TTuyihanxinOur appetizer was steamed egg with fresh sea urchin, a delightful contrast of raw and cooked that highlighted both sweetness and intense freshness. Then came the cooked scallop, crowned with a dollop of caviar. The recommended way to enjoy it was to first savor a tiny bit of caviar for a taste of the ocean, then enjoy the scallop and remaining caviar together in one mouthful, followed by a refreshing sip of chilled sake.
The speed at which the dishes were served could practically qualify for a Guinness World Record! The server stationed near the entrance discreetly observed us throughout our meal. Typically, within about ten seconds of us finishing a dish, they would gently approach and ask if they could clear the plate. The next course would then arrive within approximately five minutes. In fact, I found myself deliberately slowing down my eating pace, half-jokingly fearing the kitchen wouldn't be able to keep up with us.
Sashimi, tempura, pan-seared wagyu... I couldn't help but wonder if the head chef here was Chinese? Regardless, the kitchen absolutely nailed it – delivering both incredible speed and excellent quality.

So many restaurants and shops nearby to explore. The room was small but spotless and modern, offering everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
The staff were warm and but perhaps some more training needed! The checkin process was slow.

MmimijohnstonThe hotel location was superb. Nearby the busy streets of Sapporo with many food choices around. There is Lawson and 711 downstairs. The rooms are slightly bigger than usual rooms in Sapporo which we compared. The part which requires to use 2 lifts to get out of the building didn't really bother us at all. We enjoyed our 5 nights stay there

BBH88Overall, it’s a standard ibis Styles experience—nothing much to complain about. The staff were exceptionally friendly and provided outstanding customer service. We accidentally inserted a coin into the card machine, mistaking it for a coin exchange machine. When we approached the staff for help, they promptly assisted us in retrieving the 1,000 yen and even delivered it to our room.
The location isn’t as convenient as Susukino, but Nakajima-Koen Station is just a 4-minute walk away, making it easy to get around.
Breakfast was average, with a decent selection of salads and small side dishes, but limited main courses. The highlight for me was their delicious banana ice cream.

GGuest UserThe lady staff at check in counter handling my check in was the most impolite hotel receptionist I had even come across not only in Japan but also in Asia. Her altitude was rude, arrogant, impatient to answer questions and always wore a long black face. I will never stay in your hotel again.

Intercontinental has only opened new business this year, and I am fortunate to be the first batch of guests.
Transportation location: 8 minutes walk from Exit 1 of Nakajima Park. It is very convenient to go to Sapporo Station, Odori Park, Tanukikoji, and two markets.
There is a family on the side of the building, and there are several convenience stores of different brands around, with a variety of choices.
The Nakajima Park that has been passed is also recommended by intercontinental staff. The scenery is beautiful and it is worth visiting.
Room layout: Unexpected corner view room, very atmospheric, breaking the conventional view, corner meets poetry. Panoramic floor-to-ceiling glass pulls the skyline into the room, watch the fog in the morning, sit at night to enjoy the stars, travel should embrace the scenery.
Hotel atmosphere: I like the overall atmosphere of the hotel very much, modern style combined with Japanese modern elements, low-key quality.
Pool: Panoramic pool, but also the current body feeling the best pool, the water temperature is moderate, the water is not cold at all, the water quality is clean and silky, there is a swimsuit dryer.
Details: typec charging port, automatic light on step, kettle, mobile phone screen TV ...
The price is worth staying!

GGuest UserI saw a hotel operated by Chateraise on YouTube, so maybe my expectations were high. The hotel was sparkling clean. Unfortunately, it didn't support USB and there were no outlets by the pillow. The bath itself was good, but it's hard to deny that the facilities are old. The food was delicious, of course, but not as good as I expected... I don't think I'll ever use the shuttle bus to go far away again. I think it's great for families with small children.

GGuest UserThe hotel in very good location but rooms is extremely small , barely has space to open the luggage on the floor , room size is only 18 SQM , they never publish the room size on the room details , photos on the listing is misleading as it show the rooms is big but actually its extremely small , Toilet is miserable small and has 40 CM step to climb , if you have senior person be ready to assist every time that person need to go to toilet.
Breakfast , i tried once and never repeated as it doesn't worth it .
Im frequent traveller and i don't normally write reviews but for this hotel i have to write to be sure no one got the same disappointment i got when i saw the room .
