hotel was amazing!! The stay gave us a wholesome Japanese cultural experiences. Location is at the city, which so convenient to walk around. There was a private car park nearby which we parked our car there. Receptionist were helpful. Oh, there’s a 7-11 just right next to the hotel which is perfect!!

GGuest UserRooms were standard sized for Japanese hotels but it was the care, location, and amenities that made our stay so memorable! The staff of the hotel are very attentive and helpful. Location of the hotel is very near Sapporo main train station (10 min walk) and spots like Susukino (15-20 min walk), Odori Park and shopping areas (10-15 min walk). We walked to everywhere basically because the location is so central! Getting to the hotel from the airport was convenient too because of the airport limousine (stops were less than 5 min walk away)! We also loved the in house onsen which helped us rest after a day of walking plus the lounge with free coffee and pillow selection. Would recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to enjoy a visit in Sapporo!

Don’t forget to use the great bath and residents common room in Basement 1.
Pillow selection corner on level 1 is a nice touch the hotel offers.
The 1000 yen breakfast is a bargain with variety of choices.

11366199****This is an older, established onsen hotel. The public bath was very comfortable and not crowded, with toiletries from Pola and another brand provided. The room was spacious, and the private onsen in the room was also very relaxing. In the lounge area, you can enjoy bread, coffee, and juice, and alcoholic beverages are available in the evenings. The hotel offers a free bus service from Odori Station; we booked the 11:30 AM bus to the hotel and the 1:00 PM bus back to Sapporo, which worked out well for our timing. The hotel's food was just average.

GGuest UserThe room was very spacious for the two of us and was well equipped with all amneities we require for 4 nights stay in Sapporo. They even have a sauna room which was perfect for the cold weather. The kitchen was well equipped with pots, utensils, a small portable cooker for those who intend to cook. There are many restaurants nearby and convenience store just right below the hotel. The nearest train station is about 8 minutes walk away and approximately 20 minutes walk to Nijo market / Odori mark. Was not a big isssue for my friend and I. There's also car park located behind the hotel, but it is limited (13 lots) on a first come first serve basis. Would definitely stay here again. Lovely place and is suitable for family as well.

GGuest UserDespite having only stayed one night, this place surprised me. Not only is the front desk available 24 hours, they are also friendly and able to help. I found the individual beds itself were spacious enough and they also had so many beds available, you had no need to worry for it being overcrowded or worry about noise. Each floor was equipped with enough toilets and showers and they were all super clean and fully stocked with soap and even disposable toothbrushes and shavers for you to use. Onsen was also available and open from early to late night. They even had a gym and sauna! Washers and dryers were also available to use but at an additional cost.
Would recommend it for individual travellers staying for short periods (1-3/4 days)

GGuest UserThe location is right next to Jozankei Shrine and Hot Spring Park. The hotel has a shuttle bus to Sapporo Station, which is very convenient! The room is clean, the bathing area is large and well-equipped, the breakfast and dinner buffet has a nice variety of dishes, including Japanese and Western dishes as well as local specialties

GGuest UserI saw a hotel operated by Chateraise on YouTube, so maybe my expectations were high. The hotel was sparkling clean. Unfortunately, it didn't support USB and there were no outlets by the pillow. The bath itself was good, but it's hard to deny that the facilities are old. The food was delicious, of course, but not as good as I expected... I don't think I'll ever use the shuttle bus to go far away again. I think it's great for families with small children.
