Guest UserI was a bit worried about formaldehyde since it's a new hotel, and I hesitated whether to stay here. But the front desk assured me they had done formaldehyde removal, so I booked it. The room was clean and hygienic, with no strange renovation smells. Parking was also very convenient. There was a tall, slender girl at the front desk whose service was exceptional; she even helped us carry our luggage to the room because we had so much. I hope the hotel management sees this and commends her. The breakfast was also good, I especially liked the savory pancake. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit.

tyd0820The hotel's facilities are top-notch. The room size is just right, fully furnished, so you don't have to worry about where to put your belongings. The indoor lighting is bright, and the mattress and bedding provide a comfortable sleep. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and the shower is spacious with instant hot water. The front desk staff are welcoming and friendly. Although the breakfast variety isn't extensive, all major categories are covered, and the quality is excellent, placing it among the best in its class. There's a medium-sized grocery store downstairs, which is a rare find in a small town, making it convenient to stock up on food. Overall, my stay here was fantastic. We arrived in the afternoon, stayed one night, visited the Southern Tianshan Scenic Area the next day, and then chose to stay at this hotel again. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent quality and reasonable prices.
The hotel's immediate surroundings are a bit less appealing; it's located near residential areas, and there's a relatively narrow road in front with parked cars, making it look a bit cluttered. However, this seems to be the norm for the entire town, so the hotel likely has limited control over it. There's a decent-sized parking lot diagonally across from the hotel. While it charges external users, it's free for hotel guests, which is a plus! However, the parking lot isn't paved and is a bit of a distance from the hotel entrance, making it a bit inconvenient when carrying luggage. I hope the hotel can improve the parking facilities in the future.

Guest UserNear Songjianghe Market, we went to the west slope. From here, whether it is to the west slope or the south slope, it is very close, and it is less than 10 yuan to take a taxi to Changbai Mountain West Station. The hotel is a newly opened Jinjiang service. Very good, and the facilities are relatively perfect, The bathroom is a bedding separated from wet and dry. It is recommended to live here when you come to Changbai Mountain.

Nanlan-ChujiangHaving stayed at this hotel multiple times on my various trips to Changbai Mountain and Songjianghe, I can only say the overall experience is barely satisfactory. Issues I've raised in previous stays, such as unstable water pressure, water fluctuating between hot and cold during showers, inability to cast to the TV, and an empty minibar, remain completely unaddressed. For a suite at this price point, these are basic amenities that should be met, and their absence significantly detracts from the experience. To be fair, the location is a definite plus, right in Songjianghe town, making travel and dining very convenient. And in terms of cleanliness, hotel environment, and front desk service, it's pretty good compared to other hotels in the town, though it's far from exceptional. I truly hope the management takes guest feedback seriously and resolves these long-standing issues.

The service is very good, the hotel environment is beautiful, the animals are very docile, the room is rich in drinks, and the sunset is very Nice while taking a bath; breakfast is a set meal system, although it is a pre-made dish but the variety is rich, it can be improved to use on demand to avoid waste. The downside is that the surrounding facilities are seriously insufficient and the dining is inconvenient; The so-called waste industrial style of hotel decoration is explained well, but I personally feel that because the occupancy rate is not high, the funds are not in place, I obviously see the unrenovated part. To add, the quality of decoration hardware, drinks, toiletries and other quality is still OK.

MAG_zcThe Park Hyatt Changbaishan offers an absolutely amazing resort experience 🌿. The hotel is nestled deep within the resort area, providing excellent privacy. Its overall style is a understated yet elegant New Chinese design, creating a wonderful ambiance. The room was incredibly spacious, the bedding comfortable, and the balcony offered distant views of the mountains and forests. I absolutely loved the room's aesthetic.
The breakfast selection was rich and high-quality, featuring both Western and Chinese options. The staff were warm and polite, check-in was efficient, and they were responsive without being overly enthusiastic. Getting around the resort area was convenient, and the environment was quiet and serene, perfectly embodying a relaxing vacation vibe. It's definitely my top choice for a Changbaishan getaway, and I'm very satisfied overall. Highly recommend staying here!

AifeierzangTrusting an established brand, I chose The Westin, but was utterly disappointed after checking in.
The front desk staff and hotel butlers were all very warm and attentive. The parking garage attendant was also excellent and very considerate, especially when the garage was full.
While I had anticipated the hotel facilities would be dated, given it's been open for many years, my actual stay was a huge letdown. I really hope the hotel management seriously considers renovating the property.
Firstly, the room number design and signage on the same floor are confusing. I stayed in 33xx, but there were also 32xx rooms on the 3rd floor. When looking for my room, it was easy to assume and I ended up taking many unnecessary detours.
Secondly, not only was screen mirroring unavailable, but the hotel's cable TV signal displayed noticeable static. I even wondered if the TVs hadn't been replaced since the hotel opened. Screen mirroring is now a basic feature in most hotels.
The bathroom had a very strong and distinct urine odor. After reporting it, staff cleaned it and it improved somewhat.
Cleanliness was an issue: I found spiders 🕷 in two different spots. Many surfaces were old, moldy, and blackened, which looked very unappealing.
The housekeeping staff needs further training. Shoes left in the room were not neatly arranged, some were even askew, and the advertising flyer by the bed was just haphazardly placed.
The toilet paper was far too thin.
Is it normal for the shower gel to produce no lather when used?
There were food residues, similar to rice grains, on the back of the information sheet on the desk. Clearly, the previous guest had left it dirty and it hadn't been cleaned.

Facilities: The facilities are very comprehensive, with the overall decor featuring wood and stone. Although I read some reviews before coming that mentioned it being dimly lit inside, I personally feel it perfectly matches the primitive ecological style of Changbai Mountain and I really like it. When you're on vacation, you want to find this kind of raw, natural feeling.
Cleanliness: The hygiene conditions are excellent overall, very clean.
Environment: The environment is a major highlight. The hotel offers many complimentary benefits, and the entire resort is well-managed. All staff members for the activities wear unified uniforms, and from the airport shuttle bus to the hotel, they are very responsive and enthusiastic, truly showcasing the hospitality of Northeasterners.
Breakfast: Very rich, with both Chinese and Western options. Especially for those who enjoy Western food, they even have overnight oats and Eggs Benedict, which shows great thoughtfulness.
Overall, I'm very satisfied with choosing this hotel for my family vacation with the kids. The location is also very convenient, with a direct exit to the commercial street from the back. The airport transfers, recreational activities, and even the concierge helping to arrange rafting and transfers to the West Slope all justify the price. I'd love to come back for skiing if I have the chance.

loveyjyI visited the western side of Mt. Baekdu for sightseeing.
Although we couldn't see Mt. Baekdu due to the rain and are returning, the accommodation is located about a 5-minute walk from the Mt. Baekdu gathering center. It is incredibly close. There are also many Korean restaurants in the plaza, so you can easily walk out and have a meal. Since check-out is at 2 PM, it is nice to be able to leave our luggage comfortably before heading up the mountain. Although it is an older hotel, it has a swimming pool, sauna, and open-air bath, as well as a convenience store on the first floor. The location is excellent.
We urgently needed a car for a long distance, so we contacted the hotel, and I was grateful that they introduced us to a vehicle.
I will come back to challenge Mt. Baekdu again next time.
