Hotel staffs were very friendly and helpful during our stay. They were professional and always smiley whenever we got back hotel. Especially yu min 于敏 wang jing王晶, they helped with our smooth check in and check out and my many enquires. Requested for late check out for 30mins and they gave me 1 hour instead, really appreciate for that!!! We were surprised with the little gift pack from the hotel. It’s the local tea leaves and volcanos rock!! It’s something so unique and interesting as a gift! It’s one of the best hotels I would say!! Room was spacious, clean and smart. The layout and lighting of the room make our stay very comfortable and convenient. Breakfast was delivered right to our room in the morning at our specific timing. This saves us effort to make our way to the dining place for breakfast when we can enjoyed it in our room. The laundry room was definitely a huge plus for us. Totally free of charge for washing and drying clothing. The stay was so great and we decided to extend one more night. Location is near the town area. Either flag for taxi or ask the receptionist for help would be a better option. It’s very convenient to roam around the area as taxi is widely available. Overall it was an awesome and enjoyable stay.

The breakfast is also very rich, with both Chinese and Western food, and there are many choices. There is also a gym, so you can exercise in the morning. Overall, this hotel is very cost-effective and comfortable to stay in. I will choose here next time and recommend it to my friends!

This guesthouse is an absolute delight! The host is so welcoming and generous and went above and beyond to ensure we had a smooth and fantastic stay. We are Chinese speaking foreigners, but the host had downloaded translation apps just in case. The breakfast was lovely and he made every effort to make us at home, including by picking us up from the airport and helping us arrange our itinerary. The guesthouse is in a convenient location to the North Entrance of Changbaishan (a seven minute walk) but away from the touristy hustle and bustle. It is nestled by a serene stream and surrounded by a forest, which is perfect respite from big city China. The hotel is located in the centre of town, within walking distance to lots of amazing restaurants, the family room is also quite spacious so definitely a great place to stay for families with young kids. The only downside is that there isn’t any hot spring within the hotel

It takes three minutes to walk to the hot spring, which is very convenient, but the hardware is five-star and the service is three-star. I read the good reviews in the reviews and believed them to be true. In fact, a B&B is just a B&B. The price is more expensive than a hotel, and the service is not even half of that of a hotel! On the day we checked in, we went in in the heavy rain. There was a boy at the front desk sitting and eating like no one else, as if we didn't exist. We asked him to check in, and he got up reluctantly. There was no WiFi in the room, and it couldn't be connected even if it was available. , watching the projector is a mess. In fact, the projector used in B&Bs is the worst. I don’t want to spend money to buy a TV and spend a little money to buy a few channels. The projection is not clear during the day, and the effect of the projection at night is not as good as the TV! I got the job at this price. When I went out during the day, I asked the waiter to put two more bottles of water. He also said that each room only has two bottles of water per day. I fainted! I booked for 4 days and stayed for one day before canceling. I moved to a hotel next door which was very cheap and the service was good! It is useless for the boss to come out and make amends afterwards. It is more useful if you do things well and improve the quality of your service staff than to make amends afterwards!

Hotel service was excellent, as they went above and beyond to help us during our stay. They helped arrange transport and sight seeing activities - the couple who manage the place in particular were super friendly. Its well located near the entry of Changbaishan Scenic Park gate. They are quite close to Tiger Mountain ski resort, which is can cater for skiers from beginners to more advanced. There is a hot spring in the hotel and our package included breakfast and dinner,which was good. It has been renovated in last year or so. Can recommend.
