The stay was very satisfactory. The location of Sheraton Hotel is relatively quiet, but it is not far from the town by foot. The air is good and it is nice to walk around. Special thanks to Xiaohui from the concierge department and Xiaochen, the manager. As soon as I arrived at the hotel, they took the initiative to greet me and introduced the various services provided by the hotel. They also added WeChat, reminded me of various precautions, and upgraded me to the executive floor.
Take the cable car to the top of the mountain, and you can also take pictures of the distant view of Changbai Mountain. Play the slide, which is super exciting.
Choose to go directly to the hot spring at 1 pm. It is refreshing to soak in the hot spring when there are fewer people during the off-peak hours.

A great hotel, great value for money! It's not good in one aspect, but a hotel that is particularly good in all aspects. It is almost perfect in this price range of tourist attractions! It is the best hotel I have ever stayed in! Highly recommended! I saw other people's comments saying it was very cold before, but we stayed for three nights in a row, and it was not cold at all, and even felt a little hot. We even opened the window to sleep at night.

I had an excellent experience at Swissotel and would like to commend the staff for their outstanding service. Checking in late at night, 刘基扬, 王国琪, 刘畅, 金学哲, and 段冰宇 went above and beyond, insisting on carrying our luggage and escorting us to our room. The responsiveness via WeChat at all hours was impressive. Any issues we raised, with these 5 staffs that we encountered were promptly addressed, and resolutions were provided without delay. The breakfast offerings were comprehensive, featuring both Western and Chinese cuisine; however, it would be helpful to have forks, spoons, and water readily available. Despite the demagnetization issue with the key card, the staff, especially 刘基扬 and 王国琪, responded instantly to our messages and ensured a swift resolution. Overall, our stay was marked by exceptional service, and I want to extend special thanks to 刘基扬, 王国琪, 刘畅, 金学哲, and 段冰宇 for their commendable efforts.

Li Yucang at the front desk was very enthusiastic and informed us of many things. He also cared about our stay experience during our stay, which was really heartwarming. The hotel is in a good location, with a commercial street on the first floor and very close to the ski resort, which is very convenient.
The interior decoration style of the room is simple yet elegant, and the quality is reflected in the details. The bedding is soft and comfortable, allowing me to sleep peacefully every night and relax my body and mind. This stay experience is great, and I will give priority to this hotel in the future.

The room r clean as what we pay for.
The amenities is share basic for the onsen need to be pay services charge for the towel, kids above 140 subject adult surcharge! Hidden cost compare to other hotel which we stay before. Most important is the bus shuttle provided is so limited seat and time slot!! And the service guy *** introduce us go outside hotel service such as dining in the ice room. Unhappy things happen the meat we order cannot been cook after boil more than 5 to 10min even 20min! And so many amenities which hotel have the best he told us hotel food taste average!!! The management still look into this staff!

So if you are coming here, you are going to Wanda Ski Resort. There are so many many hotels in the area that it really doesn't matter so much which one you pick.
Holiday Inn is one of the furthest away from the resort, but the price reflects this. However, it is still only a 10-15min walk (even when it's cold and icy) from the resort. The hotel is busy, there will be wait for the front desk, this is why service got 4/5, but the actual information from staff was okay (no English though so god bless my Chinese partner)
The hotel has a mini cinema, a restaurant and access to the ski slopes. You can hire ski's, snowboards along with all the boots and clothing required so you don't need to worry about that.
In the hotel is the rental place, you rent your gear and you simply walk out of the hotel and you are at the ski slopes. Please note this is NOT the same 10min walk to Wanda ski resort, the hotel has its own access to the mountain and you use that.
The restaurant is fine and breakfast was a buffet with mainly Chinese but some western stuff too.
The room, it's not large, but not cramped. Very warm, we even needed the windows open at -40C outside to avoid being too hot.
There is a mini supermarket in the hotel, but a better 24 hour store across the road.
I think for the money paid compared to other hotels, its very good value. Maybe other hotels have bigger rooms or more restaurants, but as every hotel is next to each other, I wouldn't bother paying more to get one closer to the resort as you can save thousands of RMB for a 1 min walk.
And as most of your time will be spent in Wanda ski resort, you won't be in your room much.
I doubt I would return to Changbaishan / Wanda Ski resort as an area, but if I did, then as long as the value was still there, Holiday Inn Express is a good enough choice

