The location is 5 minutes walk from the Xipo distribution center. It is next to the Eurasian Comprehensive Shopping Mall. There are clothing, daily necessities, and supermarkets. There are small restaurants on the street. There are a lot of snow clothes for rent. The color of the hotel room decoration is beautiful, which makes people happy. Smart toilet, heated toilet seat, indoor central air conditioning, very warm, water temperature is also very good, don’t worry about bathing, the bed is very comfortable, the quilt cover is very clean, we live on the 5th floor, the sun is very good, I will open the window halfway through the room, and I don’t feel cold when I come back. By the way, the breakfast is not bad. I am very happy to live here and it is a perfect trip.

This hotel is very close to the Xipo Distribution Center, and it is very convenient to walk there. There is also breakfast, which is enough. Before I went up the mountain, I asked the hotel staff to fill half a bottle of hot water for me, and I filled it up directly. . Enough water for the whole journey.

The room is spacious and exceptionally clean. We loved the Kang-style bed, which felt very authentic and added a charming touch of Northeast China’s culture. The breakfast was fantastic with a good variety of options. The staff were also very nice and attentive, making the stay even more pleasant.
The only downside was the pick-up and drop-off service, which is only available for the airport. This wasn’t clearly mentioned in the package details, leading to some confusion. Overall, it was a great stay with unique cultural elements, excellent amenities, and wonderful hospitality

The only reason I chose this hotel is that they can help me book tickets and it is close to the entrance of Changbai Mountain (but I didn't expect it to be so close, probably less than 100 meters, it feels like I can see this pointed ticket gate after walking two steps)
It is indeed a bit inconvenient to go out to other attractions, but we are mainly here to go to Tianchi so it's okay.
The room environment is better than I expected, quite clean, and similar to the style of Beipo Lanjing
And the front desk service is very enthusiastic, especially a sister with round eyes who really tries to meet our needs as much as possible. We didn't bring a hot pack and couldn't find the store, and she also helped us find a colleague.

GGuest Usera very local experience in a village's homestay right outside the ski resort. a good chance to experience central woodfire heating, local-style bedding, and the famous Northeastern hospitality at an affordable price! if you're looking for a night or two outside the city, this place will be good for you. the owner was nice enough to send us off to the ski resort for us to check-in to our other hotel when we checked-out here! although it might be useful to note that English will be non-existent for foreigners so come prepared with google translate and you'll be fine!

Yyuml79The stay was very satisfactory. The location of Sheraton Hotel is relatively quiet, but it is not far from the town by foot. The air is good and it is nice to walk around. Special thanks to Xiaohui from the concierge department and Xiaochen, the manager. As soon as I arrived at the hotel, they took the initiative to greet me and introduced the various services provided by the hotel. AAUNG SOEI had an excellent experience at Swissotel and would like to commend the staff for their outstanding service. Checking in late at night, 刘基扬, 王国琪, 刘畅, 金学哲, and 段冰宇 went above and beyond, insisting on carrying our luggage and escorting us to our room. The responsiveness via WeChat at all hours was impressive. Any issues we raised, with these 5 staffs that we encountered were promptly addressed, and resolutions were provided without delay. The breakfast offerings were comprehensive, featuring both Western and Chinese cuisine; however, it would be helpful to have forks, spoons, and water readily available. Despite the demagnetization issue with the key card, the staff, especially 刘基扬 and 王国琪, responded instantly to our messages and ensured a swift resolution. Overall, our stay was marked by exceptional service, and I want to extend special thanks to 刘基扬, 王国琪, 刘畅, 金学哲, and 段冰宇 for their commendable efforts.
