Anonymous UserMy last stay here was in winter and it was great, but this time the air conditioning in the room was terrible. Even on the lowest setting, the room was still hot and stuffy. I had to use a fan all night to cool down and couldn't get a good rest for three consecutive days. Other amenities and services were decent, but the AC issue significantly lowered my comfort level. I definitely wouldn't recommend staying here in the summer.

The hotel is relatively new, and the front desk service was perfectly fine. During my stay, I wanted something cold to drink, and when I called the front desk, their response time and service-mindedness were excellent! Definitely worth praising. The housekeeping staff even folded my clothes (though I messed them up right away), but it definitely added a nice touch. This is a hotel I would consider staying at again next time I'm in Sapporo.

FlaxhThe hotel is about a 5-minute walk from Susukino subway station and very close to Tanukikoji Shopping Street. The room was impeccable as it's a new hotel. The breakfast tasted good, but the selection of dishes was a bit limited. There are three Lawson convenience stores right next to the hotel, which was very convenient for buying things.

lxxzt3The room was quite spacious, but the bathroom counter was too low. At 185cm, I had to bend over significantly just to wash my face. You can tell it's an older, established hotel, and the facilities are still quite convenient. The front desk wasn't particularly warm, and the service was just average. Also, they didn't provide any extra bottled water, which I found really unacceptable.

Pearlyn TangGreat stay of family of 4. Room consider big in Japan. Location ia great as near to susukino/Tanukikoki/Park. And stay during the Hokkaido Shrine festive, happening near the hotel. Room overall is clean but toilet with a stale smell.
If visit Sapporo, will stay here again. Thanks

Jeab.thThe hotel has a very convenient location, with easy access to shopping areas, restaurants, and public transportation. The staff members were friendly, helpful, and provided good service throughout the stay. The room size was not very large, but it was still acceptable and comfortable enough for a short stay. However, the breakfast was somewhat disappointing, as the variety and overall quality were not particularly impressive. Overall, it is still a good option for travelers who prioritize location and convenience.

xxxOSCAI stayed here for four nights during the Snow Festival.
The location is near the main street of Susukino and very convenient.
However, I found the hotel's operations lacking, as the reception was often unattended in the mornings.
The twin room was quite cramped for two people, making it difficult to pack and unpack.
With only three laundry machines (one of which was broken), the facilities felt insufficient for the size of the hotel.
While the breakfast had a good variety and didn't get boring, don't set your expectations too high for the 'signature' seafood bowls

Guest UserGreat Location, but a Literal Time Capsule
**The Good:**
If you prioritize location and accessibility , this hotel is an excellent choice. It is incredibly close to the train station, making it a breeze to navigate the city or catch an early transit. For those who want to be in the heart of the action without long walks, you can’t beat the proximity.
The Room:
The rooms are on the smaller side, which is expected for the area, but the interior is a major blast from the past. Walking in feels like stepping back into the **early 2000s**. The furniture, soft furnishings, and bed are all quite outdated.
One of the most nostalgic (and surprising) features was the Sanyo hairdryer bolted to the wall. While most hotels modernize their interiors every decade or so, this property seems to have stayed exactly the same for twenty years.
The Verdict:
If you don't mind the ”vintage” decor and are just looking for a functional place to sleep right next to the station, this is a solid pick. However, if you prefer modern amenities and updated interiors, be aware that this place is a literal time capsule!
Pros: Fantastic accessibility, steps away from the station.
Cons: Very dated furniture and older room tech.

Anonymous UserThere's a free shuttle bus service from JR Station, I took the 13:00 bus and arrived at the hotel at 13:45. The staff kindly allowed me to check in early, which was really nice. They have a water park and large onsen facilities. Both the breakfast and dinner buffets were delicious; even though the variety wasn't huge, the food quality was consistently good. The Chateraise desserts and ice cream bars were especially tasty! On the day I checked in, there were Japanese, Hong Kong, *********, Korean tour groups, and even a Japanese school group. Although there were a lot of people, the hotel grounds are extensive, and the buffet items were refilled very quickly both morning and evening.
The hotel has a classic feel, but everything is very well-maintained. The most traditional thing was that the air conditioning in the room was pre-set to 25 degrees Celsius, and the windows couldn't be opened. Given the current weather, it was a bit stuffy...