To extend our stay, we originally planned to move to the direction of Erdaobaihe on the second day. Our stay on the first day was okay, so we stayed and continued our stay. Thank you to the guy at the front desk for the convenience. Also helped me find information on carpooling to Erdaobaihe.

I came here a few years before the epidemic and had a good impression. I chose to come here again this time. First, the hot springs here are very good, especially the outdoor hot springs, which allow people to truly experience the taste of hot springs in the northeast in the winter. Second, it is close to Songjianghe Town, and you can freely choose special restaurants. It was convenient to park when I drove here last time. It was also okay to come by train this time. Ski in and out is one of the advantages for this resort.
The room is clean and spacious, they do supply lot of mineral water. With hot spring and water park ticket it is worth to go. staying 5 days feel breakfast almost the same.

JJUNGHOIt is located in a quiet area a bit away from the West Slope tourist district, and since it was built recently, the facilities are very clean. There are about 10 rooms, and the owner runs everything personally. They are very friendly and treat guests with great care, providing detailed transportation information about nearby tourist attractions and offering pick-up and drop-off services when moving around. I had a wonderful stay here, and if I have the chance, I would definitely like to stay again.

NNingningmasnowThe whole family is very satisfied with Yuanxiang Minsu Hotel! The decoration is a super-featured Northeast Kang, spacious, clean and sanitary, and the various layouts and stickers are very tasteful. It is warm, luxurious and not abrupt, a typical local tyrant landlord style. Although the large suite has only one bathroom, the two doors connected are quite convenient. From the beautiful lady at the front desk to the ladies in the restaurant, the service of the chef is very friendly and enthusiastic. The free rights and the iron pot set meal experience are also very good, the taste is good, there is no sales promotion, and there is no quality slacking because it is a gift. The iron pot set meal we chose is ribs, and there are so many pure meat chops that we can't finish it, and rice is also given. All kinds of rights are great, especially the snow circle is more fun than a certain one, and the hot springs are more than the indoor and outdoor pools of a certain one. After washing, the whole body is slippery, there are fewer people and the experience is good, and the service is better. It is not like a certain hot spring or water world. The toiletries are 10 yuan and the lockers are 30 yuan. It is full of routines, which reduces the experience. Now you are often asked for good reviews when staying in a hotel. Yuanxiang Minsu was not asked to give good reviews throughout the whole process. It is a conscientious recommendation!

Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the staff, who went above and beyond to ensure my check-in process was smooth and pleasant. Their friendliness and attentiveness made me feel right at home. Throughout my stay, the staff remained incredibly helpful, always ready to assist with any request, whether it was recommendations for local dining or arranging transportation.
The accommodations were nothing short of luxurious. My room was spacious, beautifully designed, and offered stunning views. The attention to detail in the decor and amenities truly reflects the high standards of the Park Hyatt brand.
The resort’s facilities were also impressive, with a fantastic outside hot spring in the snow that provided a perfect retreat after a long day on the slopes. The dining options were delightful, featuring a range of delicious cuisine that catered to all tastes. Each meal was a culinary delight, and the service was impeccable.
Another highlight was the ski access; the location is ideal for both beginners and experienced skiers. The staff at the ski resort provided excellent guidance and support, making it easy to enjoy the slopes.

