"Our group of 11 carefully selected this hotel after much deliberation. Since it was very close to the ticket gate, we didn't expect anything special. However, the staff at the front desk were incredibly attentive and welcoming upon check-in, quickly assigning us room numbers. When we entered the room, we were all astonished by its spaciousness, smart toilet, and enormous smart bathroom. The bed was exceptionally white and felt luxurious to lie on. Air conditioning and a TV were all functional, not just for show. For this price, everything here was incredibly affordable. The front desk staff and owner explained the attractions and suggested alternative places to visit and eat. We tried them out, and they were indeed excellent. One of my companions even lost her phone at a foot massage parlor in the city, and the owner helped her find it – a truly heartwarming gesture. Having traveled independently for years, I never leave positive or negative reviews; everything comes and goes naturally. But after staying at Jintang, I couldn't help but write something. In short, for hotels in the Changbai Mountain West Scenic Area tourist distribution center, Jintang is definitely the top choice."

GGuest UserIt's incredibly convenient to get to Changbai Mountain from Changchun now. The high-speed rail from Changchun Station to Changbai Mountain West Station only takes two hours and forty minutes.
I was deliberating between the North and West slopes, but then I saw that Lu Yuxiao had visited the West slope, so I immediately decided on that. The guesthouse offers a free pickup service and is only a ten-minute drive from the West Station. You'll drive on a short stretch of dirt road, but as soon as you enter the courtyard, your eyes will light up – the environment is absolutely beautiful.
With the unique corn cobs and firewood stacks in the courtyard, it instantly brought back childhood memories of living in a bungalow. Southern friends visiting would definitely find it particularly interesting.
The small cabins face the lake, offering a really open view. If you come in winter, you should be able to go downstairs and play in the snow directly.
The room facilities are excellent. The hot water comes out super fast, and the hairdryer is a Laifen! I really dislike those old, difficult-to-use hairdryers in guesthouses, so just having a good one is enough for me to give full marks, haha. The toiletries have a subtle pine scent, which smells incredibly refreshing.
There are also two adorable little cats at the guesthouse, soft and cute. The mini-bar is stocked with wild blueberry juice, and breakfast includes corn porridge, both featuring Northeastern specialties. What I loved most were the solid wood tables and cabinets in the room – I couldn't even find similar ones to buy. If I could have a set like that at home, it would definitely look amazing!

The only reason I chose this hotel is that they can help me book tickets and it is close to the entrance of Changbai Mountain (but I didn't expect it to be so close, probably less than 100 meters, it feels like I can see this pointed ticket gate after walking two steps)
It is indeed a bit inconvenient to go out to other attractions, but we are mainly here to go to Tianchi so it's okay.
The room environment is better than I expected, quite clean, and similar to the style of Beipo Lanjing
And the front desk service is very enthusiastic, especially a sister with round eyes who really tries to meet our needs as much as possible. We didn't bring a hot pack and couldn't find the store, and she also helped us find a colleague.

MM227109****Our family room had two traditional heated beds (kang), which was perfect for letting the kids play around freely – so comfortable! We stayed at the resort for two days and felt it was super suitable for families with children. Right outside our door was a courtyard filled with thick snow, allowing the little ones to play to their heart's content. If we go again, we'll definitely choose Yuangxiang Resort! The environment is absolutely beautiful.

Hhann11After the Mid-Autumn Festival here, the moon cakes were very sweet, and I saw the fireworks, and the surrounding scenery was beautiful. I brought my parents to live for 3 days and the whole family was very satisfied! In the homestay, quiet in the middle of noisy, there is a small yard at the door, and a small vegetable garden planted by the boss himself. It is very warm and clean. My parents can drink tea and sunbathe there every morning. The boss was very patient and helped us plan a slow tour route that was not in a hurry. The location was simply excellent and it was very close to our attractions. The room is quiet, the layout is warm and distinctive, the furniture in the comfortable room is not sharp corners, the hot water is stable for 24 hours, and the water temperature is also suitable for elders. The hygiene is done carefully, and there is no dust in the depths of the wardrobe. My parents said that it is more comfortable than living at home! No matter the facilities, sanitation, environment, and service are impeccable in all aspects, it is simply the best choice for travel!

GGuest UserThe hotel is a bit old-fashioned, and there's an odor in the elevator. However, the room hygiene is excellent, and the bedding is soft and comfortable. You can also enjoy hot spring water showers and direct cold mineral water. The price is very good. The complimentary hot spring tickets offer great value, allowing you to try all the indoor (bicarbonate/strontium pools) and outdoor (herbal pools) hot springs. There are also some spa treatments that are perfect for a family outing. Most pools are warm, but you can also challenge yourself with a high-temperature pool to work up a sweat.

Our butler, Benjamin, was particularly considerate and responsive to all our needs. Since we were traveling with elderly family and children, he took our situation into account and made fantastic arrangements. When it rained heavily, the hotel even arranged a shuttle to take us to the pick-up point. The children and seniors all had a wonderful time! Jin Hua is truly perfect for a family vacation with young and old. We'll definitely be back to experience Changbai Mountain in winter!

GGuest UserThe room was clean, tidy, and odorless. While the facilities weren't brand new, everything was in good working order. The front desk and butler service were attentive and enthusiastic, always ready to help! Breakfast was delicious; although the variety wasn't extensive, everything tasted great. If you're coming here to enjoy the benefits, Tianchi Lake, and ginseng digging, I'd say you need at least three days – make sure to set aside enough time! Oh, and the environment is absolutely stunning! Just relax and enjoy it~

It's right next to the West Scenic Area distribution center, perfect for an early morning trip or a quick rest after an afternoon bus ride back.
There's a street right outside with various restaurants, very convenient.
One downside is that the corridor is very dark; the lights are only turned on at night, which is inconvenient.

Concierge Xiao Chen provided excellent service~ He proactively asked if I needed any assistance and checked on my stay experience, and all my requests were met~ What's interesting is that I had already reached the airport when I remembered I hadn't returned my ski pass. I asked the taxi driver to take me back, and Xiao Chen also helped me retrieve my ski equipment deposit. Northeasterners are truly kind!

Sshaney yeo jun xinA truly unique and memorable experience staying at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we felt very well taken care of. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely accommodating, which made our stay extremely comfortable and stress-free.
A special mention goes to the receptionist H, who was exceptionally helpful throughout our stay. As we did not have the local apps in China, she kindly assisted us with ordering taxis and food delivery, always with patience and a warm attitude. Her help made a huge difference and we truly appreciated her care and attentiveness.
We would also like to specially thank 陆陆, who helped us arrange everything related to skiing. From organizing ski clothing rentals to coordinating transportation to the ski resort just a few minutes away, everything was handled very smoothly and professionally. In addition, 陆陆 took the time to recommend many places to visit and shared detailed information, which made our trip even more enjoyable and well-planned.
Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of service, convenience, and hospitality. It’s rare to find a place where the staff are so attentive and willing to go the extra mile to ensure guests have a wonderful experience. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely choose to stay here again 🥰
