MMajieMJThis Sapporo hotel really exceeded my expectations for Japanese hotels! I was very satisfied with the decor, service, room size, and dining. When I booked a long time ago, I couldn't get the room type I wanted for five days straight, so I had to split my reservations across different periods and room types. However, upon arrival, the hotel graciously upgraded me for free to a deluxe standard room, matching my original request! There was a small oversight where my room cleaning was missed, but the hotel's sincere handwritten apology card and complimentary sweets showed their genuine care for guests and their proactive approach to resolving issues. If I visit Sapporo again, I will definitely choose this warm and welcoming hotel. I also appreciate Trip.com's prompt handling of the price difference refund, as my early booking price was significantly different from the price just before my trip.

KKwoonOur Stay at Sapporo Stream Hotel – Premium Comfort Twin Room We stayed as three people and really liked the room. It was very big and had a large bathroom, which was great. A few things to know: · The toilet is in a separate room from the bathroom. This was a little inconvenient for us. · Our room faced the main street. Even on the 17th floor, we could sometimes hear loud noises like sirens or trucks at night. If you wake up easily, ask for a room at the back of the hotel. Unfortunately, our room type is none facing at the back of hotel. • Laundry took me more than 4 hrs to dry a 5kg clothes which is unacceptable as compared to other hotels. • Breakfast is not very child friendly. They don't serve hot chocolate or pancake. We loved: · The room felt very calm and well-designed. They even left some nice books about winter for guests. · The smell of the soap and shampoo was amazing—I liked it so much I bought some to take home! • The mineral water provided in the room is my favourite brand! · The hotel location is perfect. There is a food street inside the hotel on the 3rd and 4th floors, so you don't have to go out in the snow to eat. · The staff were all very helpful and friendly to us. Kindness, as always, be gets kindness. · The premium lounge has special coffee. Enjoying their exclusive, distinguished coffee while brewing a fresh cup and watching the snow fall was an unforgettable experience. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay in a great location. Just remember to ask for a quiet room if you are a light sleeper.

11010909377A true gem of a find on this trip, highly recommend! The location is absolutely perfect, seamlessly connected to the JR station via an underground passage, making it just a few minutes' direct walk. Downstairs, you'll find everything you need for dining and shopping, so even if you return late, it's easy to grab a bite. As a newly opened hotel, the facilities are top-notch, including a humidifier and coffee machine. We stayed for 3 nights in a twin room facing a construction site, but surprisingly, we didn't experience the noise issues mentioned by other reviewers.

RRebekah GOh I absolutely loved this hotel! It’s walking distance (15-20mins max) to Sapporo Station, Susukino for shopping etc! And not to mention the great view of Odori Park just right infront! Service was great too, nothing to complain about at all! We’ll be back here when we travel to Sapporo City again.

MM741967****My experience at the Courtyard by Marriott Sapporo exceeded expectations. The hotel boasts an excellent location, within walking distance to Odori Park and Susukino commercial district, making sightseeing and shopping incredibly convenient. The rooms are modernly designed with expansive views, and the bedding comfort is top-notch. The front desk staff are fluent in English and proactively offered maps and transportation advice, providing thoughtful and professional service. The breakfast selection is extensive, featuring both Japanese and Western options. Whether for business or leisure, this hotel is an ideal choice for an efficient and comfortable stay. I'll definitely be back.

KKODAIIt was my first visit in 18 years, since my elementary school field trip. The facilities are a little old, but the hospitality was evident in the rooms, restaurant, pool, and spa. I was also pleased with the welcome sweets. It's a hotel I'd like to visit again, and I was very satisfied.

GGuest UserIt is a rather old hotel but has reasonably well upkeep. Cleanliness is top notch. Location wise, it is around 500m away from Sapporo JR/metro station. While this is walkable, it can be tricky during winter especially with thick snow. The entrance (Exit 22) to the underground walkway to the station is around 50m away from the hotel and is recommended, although it does not have elevator access; Exit 23 has that although it is further down the road. There is a Family Mart convenience store nearby. What i liked most about the hotel is that they have a souvenir store on the ground floor with a good stock of Hokkaido-exclusive souvenirs such as horse oil lotion, cookies and chocolates, to the usual garments and keychains. Service is rather underwhelming. Due to ESG commitments, only guests who stay in premium rooms (12F to 13F) have a full suite of amenities in their rooms. For others, you need to pick up your own toiletries such as toothbrush and cotton buds near the reception area which can be a chore. The whole experience can also feel disorganised especially when there is a huge crowd. Thankfully, shampoo and shower gel is provided in room. Drinking water however is not provided and it is disappointing that there are no communal water stations on each floor, although some floors have coin-operated vending machines. Breakfast buffet has a modest selection. During my 5-day stay there, the menu largely stays the same. It has a mix of Japanese and Western fare. Taste-wise it is fine but some more variety would be much appreciated. Overall, it is a functional hotel for a good night rest but nothing more.

GGuest UserWhile planning a winter trip to Sapporo I searched very hard and decided on this accommodation, with the intention of finishing the trip with a day of relaxation at a hot spring I was able to conveniently travel from Sapporo to the ryokan by reserving a shuttle bus It was really quiet and clean, and the food was very clean and delicious One of the reasons I chose this place was that there was an open-air bath in the room, and it was really great I regretted only reserving it for one day I definitely plan to go back next winter!!!!!

GGuest UserI had a great time staying here alone. There are restaurants downstairs, making it easy to find food. The bed was comfortable and all the amenities were provided. I loved it. Normally, when I stay at other hostels, they don't provide towels or other amenities, but this place had everything. The location is great; it's just a short walk from Sapporo train station. I'll definitely stay here again next time. I loved it!
