KkaehnThe service is very good, the hotel environment is beautiful, the animals are very docile, the room is rich in drinks, and the sunset is very Nice while taking a bath; breakfast is a set meal system, although it is a pre-made dish but the variety is rich, it can be improved to use on demand to avoid waste. The downside is that the surrounding facilities are seriously insufficient and the dining is inconvenient; The so-called waste industrial style of hotel decoration is explained well, but I personally feel that because the occupancy rate is not high, the funds are not in place, I obviously see the unrenovated part. To add, the quality of decoration hardware, drinks, toiletries and other quality is still OK.

WWeixiaodeyangziaiyangguiThe inn is located about one kilometer away from the Xipo Visitor Center. The area is relatively desolate and is not recommended for one person. The room is a one-bedroom, one-living room, one-bathroom structure with two single beds, European design style, complete facilities, and a lot of fitness equipment on the first floor. It is clean and tidy. Breakfast includes milk, eggs, steamed buns, cold dishes, corn and sweet potatoes, etc. It is simple and nutritious. For traveling to Xipo, the price-performance ratio is not bad. The only thing I am not satisfied with is that the Internet speed in the room is very slow, almost equivalent to no Internet, and the TV can't be watched at all.

AAnonymous UserBringing my child to the Swiss Hotel during the summer vacation was an incredibly smart decision. Right after checking in, we connected with our butler, Andy, on WeChat, and he was always quick to answer any questions. Our building was perfectly situated near the commercial street, making getting around super convenient, with a 24-hour supermarket just outside our door. The hotel offered so many complimentary activities we couldn't try them all! The UTV off-roading and the suspension bridge were definitely the highlights. With several kids' playgrounds, my child enthusiastically declared it the best hotel she's ever stayed at. Plenty of hotel shuttle buses meant we never had to wait long. Evenings featured spectacular molten iron shows and bonfire parties – now *that's* truly the way to kick off a vacation! The summer evening temperatures in Changbai Mountain were perfectly comfortable; I was initially worried about it being cold, but that wasn't an issue at all. A huge thank you again to Andy for his excellent service! 👍

He told me the weather forecast for the day of check-in and recommended a tour guide based on the weather. He also helped me upgrade the mountain view room by surprise, so that I can see the misty mountains while sitting on the balcony. 🤝Warm concierge service Concierge Han Hui King would stop and smile and say hello every time he met me, and took the initiative to help me take the luggage to the room. He also gave me some travel suggestions during the chat. ☕️Personalized catering care Restaurant Liu Changsheng Tom remembered that I loved hot Latte for breakfast and prepared hot coffee for me every day. He also provided me with warm breakfast customization service. Other points of Hyatt - The heated swimming pool faces the valley. When you are tired of swimming, you can lie on the lounge chair by the pool and watch the clouds roll by. - The night bed service is also very thoughtful. There are no exaggerated gimmicks, only silent care. This kind of service that maintains professionalism and human touch is what a high-end resort hotel should be like. WWangxiaowenThe hotel is located on the west slope of Changbai Mountain. It is a large residential area with villas and hotels. The staff will drive a car to take tourists to the hotel building. We stayed in a two-room suite, which was just right for a family of four and very warm. The breakfast in the morning was simple but sufficient. It was also very convenient to go to Wanda and other places, and there were discounts for going to the surrounding ski resorts. I took a walk in the courtyard in the morning. There was thick snow behind, and no one stepped on it. The children played in it for a long time. Satisfied!
