"Good service. The hotel is located at the hill top and has a good sea view. Very closed to the tram station and cable car station with lots of restaurants nearby."

Esplanade Hotel Llandudno

"Clean and spacious rooms. Good breakfast spread and hot options, plenty for vegans and vegetarians too. Only issue is some of their rooms don’t get their WiFi. They were kind enough to shift us to a room where service was better and WiFi connectivity was available."

"Location is good, however I was quite disappointed with my stay. There was a door or panel on the wall in the room that kept flapping and making a loud “popping” or “slapping” sound due to the wind, which made it very hard to sleep. On top of that, I found trash inside the bedside drawer, which clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. Overall, the cleanliness and comfort were not up to standard."

Lauriston & Lawton Court Hotel

The Trevone, Llandudno

"A lift available to all floors, room was nice and clean, en-suite was also clean and tidy with underfloor heating, which was a nice surprise., reception area was nice and tidy too, shown how to use the front door as it gets locked in the evening. Chose to eat breakfast at the hotel, full breakfast from £8.50p with a vegetarian option, no evening meals available but other hotels near by and some pubs serve food. Saturday morning I went around the Great Orme it really does have fantastic views, benches are dotted around so you can sit and take in the views."

The Marine Hotel

"Very bad experience, the room was very dirty, they never changed the sheets and there are also animals called mites that bite you and don't look at you, a humid smell in the room, the toilet paper ran out, we went to ask for it and the receptionist made a face at us for asking for paper, how miserable the truth. When you walk through the hallways, the floor squeaks, it's very old, they should make improvements, I do not recommend this place Our stay was 4 days and they never cleaned the room, sad truth"

Dunoon Hotel

"My wife and I booked into the Dunoon Hotel for 4 nights in June 2026. We asked for the disabled room and were duky shown to our room on the third floor. At £189 per night we expected the room to be outstanding and large. However, we were shocked to find that it was a small attic room and not suitable for a wheelchair user. The large bathroom did have some disabled facilities. We were disappointed with the room. The carpet had some rather questionable stains on it, as di the stool under the dresser. The wallpaper was torn and the glass top protector had at least 2 chips on it which were an accident waiting to happen for my wife who is on blood thinners. The t,v was tiny, the toilet seat was loose and the shower instructions had been written in marker pen on the tiles. We asked to see another room and a very friendly chap showed us to the next door room. This was not much better but was slightly bigger. The was a dolly mixture on the on the floor and 3 nail clippings. There were no biscuits on offer and the cheap teabags had been handled and scrunched into a small jar. We thought the room was vastly overpriced and were upset as this was our first visit to Llandudno since my wife lost her leg in early 2025. It was meant to be a special trip but was ruined. Even the cooked breakfasts was lukewarm. We ate elsewhere one morning. We mentioned the issues to 2 pleasant ladies, one of whom I suspect was the owner. No apology was given bearing in mind that an amputee had to spend the holiday in a room without disabled facilities. She was unable to shower, and felt like a second rate citizen. No refund was offered which is very poor. On a positive note, the blocked drain was dealt with promptly. All in all this was a very disappointing experience, and the worst place we have stayed in over 34 years and about 100 trips to Llandudno. . stains on it"

Craigside Manor

"The room is simple yet practical, offering great value for money. It's a bit far from the main scenic beach, but since we were driving, it wasn't an issue. The view from the hotel entrance is excellent, and the service is very attentive. A special shout-out to the breakfast – it was the best I had during my entire UK trip."

Winchmore Hotel

"The quilt is itchy, there is bird droppings on the windowsill, and there are birds singing loudly in the morning. The transportation is quite convenient."
