Zhoushan Hotels with Wifi

"To be honest, I was very satisfied with this stay. The hotel is very close to Zhujiajian Wharf, and it takes less than 10 minutes to drive there. The parking lot is also very large, and there is a staircase in the parking lot that leads directly to the hotel. My parents and I went to Putuo Mountain to worship, and this room was very suitable for us. The bed was very big and slept very comfortably. The bathroom was a little small, but it didn't affect it at all. After all, I was really satisfied with this price!"

"Everything else was satisfactory, but the parking situation was a major flaw. On Saturday, before parking, I had specifically confirmed that Car Park P2 was the hotel's designated partner lot. However, after driving in, the on-site security staff kept directing me to a small parking area at the foot of a nearby hill, which meant I had to drive in and then out of P2 again. I specifically noted that the pay station at this small car park also displayed 'Yue Lai Hotel Car Park,' so I naturally assumed I was parked correctly. Since I was only staying one night (Sunday evening), I knew complimentary parking was limited to 24 hours, and I fully expected to pay the 64 RMB parking fee myself. That Saturday evening, still feeling uneasy, I decided to double-check. The security guard then informed me that the small car park *did not* accept hotel parking vouchers. Annoyed, I returned from the island that evening and spoke with the security staff again to get their supervisor's number. We agreed I would call the supervisor when leaving the next day to resolve the issue. I then went back to the hotel and reported the problem to the front desk. The front desk staff confirmed it was a known 'bug' and assured me they had already coordinated with parking management. They told me I simply needed to present my hotel parking voucher the next day and pay for one day's parking. At that point, I thought everything was resolved. The next morning, upon check-out, I headed to the car park exit with my voucher, only to face the same problem: the on-site security guard refused to accept it. So there I was, stuck at the exit, forced to call their supervisor *again* for intervention. After a significant amount of hassle, I was finally allowed to exit. Although the issue was eventually resolved, the entire experience was extremely frustrating. I wasted a significant amount of time on what felt like pointless and ineffective communication. This was a truly dreadful experience. Had there been a long queue of cars behind me, impatiently honking, I would undoubtedly have been forced to pay the full parking fee just to get out. That would have completely undermined the complimentary parking benefit for hotel guests."

"The room was very clean, and the environment was pleasant. The blackout curtains worked really well. The breakfast tasted good, and the lady serving breakfast was very nice. The hotel manager was also very helpful. I'll definitely choose this place again next time. It's also plum blossom season right now~"

"I make it a point to visit Mount Putuo every year, and usually stay in Zhoushan. After an trail run, I also take the opportunity to explore Mount Putuo. This year, due to a change in the starting point, I booked the Pullman. Just like other Pullman hotels I've stayed at in other cities, the service and standards were excellent, and the location was fantastic. This time, I upgraded to a Deluxe Seaview room, and the view from the higher floor was incredible – I could directly see the race happening below. The linens and amenities were also of great quality. When you're traveling, having a clean and dry bed to rest on is the most reassuring and practical comfort."

"We booked this hotel last minute and were so pleasantly surprised! I was a bit worried since it's in the B2 area, thinking about ventilation, but once we got inside, there were absolutely no issues. The front desk mentioned that the room has a fresh air system, which I thought was great. What was really convenient is that we could park our car right outside our room, and it was just a short walk in – no need to climb any stairs. Breakfast the next day was also just a short stroll away, which we found very convenient. The two beds were huge, and the Tmall Genie in the room was super smart and responsive. Plus, the hairdryer was a Laifen – big thumbs up! 👍 The tatami area was perfect for eating and chatting with friends in the evening; it was incredibly handy. We didn't quite make use of the mahjong table since there were only two of us, haha, but next time I'll gather some friends and book this suite again. The facilities are new, and the stay was a fantastic experience. Definitely recommend it to everyone! 😀"

"Huge thanks to the hotel for their incredibly attentive service during our stay, especially for going above and beyond for my child's birthday. They were always responsive and met our every request promptly. Although the hotel has been open for less than a year, and the breakfast service can feel a bit overwhelmed when it's busy, everything takes time to perfect, and you can really see how much effort everyone is putting in. On our last day, our return flight was delayed repeatedly, and the entire hotel staff was incredibly understanding and accommodating, allowing us to check out for free at 10 PM! You read that right, 10 PM! From noon until late evening, they essentially covered the cost of our airline's mistakes, and more importantly, ensured my family was as comfortable and rested as possible during that long, unreliable wait. Thank you again! ❤️ A special shout-out to the chicken porridge and scallion pancakes at breakfast – they were amazing!"

"I had a wonderful stay at Hilton Zhoushan. The room was huge and very comfortable, and I truly appreciated being upgraded to an ocean view room—it made the stay even more enjoyable. There were always concierge staff available to assist, and their service was professional and helpful throughout my visit. The hotel is conveniently located, close to the town and situated in a very accessible area, which made getting around easy. If I had to pick one downside, it would be that when ordering delivery or food, guests need to collect it themselves from the hotel entrance, unlike some other hotels where items are delivered directly to the room. That said, this was a minor inconvenience. Overall, it’s a hotel with good service, and I would highly recommend Hilton Zhoushan to anyone visiting the area."

"The environment is beautiful, and the service is warm and thoughtful. They even kindly provided extra breakfasts for our family, which was a nice touch. For those traveling by car, there's an underground parking lot and charging stations on the ground level, which is very convenient. Perhaps because it was during the Spring Festival, room cleaning wasn't as prompt as it could have been."

"This is our second year visiting Putuoshan, and after a great experience last year, we chose Xilai Xiaozhuang again. It's very close to Puji Temple, offering a peaceful retreat despite being near the hustle and bustle, and the pier shuttle service is very convenient. Our room was upgraded and was very spacious. The only downside was the breakfast, which was a bit expensive at 240 for three people. We went at 8 AM, and some of the hot dishes were already cold, there were no boiled eggs, and the glutinous rice in the red bean paste zongzi was hard, as if it hadn't been heated through. Last year, the lobby and front desk staff were very welcoming, but this year their attitude was just average; check-in was slow, and we had to queue. However, the housekeeping service was excellent and very friendly. We will definitely be staying here again next year."

"I really have to praise the environment of this hotel! The location is excellent, with convenient transportation nearby, yet it's not noisy. The soundproofing in the rooms is fantastic; once you close the door, you're completely isolated from the outside hustle and bustle. The interior design style is perfectly to my taste, the furniture is neatly arranged, and the cleanliness is exceptionally thorough – not a speck of dust even in the corners. The view from the window is also lovely, with an expansive vista that really brightens your mood in the morning. The hotel's public areas are also very tidy; the elevators and stairwells are spotless. Overall, the experience was superb, and I highly recommend it to everyone!"
