"During the summer vacation, I brought elderly children to Changbai Mountain to play. I chose Vienna and stayed for two nights. Advantages: The newly opened hotel in the first half of this year is still very cost-effective compared to the nearby same level hotel. The facilities are new and the rooms are very clean. The service response was very fast, the toilet exhaust was not moving and the staff immediately came to deal with it, and there were robots for water and slippers. The breakfast is rich in variety and the freshly ground coffee tastes mellow. The hotel is 200 meters away from the Changbai Mountain Pool North Tourist Distribution Center, and it is very convenient to go to play. There is a beautiful young lady at the front desk and the service is very patient. We live on the first floor, outside is the community, it is a bit noisy if the window is opened. Of course, it is not a problem to turn on the air conditioner in summer. In short, this price is still very comfortable, praise."

"The decor is full of intricate details, showing the owner's thoughtfulness. It feels very much like a hot spring hotel in Kyoto. The displays are also well-curated, the toiletries are very comfortable, and the staff are clearly well-trained. It offers an experience far beyond a typical guesthouse. There were a few minor issues during my stay, which were handled promptly with good communication. A small suggestion: For a private onsen experience, offering breakfast as a set meal delivered to the room would be a great option. Alternatively, collaborating with other restaurants under the same brand (even though they're close) might be better, as there were many children there. On another note, the breakfast coffee is excellent! Even though it's from an automatic machine, the settings and coffee beans are superb. I had two cups!"

"This is a newly opened hotel with a great environment. It has four or five floors and a variety of room types, all without any unpleasant odors. The location is very convenient, close to all the attractions. There's a large park just a few hundred meters away, perfect for taking the kids to play in the snow after dinner. There's also a breakfast place right next door on the ground floor, so you can grab breakfast downstairs and then easily catch a taxi to your next destination."

"I chose this hotel for my trip to Changbai Mountain mainly because it's quite new, and it's less than a ten-minute drive from the North Slope transfer center. There are also plenty of dining options nearby; there's a handmade ice cream shop that's really good, and it's the only one in Changbai Mountain, so you should definitely try it if you go. It's also not far from the的美人松 (Beauty Pine) and Merganser Park. Taxis are easy to get through the Didi app. I really liked the room type; the space was quite sufficient. During my two-day stay, I was served by a young man and a young woman. The service was excellent; they were very responsive to all my requests."

The buffet breakfast offered a rich variety of options, and the hotel's hot spring experience was excellent. They even provided complimentary hot spring tickets, making for a wonderfully relaxing soak after a day of activities. The overall service was meticulous and attentive. This is definitely our top choice for travel to Changbai Mountain!"

Even before I checked in, while I was still at the Shenyang Imperial Palace, I received a call from William at the hotel's front desk. They also confirmed my pick-up with another front desk staff member. Then, while on the high-speed train, I got an early call from the pick-up driver. The driver was so friendly, even sharing local insights during the ride. This pick-up experience alone was incredibly heartwarming. A special thank you to William for arranging my check-in and going through all the details – it was fantastic! The hotel had just opened, and the general manager was already in the lobby, enthusiastically introducing the hotel. You can tell this place is only going to get better. My room was a pleasant surprise – modern, clean, bright, and comfortable. It was cool and quiet, surrounded by beautiful pine trees, meaning plenty of negative oxygen ions. I slept so well, falling asleep really early. The location is also convenient, with easy access to stroll by the Erdaobai River. The environment is simply wonderful. This was a fantastic trip, and on my next visit to Changbai Mountain, I will definitely be staying at the Holiday Inn again!"
