GGuest UserThe hotel is just inside the gate of Changbai Mountain as shown in the picture The only reason I chose this hotel is that they can help me book tickets and it is close to the entrance of Changbai Mountain (but I didn't expect it to be so close, probably less than 100 meters, it feels like I can see this pointed ticket gate after walking two steps) It is indeed a bit inconvenient to go out to other attractions, but we are mainly here to go to Tianchi so it's okay. The room environment is better than I expected, quite clean, and similar to the style of Beipo Lanjing And the front desk service is very enthusiastic, especially a sister with round eyes who really tries to meet our needs as much as possible. We didn't bring a hot pack and couldn't find the store, and she also helped us find a colleague.

GGuest UserMy stay at the Jinhua Suite Hotel was incredibly pleasant overall. The hotel is centrally located within the resort area, making travel very convenient. The room was meticulously cleaned and felt spotless and fresh. My concierge, Haha, was exceptionally kind and patient, answering all my questions thoroughly. They were incredibly responsive and always addressed my needs promptly. Haha even proactively helped me plan nearby sightseeing routes, which was thoughtful and comprehensive. Thanks to the hotel's excellent environment and Haha's warm service, my entire trip felt extra perfect. I'll definitely choose to stay here again for my next vacation.

KKaikaidexiaohuyaOriginally a pleasant experience! Came back for one last ski trip before the season ended! Concierge Xiao Chen provided excellent service~ He proactively asked if I needed any assistance and checked on my stay experience, and all my requests were met~ What's interesting is that I had already reached the airport when I remembered I hadn't returned my ski pass. I asked the taxi driver to take me back, and Xiao Chen also helped me retrieve my ski equipment deposit. Northeasterners are truly kind!

GGuest UserThe large hotel is spacious and grand, with a large parking lot and ample parking spaces. The lobby exudes a high-class feel. From the moment I stepped into the front desk, I experienced professional and meticulous service; the staff were warm and attentive. The rooms were spacious and clean, with complete and comfortable amenities and comfortable bedding. Waking up in the morning, I saw Changbai Mountain shrouded in mist outside my window – the natural scenery was beautiful! [Thumbs up] The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of options, combining Chinese and Western dishes. It's worth noting that every staff member provided enthusiastic service and answered all my questions. The outdoor hot springs were not open, and only a few indoor hot spring pools were open, but the water was visibly clean. The water temperatures in the different pools varied slightly, allowing me to choose the one that suited me best. Overall, my stay was very pleasant, and I would definitely recommend it to my friends. I will definitely come back next time I have the chance to visit Changbai Mountain! [Grinning face]
