GGuest UserOkujozankei Onsen Kasho Gyoen is a haven of winter enchantment. The private onsen in our room unveiled a mesmerizing snowscape, creating a serene retreat. Dining was a culinary journey in a private room, with each dish a masterpiece. The attentive staff elevated our experience, their warm attitude leaving an indelible mark. A special flower arrangement for my proposal added a touch of magic. The breathtaking views of the lake and snow-laden trees completed the idyllic setting. Okujozankei Onsen Kasho Gyoen is a gem where luxury meets nature, crafting an unforgettable escape. We eagerly anticipate our return to this winter wonderland.

Dinner is kaiseki cuisine, the hot spring ♨️ has a design night vision guide, a large bath rest area, and piano and flute performances. In the evening, you can use the next door Kokoro no Sato Jozankei, a very special place for meditation, with a terrace foot bath + art gallery + library + evening tea
After soaking in the evening ♨️ walk through the corridor of the snowy house, come to Kokoro no Sato Jozankei, and taste some fragrant and glutinous roasted sweet potatoes
Original baked apples, flipping through the photography album of cute animals in Eastern Hokkaido, in the atmosphere of white noise background music, the heart unknowingly calmed down
There are very few Chinese messages in the tourist record, basically all in Korean and Japanese. Occasionally, you can feel the happiness transmitted through the text when you turn to one!
By accident, the bus stop back to Sapporo is right in front of his house, and the scheduled rafting gathering place is next door. It's so convenient!

AAnonymous UserThis hotel was amazing!! The stay gave us a wholesome Japanese cultural experiences. Location is at the city, which so convenient to walk around. There was a private car park nearby which we parked our car there. Receptionist were helpful. Oh, there’s a 7-11 just right next to the hotel which is perfect!!

GGuest UserGreat hotel in a nice & quiet location in Sapporo. I enjoyed the hotel and its well-equipped 24 hour gym. Front desk staff were friendly to my kids and even assisted us in booking a bigger taxi to Sapporo Station as we had big luggage in tow.
The hotel is well-appointed and trendy in design. The complimentary beverages which were replenished daily was a nice touch!
Definitely recommended in Sapporo! We will be back!

GGuest UserI chose this hotel specifically for its private bath, only to discover that reservations must be made 2-3 months in advance via email/phone call. The hotel does provide a shuttle bus from Sapporo city, which typically takes about an hour, but you also need to book that at least a month in advance, according to various bloggers. It was quite disappointing not to enjoy the private bath experience and to have to arrange our own transportation from/back to the city. The frustrating part is that you wouldn’t know the advance booking requirement when you make a reservation through Trip.com or similar platforms. Here’s a rephrased version of your statement:

GGuest UserI have been staying in this hotel a few times. The staff are always helpful, friendly, and polite. The room and amenities are clean. Also, there is a pillow corner where you can get extra pillows if you need.
The location is so convenient, close to JR Sapporo station and Odori park.
Overall, I was very happy staying there and will go back again

GGuest UserDespite having only stayed one night, this place surprised me. Not only is the front desk available 24 hours, they are also friendly and able to help. I found the individual beds itself were spacious enough and they also had so many beds available, you had no need to worry for it being overcrowded or worry about noise. Each floor was equipped with enough toilets and showers and they were all super clean and fully stocked with soap and even disposable toothbrushes and shavers for you to use. Onsen was also available and open from early to late night. They even had a gym and sauna! Washers and dryers were also available to use but at an additional cost.
Would recommend it for individual travellers staying for short periods (1-3/4 days)

GGuest UserI saw a hotel operated by Chateraise on YouTube, so maybe my expectations were high. The hotel was sparkling clean. Unfortunately, it didn't support USB and there were no outlets by the pillow. The bath itself was good, but it's hard to deny that the facilities are old. The food was delicious, of course, but not as good as I expected... I don't think I'll ever use the shuttle bus to go far away again. I think it's great for families with small children.

GGuest UserThe room comfortably accommodated three people, and its proximity to Nakajimakoen train station was a major plus. However, we were disappointed to learn upon check-in that air conditioning was unavailable outside of summer. The central system was set to heater, making the room quite stuffy for three guests over our four-night stay. Unlike other Sapporo hotels where we had the flexibility to adjust the in-room temperature, this lack of control was a significant drawback. We hope the hotel will consider offering greater air conditioning flexibility in the future, as this issue would otherwise deter us from returning.
