The bellboy was very accommodating, helping with all of our baggages. There was one people in the check in counter (red uniform) who can not speak and understand English, and quite rude. She told us that we did not have a reservation, but she just didn't understand English and has to ask her superior, and while paying the credit card and she told us to just use cash because their card machine was not working well with one of our credit cards. The hospitality service of the girl was just unexpected, so be prepared for a translator device, so that you could communicate effectively with them. Location: It is very near the Puji temple. Restaurant: We have tried the morning buffet, there were only few selections of food, and the buffet was not worth the 60rmb you will need to pay for. I suggest you to walk at least 10 minutes to find the restaurants and groceries.

This is the second time we stayed. 1. The service is good. When we get to Putuo Mountain and turn left at the station, there is a hotel car waiting to take us to the hotel. There is a special bus to the pier every half hour. The next day, after we finish the week, the hotel will help send the trip to the pier, which is very convenient. 2. The room is economical and has a relatively high cost performance. 3. There is a dining street next to it, with self-service vegetarian food and authentic Zhoushan chain seafood restaurants. 4. The shower faucet is large and the water output is stable.

They were very patient to answer all your questions and it was free to keep your huge luggage in the reception counter before going in to PuTuaShan. And vegetarian lunch was available in the resort hotel restaurant at CNY39 per person. I would highly recommend to spend a night here and spend at least half a day to visit the Kuan Yin Fa Jie 普陀山观音法界. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The furnishing was new and looked fresh. 2 bottles of water and basic toiletories were provided (except shaver). Less than 10m walk to Wugongshi Wharf.

There is a bus stop right outside. It is super fast to go to Puji Temple, Nanhai Guanyin Temple and Fayu Temple. It is so easy to visit Buddha! It is simply the best place! The hotel room facilities are retro and warm. The bedding is so comfortable that you don’t want to get up. The sleep-aiding sandalwood is available on demand. I slept soundly at night~ There is lush greenery outside the window. When you open the window, you can see the full scenery. It is really healing! Dining experience (Breakfast is so rich, handmade wontons and handmade noodles are amazing! For dinner, I recommend the villa's seafood buffet! It's so delicious that you can't stop eating. The front desk waiter Xiao Guo is enthusiastic and considerate. He provides full service and answers all questions! ! ! Special activities Copying scriptures, tea ceremony, incense ceremony and folk music performances... There is a beautiful Republic of China garden in the hotel atrium, and the atmosphere of the Yaji Hall is full. While listening to music and copying scriptures, you can also feel the inner peace. This year I took my elderly family there. Overall it was good. I go to Putuo every year. The hotel food is also good and suitable for the general public. In particular, there is a slightly plump girl who provides great service! When ordering, she enthusiastically recommends special dishes, is very familiar with the dishes, and answers questions patiently and carefully. She also pays attention to customer needs and is very friendly, which adds a lot to the dining experience.

The guest rooms are very clean. There is a laundry room and a gym on the second floor. It is very convenient to bring friends together. Washing clothes is also very fast. The equipment and facilities are very new. The location is great. It is also very convenient to get from Ningbo to Zhoushan. It takes more than ten minutes to take a boat to Putuo Mountain from the Bansheng Pier. I will come here to live later. It is not far from Zhujiajian, just twenty minutes, and it takes only twenty minutes to go to the airport. The scenery of the small island is pleasant and very comfortable.
