"This was my first trip to Nanning, and as it was our wedding anniversary, we chose the renowned Shangri-La Hotel. First, let's talk about the location. It's right above MixC City and conveniently connected to Metro Line 1. A taxi ride to Qingxiu Mountain takes about 20 minutes. The hotel contacted us a few days in advance via WeChat, and the butler service provided by Alice was excellent. Our room was decorated, and we even received an anniversary cake. The hotel also provided complimentary welcome fruits, Guangxi official document fruit tea, and afternoon tea. The lobby is on the 1st floor, check-in is on the 68th floor, the restaurant is on the 5th floor, and the spa and swimming pool are on the 71st floor. Food deliveries can be sent to the ground floor, and the concierge will bring them to your room, which is a really nice touch. The service from Butler Alice and her team members Rose, Liya, Jenna, and Ally was outstanding! [Strong] Overall, our stay was fantastic. If I had to pick one downside, it would probably be the parking lot, as there's no direct access to the hotel."

"Better maintained than I expected! I was initially hesitant to book, fearing the hotel might be old, but a 5-star is a 5-star. The service is excellent, and the rooms are clean and hygienic. Parking is convenient, and the location is great with everything you need nearby. The hotel's front desk is even a popular spot for photos! I'd definitely stay here again if I have the chance; it offers great value for money. Plus, the best Thai milk tea is right nearby—it couldn't be more perfect!"

"This is an old, established five-star hotel in Nanning, located in the railway station commercial area, directly opposite the Sanjie Liangxiang Historical and Cultural District. You can go there in the evening to enjoy the night views and taste local snacks. Transportation is convenient, with direct high-speed trains to the airport. The room facilities are a bit dated, but the service is quite good. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of dishes, including Nanning's local specialties. It's suitable for both business and leisure travelers."

"After much deliberation, I chose this hotel in Nanning, and after reading many reviews, I felt it was a good choice once I checked in. The front desk staff had a great attitude; Rita, in particular, spoke softly and politely ☺️☺️ and helped me upgrade to a room with a fantastic view. The only downside was that the soundproofing of the glass at night wasn't ideal. The room itself was standard, very clean, and tidy. I initially considered booking breakfast but decided to try some local Nanning specialties instead. The hotel's location was very convenient for evening strolls, being connected to Hangyang Mall, which was incredibly helpful. I visited Qingxiu Mountain in Nanning, and while it was really hot at that time, it was definitely worth going to experience nature. The hotel's facilities were quite comprehensive, and the staff on the floors were also very polite. Opting for a branded hotel really does make for a more comfortable and reassuring stay. I would still highly recommend it. One suggestion: the air conditioning unit needs to be checked for noise. "Bringing my family to Nanning, I chose the family two-bedroom connecting room at this hotel, and the experience was absolutely flawless. Regarding the room: The design of the connecting room is excellent. Close the two doors, and it's a private world; open them, and it's a joyful family space. The room is extremely spacious, with no cramped feeling for three adults. The tea table in the living room was our favorite spot for tea and chats every evening. Regarding the service: A special thanks to the hotel for their thoughtful arrangements. Knowing we had an evening flight, they allowed us to check out late at 4 PM. This humane consideration made our trip very relaxed. We could even go back to the room for a comfortable nap in the afternoon, and there was no 'rushed' feeling like we were fighting a battle when checking out. Regarding the dining: The cloud-top view at breakfast is superb, and the Laoyou noodles and five-colored glutinous rice were a big hit with my family. Dinner at the Nalian Chinese restaurant was also a first-class experience, especially the braised pork belly – it was fatty but not greasy, melted in your mouth, and incredibly delicious with rice. In Nanning, Nalian will always be our top choice. I highly recommend it to all families traveling!"

"Looking for a quick weekend getaway, I booked this hotel. The check-in process was smooth, with the front desk staff being friendly and attentive. The room itself was surprisingly spacious – I could spread my luggage out without it feeling cluttered, and the facilities were pristine, like a 5-star hotel. The next day, I stepped right out to Nanhu Lake and enjoyed a refreshing walk around it. For the price, the service and location were incredible. "The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! There are clear signs along the way from the airport guiding you directly to the hotel, so you just follow them. The entire route is covered with canopies and roofed walkways, so you don't have to worry about getting wet when it rains – very thoughtful. The room amenities are complete, with everything you need for daily use. Breakfast is served from 5:30 AM to 10:00 AM, which is especially convenient for early morning flights. There's a wide variety of choices, including 'Lao You Fen' (Old Friend Noodles), Guilin rice noodles, 'Luosi Fen' (Snail Noodles), and Cantonese dim sum – a great selection. Our rented car was delivered directly to the hotel entrance, and they also offer free parking. This makes it super convenient whether you're driving your own car or a rental. Overall, our stay was excellent."

"The hotel environment is excellent, and the location is great, surrounded by shopping areas. It's also very close to Nanhu Park, perfect for an evening stroll, making it a pleasant retreat even in a bustling city. Opened in 2023, the hotel's room facilities are well-maintained. The bathtub is large and comes with a bath liner, and the shower room has a dry-wet separation design. The hygiene is meticulously done, making the room bright and tidy. As for the service, the front desk staff were very enthusiastic. Upon check-in, they proactively informed me about the hotel's pool and gym locations and how to get to the subway station. The entire check-in process was quick, clear, and efficient. During my stay, I ordered takeout, and when the delivery driver arrived, he mentioned that many orders were waiting. It turned out that a colleague from the concierge personally brought my food up to my room. He said something that genuinely touched me: 'Since you ordered rice noodles, Guangxi rice noodles are best eaten quickly before they get cold. It's better for us to deliver it personally.' This really moved me and is truly commendable! This alone makes it highly recommended!"

"Staying at Wanda Vista Nanning for a business trip, I accidentally lost my ID. The front desk staff patiently helped me review the surveillance footage and meticulously searched my room, and thankfully, they quickly found it. The room facilities were brand new and well-equipped, and the bedding was soft with excellent soundproofing. Katie, an angel, was warm and attentive throughout my stay, even helping me get a room upgrade and some fruit. This small incident unexpectedly showcased the hotel's warm service, making my trip much more reassuring. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Nanning."

"While not a brand-new hotel, the service is absolutely top-notch in every aspect, the environment is very clean, and the landscaping is well-maintained. We stayed here to attend Jay Chou's concert, and they thoughtfully provided shuttle buses, which was a really nice touch. The hotel restaurant serves excellent food, definitely worth trying, and the afternoon tea is fantastic value for money. Aside from needing a taxi for getting around, everything else was great."
