KkaehnThe service is very good, the hotel environment is beautiful, the animals are very docile, the room is rich in drinks, and the sunset is very Nice while taking a bath; breakfast is a set meal system, although it is a pre-made dish but the variety is rich, it can be improved to use on demand to avoid waste. The downside is that the surrounding facilities are seriously insufficient and the dining is inconvenient; The so-called waste industrial style of hotel decoration is explained well, but I personally feel that because the occupancy rate is not high, the funds are not in place, I obviously see the unrenovated part. To add, the quality of decoration hardware, drinks, toiletries and other quality is still OK.

During my trip to Changbai Mountain, Haolike Hotel gave me an experience far beyond my expectations. I especially want to commend Linlin, our housekeeper, for her exceptional service!
As a five-star hotel, the amenities here are already impressive—the spaciousness is truly impressive—but Linlin's service elevated this comfort to a truly touching experience.
Before check-in, she proactively contacted us to arrange airport pickup and provided us with advance notice of the resort shuttle bus schedule and a guide to the ski resorts, saving us the trouble of planning our trip. Throughout our stay, she responded instantly, from helping us book the popular rime rafting, reminding us of hot spring hours, to answering questions about room amenities. Even when she wasn't on duty, she promptly addressed all of our needs. Most thoughtfully, upon learning we were traveling with children, she brought them special snacks and recommended a less crowded and fun Baby Park. Her attention to detail was evident.
The hotel's efficient service and Linlin's personalized care complemented our snowy trip exceptionally smoothly. Such professional and warm service deserves all the praise!

GGuest UserThe room is clean and comfortable, the service is very good, the hot spring water is very clean and comfortable, I rested for two days and felt very relaxed. I used to come here often. I have been working abroad in recent years. The first thing I do when I come back is to come here and soak in the hot spring ♨. I feel very comfortable.
Suitable for parent-child travel and friends gathering, it is worth recommending!
