"Although this guesthouse is very new, its service level is comparable to that of a century-old establishment. First and foremost, the owners personally manage the guesthouse, which ensures a very thoughtful and attentive experience. All the staff, including the housekeepers, are incredibly warm, welcoming, and always greet you with a smile. Any request you have will be met and fulfilled here. They even offer complimentary rafting activities and local wild fruit tasting, which are unique local features and a rare find. The guesthouse also maintains excellent relationships with local businesses, providing convenient pick-up and drop-off services, which greatly enhanced our experience. The hotel's cleanliness is impeccable, and the breakfast is elaborate. There's even a bonfire every evening, and the complimentary oranges and apple water at the front desk are delicious. Children can also enjoy fishing in the nearby lake; they provide fishing rods and bait. Even beginners can easily catch fish here. The fish you catch can even be prepared for dinner! The braised carp we caught was incredibly delicious, cooked by the master chef here with absolutely no fishy taste. After our rafting trip, we felt a bit under the weather, and the front desk thoughtfully prepared ginger tea for us."

There is a place for children to play in it. We arrived at the hotel the day before and took the children to Eurasian for an afternoon. The earliest trip to Tianchi the next morning was perfect."

"I was worried about not being able to get a taxi at night, so the hotel arranged a driver for us. Although we had to pay for it ourselves, it was great to have someone pick us up once we provided our flight details. Seeing that we were two adults and one child, they upgraded us to a triple room. The decor was nice, and it even had an 'Xiao Du' smart voice control system. The breakfast across the street was also delicious, offering good value for money. This is the closest hotel to Changbaishan West Station. Thumbs up!"

"Environment: To be honest, I wouldn't have been able to book such a great hotel if it weren't for the flight delay. I was truly amazed when I arrived. The overall service, ambiance, and food were all excellent. As a couple, we usually have high standards when traveling together, and although it's a guesthouse, I felt it was absolutely comparable to a five-star hotel. "The hotel's facilities are top-notch. The room size is just right, fully furnished, so you don't have to worry about where to put your belongings. The indoor lighting is bright, and the mattress and bedding provide a comfortable sleep. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and the shower is spacious with instant hot water. The front desk staff are welcoming and friendly. Although the breakfast variety isn't extensive, all major categories are covered, and the quality is excellent, placing it among the best in its class. There's a medium-sized grocery store downstairs, which is a rare find in a small town, making it convenient to stock up on food. Overall, my stay here was fantastic. We arrived in the afternoon, stayed one night, visited the Southern Tianshan Scenic Area the next day, and then chose to stay at this hotel again. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent quality and reasonable prices. The hotel's immediate surroundings are a bit less appealing; it's located near residential areas, and there's a relatively narrow road in front with parked cars, making it look a bit cluttered. However, this seems to be the norm for the entire town, so the hotel likely has limited control over it. There's a decent-sized parking lot diagonally across from the hotel. While it charges external users, it's free for hotel guests, which is a plus! However, the parking lot isn't paved and is a bit of a distance from the hotel entrance, making it a bit inconvenient when carrying luggage. I hope the hotel can improve the parking facilities in the future."

"Having stayed at this hotel multiple times on my various trips to Changbai Mountain and Songjianghe, I can only say the overall experience is barely satisfactory. Issues I've raised in previous stays, such as unstable water pressure, water fluctuating between hot and cold during showers, inability to cast to the TV, and an empty minibar, remain completely unaddressed. For a suite at this price point, these are basic amenities that should be met, and their absence significantly detracts from the experience. To be fair, the location is a definite plus, right in Songjianghe town, making travel and dining very convenient. And in terms of cleanliness, hotel environment, and front desk service, it's pretty good compared to other hotels in the town, though it's far from exceptional. I truly hope the management takes guest feedback seriously and resolves these long-standing issues."