KKamenikThe hotel is in a nice skiing area. Just leave and there is the first lift. The rooms are sufficient but maybe not standard for a 4 stars hotel. Example no rain shower, no iron to iron shirts.
Unfortunately the room we booked the heating was not working which is by minus 12 a no go. Therefore it was necessary to move in another room. The employees were very nice and helpful and tried to do the best to solve it immediately.
The restaurant I tried only 2 times. For the Christmas dinner and one for lunch a noodle soup. The dinner was just a ok except the backed ham was delicious. The noodle soup was not really good for the price.
The breakfast is standard Chinese breakfast. I loved there the noodle soup. (Why not at lunch?)
and the Chinese pancake are also very good.
The lobby bar is nice place to relax but the training for the stuff have to improved. I asked for semi dry red wine. Lately I picked a bottle by myself based on the grapes and my experience cause no help here and to open the bottle the waiter had to search first and opener. But the Cabernet Sauvignon was good. A recommendation is the coffee black no milk no sugar in the lobby bar. Very good.
Worth mention there were a lot of coupons included in thbooking like for skiing, hot springs and son on.
Summary the hotel is worth staying but they should also consider some improvements.

Whether it was the time of the shuttle bus or the pillow of the hotel, he was always available to answer and solve the problem. TTop IssarapongWe had a wonderful stay here with warm hospitality in the middle of cold winter. The place gives a local vibes which using wood-fired heating that provides heated bed & bathroom as well as good smells.
Don’t miss a dinner with wood-fired iron pot stew. Meat really tendered and smells good.
Kids really enjoyed as they can play snow right at the door, plus ice fishing in the tent where we catch 10 rainbow trouts in half an hour then the host cook it right away for a real fresh grilled fish, amazing!
Only regret is that we should have stayed longer than 1 night here, highly recommend!!

MMaoma1216The hotel is at the intersection of Wanda Town, next to Changbai Mountain Grand Theater, and has a good location. The room is very small. The price probably includes the ski ticket, but I was too tired when I came here, so I didn't use it, so it was a waste;
The hot spring is good, but it would be better if there was a bath; it's nice to take pictures of the snow in winter, but it's too cold outside, so I didn't dare to try;
Although the facilities are old, the main thing is that there is no ”do not disturb” item. I was disturbed late at night and early in the morning. I told the front desk, and the woman on duty didn't even offer any comfort; let alone warmth and thoughtfulness;
The breakfast is very ordinary, the noodles don't even have a sauce, and a big brother had no choice but to take the noodles with water to the side to pick up vegetables and cover the noodles.

I thought I would be able to enjoy the beautiful scenery of blue sky and white clouds when I woke up early in the morning. Sure enough, I didn’t. Disappoints me, the snow scene is so beautiful❤️
The space capsule is new and well-equipped. I was originally worried that it would be too cold at night, but unexpectedly I was woken up by the heat in the morning. The bed is moderately soft and easy to sleep on, and the hot water is also very hot. There is also a starry sky ceiling and a projector to play videos. It is very special to have such enjoyment in this ice and snow place. You can also feel that the boss pays attention to the details of the decoration, which is very good!
The most fun thing is ice fishing. I originally came to this tent for ice fishing. I caught three fish in the morning and 14 fish in the afternoon. The boss’s father was very considerate and helped to light the charcoal fire to string the fish. He was also worried that we wouldn’t be able to catch any fish and taught us how to do it. The secret is that while fishing, you can play with your children in the snow tube. I originally thought of fishing in the morning and skiing in the afternoon, but it turned out that I was very happy and exhausted just fishing all day long.
The lady at the front desk here was also very considerate. She was worried that we would be cold at night and brought us a heater into the room. The arrangement of the amusement activities was also very considerate. She was a little unable to get up the next morning and directly suggested that we stay an hour late and arrange the pick-up. The service will also give us tips on how to consume without stepping on the trap. Today is the Chinese New Year in Northeast China, and the young lady also treated us to the leek and egg dumplings made by her mother☺️It’s so fresh and delicious!
This time I took my husband and children to Changbai Mountain for vacation. I am very happy that I chose to book this space capsule camping area. In addition to the beautiful scenery, the accommodation was also very comfortable. I also felt the kindness and enthusiasm of the Northeastern people. There were no pitfalls during the whole process.
