"Beyond five-star! I was traveling with my child and mother, and we ultimately chose this place. What a delightful surprise! The environment is fantastic, and my child had a wonderful time. Manager Coco especially deserves 200 points for this trip. She was incredibly enthusiastic and helped coordinate everything. Manager Coco was warm, patient, and provided thoughtful arrangements throughout our stay. Her travel tips and suggestions were super practical, and she responded instantly to any questions. She's both gentle and professional. The hotel environment is comfortable, the scenery is beautiful, and the stay experience was excellent. I highly recommend it, and I'll definitely look for Manager Coco on my next visit!"

"This was my first time visiting Changbaishan and staying at the Jinhua Hotel. The hotel was clean and well-maintained overall, and the rooms were spacious. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options. What really stood out were the many special activities for kids, which my child absolutely loved. The hotel's scenery is also beautiful; taking the cable car up the mountain provides an unobstructed panoramic view. You can also enjoy activities like the sliding car and digging for ginseng. I especially want to commend the executive lounge staff, Gjnnn. She was incredibly responsible and responsive to all my inquiries about the activities I wanted to try. The weather wasn't great during my stay, and some activities like rafting and the sliding car were closed at times. She kept me updated via WeChat about any special closures. She's super nice, diligent, and responsible! 👍🏻"

"We brought our parents and children to Wanda for a summer getaway and stayed in the Jin Hua suite. Our whole family was very satisfied. From before we even left, customer service representative Xixi sent us real-time updates: the weather and temperature in Changbaishan, available activities, how to get around, and so on—every detail was handled perfectly. They reserved a spacious room for us and allowed a late check-out. The service was prompt and responsive. Xixi and the housekeeping staff were incredibly thoughtful, providing plenty of drinking water and toiletries. This really showcased the genuine warmth and generosity of the people from Northeast China. We had a wonderful time in Changbaishan at a pleasant 22 degrees Celsius. We look forward to visiting again!"

"First off, the hotel's location is excellent. It's right above a commercial street, so dining and drinks are super convenient. Plus, it's not far from activities like grass skiing, luge, or boating on the lake. The staff were also quite good. During check-in, a male staff member (I've forgotten his name) was very enthusiastic, explaining the hotel benefits and helping with our luggage. Now for the complaints. The hygiene was a complete mess. As soon as you walk into the lobby, there's a strong musty smell. The hotel doesn't seem that old, but there were maintenance staff everywhere patching things up, and the floor was leaking. The worst part is that when I checked out this morning, I noticed large yellow stains on the duvet we had slept with for two nights – I almost threw up! The room floors creaked, and the balcony door wouldn't close once opened. Both our rooms were for two adults and one child, but they only provided amenities for two, and even just one tube of toothpaste. I also checked out the afternoon tea at the Executive Lounge. This truly was the most basic executive afternoon tea I've ever seen – just some soft drinks, tea bags, and two or three types of biscuits. It felt like a complete waste of time walking all the way from my room down that long corridor. Breakfast was just mediocre, but honestly, I had already lowered my expectations. The Hyatt brand seems to be getting worse and worse."

"Stayed with my family during Chinese New Year. We booked a club suite and a club king room. The rooms were a bit dated but generally well-maintained. The club rooms come with executive lounge access. The light meals are served in the lobby on the first floor, and while the selection wasn't huge, it was convenient. We had a butler who added us on WeChat, recommended some local attractions and activities, and helped arrange transportation, showing good service. If you're bringing kids for skiing in winter, definitely book a coach in advance via the mini-program."

"The hotel environment is absolutely beautiful, nestled within the Wanda Resort villas, surrounded by lush greenery. The complimentary pick-up and drop-off service from both the train station and airport is very convenient. The room facilities are complete, and the balcony offers a stunning view of Changbai Mountain. The hotel service is excellent; the restaurant, housekeeping, concierge, and front desk staff are all incredibly attentive and thoughtful. Special shout-out to our duty manager, Joy, who added us on WeChat beforehand, making our check-in process smooth and reassuring. The hotel breakfast is incredibly rich and varied, and the à la carte dining is a nice touch. I'll definitely choose Park Hyatt again for future trips to see Changbai Mountain and Tianchi Lake!"

"The Changbaishan Meijingge Resort Hotel is quite good. Every casual photo turns into a stunning snowy landscape. Enjoying the beautiful Changbai Mountains from the balcony is fantastic. The ski resort has excellent snow quality and isn't crowded. After skiing, you can head straight to the outdoor hot springs. Soaking in the hot springs at -20℃ while watching the snow fall is an amazing experience. In the evening, you can also go to the town to watch the iron flower show. Manager Coco provided thoughtful and timely service, and the shuttle arrangements were perfect. Skiing, hot springs, and delicious food—it's a one-stop shop for a winter getaway in Changbai Mountains. You can't go wrong, just go for it!"

"Beyond expectations. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming, proactively arranging pickup and providing thorough explanations and information during the journey – truly professional and attentive. Upon arrival, they helped with luggage and took it to the room. A small detail that really stood out was that the young man waited for me to close my door before he turned to leave after saying goodbye – very professional indeed! The pool is bright with high ceilings, and the 25-meter length made for a very pleasant swim. The changing rooms were also well-equipped. Hotel facilities and the room were excellent, quiet and clean. I particularly enjoyed the floor-to-ceiling windows and the unobstructed bathroom. The lobby has the standard resort hotel style and facilities, with a hint of Nordic wood design. There are sika deer in the courtyard that you can pet, which is great for kids. Breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh ingredients. For those who enjoy sleeping in, brunch is the most enjoyable part of the day. The hotel is surrounded by forest, truly living up to its reputation as a natural oxygen bar. The natural breeze from the room's AC was also refreshingly cool – a perfect place to escape the heat and find peace. Next time, I'll definitely choose Pullman Changbaishan again with my family to experience a slower pace of life, distinct from Shenyang."

"The large hotel is spacious and grand, with a large parking lot and ample parking spaces. The lobby exudes a high-class feel. From the moment I stepped into the front desk, I experienced professional and meticulous service; the staff were warm and attentive. The rooms were spacious and clean, with complete and comfortable amenities and comfortable bedding. Waking up in the morning, I saw Changbai Mountain shrouded in mist outside my window – the natural scenery was beautiful! [Thumbs up] The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of options, combining Chinese and Western dishes. It's worth noting that every staff member provided enthusiastic service and answered all my questions. The outdoor hot springs were not open, and only a few indoor hot spring pools were open, but the water was visibly clean. The water temperatures in the different pools varied slightly, allowing me to choose the one that suited me best.
