The hotel has an LG washing and drying machine. The clothes accumulated when you go out can be washed and dried on the spot, and the robot can also help deliver takeaways. The clerk service is attentive and thoughtful, the breakfast is rich and delicious, the comprehensive configuration is complete, and the overall price/performance ratio is very good."

"Our group of 11 carefully selected this hotel after much deliberation. Since it was very close to the ticket gate, we didn't expect anything special. However, the staff at the front desk were incredibly attentive and welcoming upon check-in, quickly assigning us room numbers. When we entered the room, we were all astonished by its spaciousness, smart toilet, and enormous smart bathroom. The bed was exceptionally white and felt luxurious to lie on. Air conditioning and a TV were all functional, not just for show. For this price, everything here was incredibly affordable. The front desk staff and owner explained the attractions and suggested alternative places to visit and eat. We tried them out, and they were indeed excellent. One of my companions even lost her phone at a foot massage parlor in the city, and the owner helped her find it – a truly heartwarming gesture. Having traveled independently for years, I never leave positive or negative reviews; everything comes and goes naturally. But after staying at Jintang, I couldn't help but write something. In short, for hotels in the Changbai Mountain West Scenic Area tourist distribution center, Jintang is definitely the top choice."

GGuest UserIt's incredibly convenient to get to Changbai Mountain from Changchun now. The high-speed rail from Changchun Station to Changbai Mountain West Station only takes two hours and forty minutes.
I was deliberating between the North and West slopes, but then I saw that Lu Yuxiao had visited the West slope, so I immediately decided on that. The guesthouse offers a free pickup service and is only a ten-minute drive from the West Station. You'll drive on a short stretch of dirt road, but as soon as you enter the courtyard, your eyes will light up – the environment is absolutely beautiful.
With the unique corn cobs and firewood stacks in the courtyard, it instantly brought back childhood memories of living in a bungalow. Southern friends visiting would definitely find it particularly interesting.
The small cabins face the lake, offering a really open view. If you come in winter, you should be able to go downstairs and play in the snow directly.
The room facilities are excellent. The hot water comes out super fast, and the hairdryer is a Laifen! I really dislike those old, difficult-to-use hairdryers in guesthouses, so just having a good one is enough for me to give full marks, haha. The toiletries have a subtle pine scent, which smells incredibly refreshing.
There are also two adorable little cats at the guesthouse, soft and cute. The mini-bar is stocked with wild blueberry juice, and breakfast includes corn porridge, both featuring Northeastern specialties. What I loved most were the solid wood tables and cabinets in the room – I couldn't even find similar ones to buy. If I could have a set like that at home, it would definitely look amazing!

GGuest UserThis hotel is in an excellent location, just a few hundred meters from the Wanda Resort, with plenty of dining and entertainment options nearby, and beautiful scenery. The owner is incredibly welcoming, always smiling with a warm, honest expression. Their travel itinerary suggestions are exceptionally professional; they planned our three-day trip perfectly, ensuring we saw everything without feeling rushed or tired. It truly felt like coming home, and it significantly improved my impression of Northeast China. Definitely a full-mark recommendation!

The only reason I chose this hotel is that they can help me book tickets and it is close to the entrance of Changbai Mountain (but I didn't expect it to be so close, probably less than 100 meters, it feels like I can see this pointed ticket gate after walking two steps)
It is indeed a bit inconvenient to go out to other attractions, but we are mainly here to go to Tianchi so it's okay.
The room environment is better than I expected, quite clean, and similar to the style of Beipo Lanjing
And the front desk service is very enthusiastic, especially a sister with round eyes who really tries to meet our needs as much as possible. We didn't bring a hot pack and couldn't find the store, and she also helped us find a colleague.

MM227109****Our family room had two traditional heated beds (kang), which was perfect for letting the kids play around freely – so comfortable! We stayed at the resort for two days and felt it was super suitable for families with children. Right outside our door was a courtyard filled with thick snow, allowing the little ones to play to their heart's content. If we go again, we'll definitely choose Yuangxiang Resort! The environment is absolutely beautiful.

MM44301****Facilities: The room didn't come with a comb, shower gel, shampoo, and other toiletries.
Cleanliness: There were still uncleaned fingerprints on the table, and the bathroom wasn't separated into wet and dry areas. The shower floor was very slippery, and there was even packaging left by a previous guest that suddenly washed out from under the anti-slip mat while I was showering. When I was looking for my bracelet in the morning, I also noticed a thick layer of dust under the bed.
Environment: The location is great, making it convenient to go to a nearby town for meals. The resort environment is also fantastic.
Service: The front desk staff (a young man) was very responsive to all requests and even recommended going to the nearby town for more affordable dining options, as eating at the resort is quite expensive.

Hhann11After the Mid-Autumn Festival here, the moon cakes were very sweet, and I saw the fireworks, and the surrounding scenery was beautiful. I brought my parents to live for 3 days and the whole family was very satisfied! In the homestay, quiet in the middle of noisy, there is a small yard at the door, and a small vegetable garden planted by the boss himself. It is very warm and clean. My parents can drink tea and sunbathe there every morning. The boss was very patient and helped us plan a slow tour route that was not in a hurry. The location was simply excellent and it was very close to our attractions. The room is quiet, the layout is warm and distinctive, the furniture in the comfortable room is not sharp corners, the hot water is stable for 24 hours, and the water temperature is also suitable for elders. The hygiene is done carefully, and there is no dust in the depths of the wardrobe. My parents said that it is more comfortable than living at home! No matter the facilities, sanitation, environment, and service are impeccable in all aspects, it is simply the best choice for travel!

BbeauThis was my second stay at the Hyatt, and visiting in spring offered even better value for money and an improved experience. The breakfast, as always, was fantastic – a wide variety of delicious options, and the staff were incredibly warm and professional. I highly recommend the Eggs Benedict and the 'shaobing' (flaky sesame bread), they were absolutely amazing! This time, our room was upgraded to a suite, and Michelle was an absolute gem – beautiful and incredibly nice. She really understood our needs as a family traveling with a child, patiently explaining everything and recommending beautiful sights. [Thumbs up, thumbs up, thumbs up] I'd love to come back to the Hyatt in summer or autumn to enjoy the scenery, beauty, and food. Oh, and I'm one of those chosen by Tianchi – I got to see Heaven Lake again! [Smiling face, smiling face, smiling face]

The hotel offers free entry to Hanshan skiing resort (you have to cover a deposit of 1000 yuan per person, be ready for it). If you would like to experience Wanda Changbaishan skiing, then you would need to take a taxi (takes about 15 mins). The breakfast was pretty good. For dinner they have a very satisfying buffet and some perks like chef cooking carbonara in front of you, some cosplay as well. And yes, there are cute deers living at the area of the resort! We also got a complimentary shooting wearing Korean traditional clothes, it was a great experience.

GGuest UserIt's been so long, and my emotions have calmed down.
First, the pros: relatively low price. The lack of cigarette smoke is a nice touch. Suitable for a one-night stay.
But then again, this is the first time I've encountered a hotel without disposable slippers, hot water for one person per shower, and so on.
In short, the hotel has approximately zero supplies, so you'll need to bring everything yourself. If you're just looking for a place to sleep for the night, it's worth a try. If you're anything more demanding, avoid it.

Sshaney yeo jun xinA truly unique and memorable experience staying at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we felt very well taken care of. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely accommodating, which made our stay extremely comfortable and stress-free.
A special mention goes to the receptionist H, who was exceptionally helpful throughout our stay. As we did not have the local apps in China, she kindly assisted us with ordering taxis and food delivery, always with patience and a warm attitude. Her help made a huge difference and we truly appreciated her care and attentiveness.
We would also like to specially thank 陆陆, who helped us arrange everything related to skiing. From organizing ski clothing rentals to coordinating transportation to the ski resort just a few minutes away, everything was handled very smoothly and professionally. In addition, 陆陆 took the time to recommend many places to visit and shared detailed information, which made our trip even more enjoyable and well-planned.
Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of service, convenience, and hospitality. It’s rare to find a place where the staff are so attentive and willing to go the extra mile to ensure guests have a wonderful experience. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely choose to stay here again 🥰
